"Darel Yon, didn't I tell you you have to guard your mouth!" After saying that, Haruka waved at Aunt Liam. "Auntie, please make ginger wedang for David Yon . He was caught in the rain today, ginger wedang is good for warming the body. Then, please wake Doctor Arkam and ask him to apply the ointment."
"Okay, Madam."
Aunt Liam bowed her body and asked politely, "Mrs, you are also rained on. Should we bring you ginger wedang to your room?"
"Sure, thank you." Soma Haruka nodded. Aunt Liam quickly said that it didn't matter at all. Just as Aunt Liam was about to leave, Darel Yon prevented him. "Please give me some ginger as well. I got a lot of work tonight."
Soma Haruka smelled the foul wits of Darel Yon who wanted to skip class. Since he already knew it, he wouldn't let it. Skipping class is the same as smoking and consuming narcotics, initially it is a trial and error, over time the addiction too.
Soma Haruka read Darel Yon's request, "Don't listen to him, Bi. Just give him kale juice." Hearing that Aunt Liam smiled then she complacently went to the kitchen to make two ginger wedang and one kale juice, ignoring Darel Yon whose lips were bleeding from holding back from using her fists anymore.
As David Yon saw the atmosphere become a little brighter, he asked, "Am I allowed to go up to my room now, Brother-in-law?"
Soma Haruka nodded. "No need to rush. We have plenty of time in the future. Go upstairs, take a hot shower, and change into dry clothes. Make sure you spend your ignorant wedang, don't catch a cold." After saying that, he walked first.
David Yon looked at his slender back and felt a strange feeling in his heart. It felt as if the air around had become lighter and the pain in his reddened palm began to diminish.
The next morning, Darel Yon went down while yawning. When he saw David Yon sitting at the dining table, his eyes were refreshed instantly. "Excellent, you didn't run away?"
Dean Yon, who was following behind, opened his eyes firmly, he could not believe that his rebellious second brother had returned home after so long.
After their father's death, David Yon left without leaving a message, wandering around at night and always doing activities that could kill him. Dean Yon wouldn't be surprised if one day he received the news that David Yon died in an accident.
David Yon looked at Darel Yon, who seemed to be a completely different person now. The boy who used to not care about what other people do, now like to interfere in other people's affairs. He frowned. "Just be your own business, you fucking muscle maniac."
Darel Yon's relaxed expression changed, he wanted to grip David Yon's collar hard, but he had to hold it back. This was a trivial matter, he should not let go of his determination just because of his elder brother's words.
"Good, very good. It's early in the morning, but have you guys started fighting?"
Following the sound of a wheelchair, Soma Haruka and Daniel Yon walked into the dining room. Behind them was Yuna Yon who lowered her head in silence. He hasn't been able to get along with Daniel Yon and Dean Yon. But now his family members are growing.
David Yon's gaze pointed at the girl, she felt confused, then whispered to Darel Yon to ask. "Hey, who's that little girl?"
Darel Yon was still irritated by David Yon's words earlier, but he couldn't make trouble in front of his little sister. So, he's serving it. "She's our father's daughter, fifteen years old."
Even though they spoke very quietly, Yuna Yon could still hear her a little. Her feelings became strange and she tightened the grip on her chopsticks.
David Yon smiled wryly when he heard it. Did their father have another child? He doesn't know about it. After his father died, several branch families approached him saying that they would support him to seize the position of head of the family.
He did not want that and decided to run away from them. He sold all his inheritance and used the money to move from place to place and have fun with friends from the night world.
Dean Yon realized there was a storm on his second brother's mind and slowly finished the milk in his cup. As he finished, he glanced towards Soma Haruka and quietly took out a piece of paper from his backpack.
"Sister of In-law."
There was a hint of shame on his calm face. His slightly brownish black eyes hid a complicated emotion. He asked obediently and timidly, "There's a parent and teacher conference next month. Can you come as my guardian, brother-in-law?"
He had a smile on his face, but his eyes were extinguished and gloomy, making him appear older than his age. He lowered his eyes to hide the probing look regarding Soma Haruka's reaction to her request.
David Yon who heard that again whispered to Darel Yon. He asked, "Was I been gone Dean Yon's mother has died?" Darel Yon's eyes were slightly dark as she was immersed in his memories. With a faint smile on his face, Darel Yon replied, "The woman is still alive. We did meet a few times, but I didn't kill him." Darel Yon's cold expression made David Yon's hair stand on end.
"Parent and teacher conferences?" Daniel Yon removed the chopsticks in his hand, then he took the paper from Dean Yon, "Why didn't you tell me yesterday?"
Dean Yon lowered his gaze and played his fingers under the table. "So, I'm very busy. So, I don't want to take your time to take care of little things like this. Moreover, your health is not very good at the moment, I don't want to create more trouble for you."
Daniel Yon almost shed his tears. All this time he was too fixated on his two mischievous siblings, so did not pay attention to his youngest sister. Her heart ached when the younger brother she did not take care of well, instead worried about her that much.
"Dean's right, Daniel. You don't have to think about anything but focusing on your healing. For your brothers and for me." Soma Haruka took the paper from Daniel Yon. He looked at the scheduled time listed there, then thought for a moment before saying, "Alright, I'll go with you."
