Chapter 11: Local Hooligans

Jhon is a leader of one of the small gangs in Beta District. He saw Rayan fight once. After witnessing how agile and ruthless Rayan is while fighting, she aspires to recruit Rayan down her armpit. He wants Rayan to take care of him and be ready to pay for it.
