Marrying a Cold Lecturer

Face Together part 1

Zea sat daydreaming by the pool of her house, trying to digest all these events, sad and confused mixed into one in her mind.

Vano who saw Zea sitting alone, immediately approached the girl.

"Eh .. There's a beautiful mermaid by the pool! But how are there still legs?" seloroh Vano while pointing at Zea's feet that extended into the water.

Zea just looked lazily at Vano, without answering the man's joke. He's still upset with her.

"Why are you here alone? It's night, just in the wind." Vano sat down on Zea's side.

"I'm thinking, brother. Why did Rey suddenly cancel our wedding?" zea said while glancing at Vano.

For a moment Vano fell silent, then answered Zea's question. "That's because he doesn't really love you."

"Hemm .. or maybe he has another reason? For example, he's choosing to save something?" guess Zea.

"Why do you think that?"

Zea shook her head. "No idea, brother. Suddenly I thought so."

Vano shook his head and looked at Zea suspiciously.

"Did the loser tell Zea?" inner Vano.

Tonight Roni forces Rey to come to Danadyaksa's house, and Roni wants to talk about Rey and Zea's marriage. Roni doesn't want her relationship with Adam to be bad because of this.

Rey just resignedly followed Papa's orders, whatever will happen later, he must be ready to face it.

Upon arriving, Adam and Mona warmly welcome the arrival of Roni and her family, Rey is only bowed by mixed feelings.

Everyone gathered in the living room, but it didn't look like Zea was Vano either.

"Zea where to, San? How do you not look?" ask Mona.

"Oh .. I saw this near the pool, I called for a moment."

"Let me call, Tan!"

Hearing that, everyone looked at each other.

Sandra just nodded and smiled.

Rey walks towards the pool, but her steps are stopped when she sees Zea and Vano sitting by the pool.

Rey snorted in annoyance and looked sharply at them.

"Help ...!" Rey cleared her throat.

Zea and Vano turned to look at him.

Zea is shocked to see Rey coming. "You?"

"You want what else? Isn't your marriage annulled?" sergeant Vano stared cynically at Rey.

"You're called!" suhut Rey, then turned around and was about to leave regardless of Vano's words.

Rey stopped her steps and turned to look at the girl.

Vano looked in surprise at Zea, but the beautiful girl only hinted with her eyes for Vano to leave them alone.

As if understanding the intent of Zea's gaze, Vano left the two men with a feeling of annoyance. Even the adorable black man accidentally bumped into Rey's shoulder and glanced at the cold lecturer's cynics. But Rey refuses to respond to Vano's behavior, although her heart also feels furious.

After Vano completely moved away from them, Zea began to approach Rey, then hugged her, making the man surprised instead of playing. But he didn't return Zea's embrace.

"Tell me the truth, why did you cancel our wedding?" insist Zea.

Rey was silent, closing her eyes firmly, she was at a loss as to what to say.

"Say, Rey!"

"Because I don't want to have you, so that I never feel like I've lost you." Rey's pretext, though cliche but sounding bitter.

"really? Are you sure you can forget me?" Zea tightened her embrace, making Ray's heart pound more and more.

"I can't possibly forget you, but I'll learn to let you go. Maybe having you is just a dream." Rey said.

"Then, stay with me until we are truly able to stand up to make that dream come true" Zea replied. She still hugged Rey tightly, feeling her heartbeat pounding incoherently.

While Rey was only speechless, trying to digest this situation.

"When we are faced with a choice, sometimes we need someone to accompany our steps. Why don't you be honest with me, so I can help you through all this." continued Zea.

Hearing Zea's words, Rey suddenly released the woman's embrace and looked at her. "What do you mean?"

"I know what made you cancel our wedding, because Kak Vano threatened you with the videotape, right?"

Ray's face turned confused, he was very surprised to hear Zea's words. "Where do you know?"

"From your cell phone!" answer Zea.

Rey gasps. "You mean?"

"Yesterday after the restaurant, I went to the cell phone service store and I fixed your phone. Thankfully it can still be repaired and the files are still intact" Zea said. "And I accidentally saw a message from Kak Vano, as well as the tape."

"So you know everything?"

Zea nodded. "Yes, I also know the girl in the video, she's a student at our college too."

"really?"

Zea nodded and smiled.

"I'll help you figure out the truth and we'll face it all together. In the meantime let it be both of us's secrets."

Rey spontaneously hugged Zea's body tightly, as if she didn't want to let go again. Her heart was very happy, enjoying the warmth and comfort she had always dreamed of. The girl returned Rey's embrace, immersing her face in the chest of the man's field.

Sandra who had just come to call them, smiled looking at the two people who were hugging.
