Chapter 10: The Delinquent Man

Haruka's marriage was so sudden that when Rayan received the news, everything had already been done and she couldn't do anything. The marriage is not trivial and the fact that Haruka did not contact her makes Rayan hold a temper tantrum.

Rayan hears from the grandmother about the man who became Haruka's husband, and independently begins to gather information about Daniel Yon.

It was not easy to survive in the rough slum district environment. Rayan is just one of many children who escaped from her parents' home and settled in a slum district.

Before meeting Haruka, Rayan survives by busking and gets used to fighting with local thugs who try to take the fruits of her hard work. However, during the process, he also picked up a lot of bad habits.

When Haruka remembers how Rayan used to smoke and fight until she was covered in blood, Haruka's anger suddenly rises and she grabs Rayan's collar. “Do you want to fight again? Do you want to use violence again?”

Rayan saw Haruka was really angry, so she quickly lowered her head. Silently mute and just clenched his fists tighter.

Seeing that Rayan really intended to use violence, Haruka became very angry, “You can not only not beat him, but you will also be thrown into prison for attacking innocent people. Your life will just end. Is it worth it?!”

Haruka could no longer understand. Maybe because Rayan's age is the same as Darel, the behavior of the two of them is really similar. Looking from the cold expression in Rayan's eyes, Haruka was aware that the man thought that all the consequences were worth it.

Rayan was really stubborn and once again it reminded Haruka of Darel Yon. If the two men meet, Haruka is afraid that the two will misunderstand each other and fight for no apparent reason. Haruka didn't want that to happen.

"Rayan, listen to me. If you dare to think of something like that again, I'll break your legs myself!" Haruka's expression turned cold. There was no point in explaining that he was welcomed by the Yon family to the already darkened Rayan.

Rayan's expression still hasn't changed and Haruka knows what to do.

Rayan extended her hand instinctively. When he realized what he was doing, he still did not pull his hand because of his pride.

Rayan looked up, now she saw how angry Haruka was. He was really angry and seemed to be about to explode. His thoughts about fighting with the Yon family were completely gone and he quickly promised, "I won't do it, I promise I won't think about it anymore!"

However, he was late. Haruka had already swung the branch and hit her hand three times. It was not a hard blow, but Rayan instantly became deflated and her legs became weak.

After that, Haruka pressed the branch onto Rayan's shoulder, making the man fall down before her. Her beautiful eyes turned cold, and she said, "Rayan, don't think that I don't know what you're thinking. If you dare to throw yourself to hell for the rest of your life just for silly reasons, don't blame me for not admitting you again as a brother."

Rayan repeatedly promises that she will not touch the Yon family. Seeing his sincere attitude, Haruka gradually calmed down.

Even though Haruka only stayed here for two days with her grandmother, she had enough to remember the area around here. He took Rayan to a small supermarket. Seeing Rayan's reddened hands made her heart feel a little guilty.

The owner of the supermarket greeted him warmly, "Well? Isn't this the pretty girl who just moved in? What do you want to buy?"

The supermarket was not big, but everything was neatly arranged. Haruka took a pack of gum from the shelf and handed it to Rayan. "Use this to get rid of your smoking habit. I've also heard that chewing gum can help you concentrate more while studying."

Rather than the colorful packaging of candy, Haruka's beautiful fingers made her bewitched. Those beautiful long fingers were already possessed by others, but still not bound by the ring. Rayan asked herself if she still had a chance or not.

Rayan doubted that chewing gum could help her recover from her smoking addiction, but for now she will obey Soma Haruka's will. Rayan opened the packaging of the gum and took one of its contents. He put it in his mouth and started blowing bubbles with it.

After that, Haruka took a lot of snacks for the other two children who were definitely waiting at grandma's house. After he felt enough, Haruka went to the cashier and then she walked back to meet Rayan.

"Well, look who is this?"

A local thug with yellow hair and a tiger tattoo on his arm approached them. He whistled cunningly and said, "Isn't this Rayan? You brought your girlfriend in my territory without greeting, your leader is really hurt, you know?"

"Mr Jhon..."

Looking at this person, Rayan tightened her grip on the shopping bag, she felt extremely frightened, not because of Jhon, but because of Haruka's cold gaze that felt piercing straight towards her heart.

"Rayan, you're hanging out with people like this again!?" Haruka Murka, even though Rayan tried to calm her down she continued to get failures.
