Proposal to Make Heartache

The anticipated night has come, Sandra helps Zea dress up in her room, she wants her daughter to look beautiful tonight.

"You must look beautiful in front of your future husband, Ze." Sandra polishes Zea's lips with baby pink lipstick.

"Prospective husband? That's right." Zea inwardly rolled her eyeballs.

"Mrs ...! Our besan candidates have come, let's hunt!" scream Adam.

Zea again rolled her eyes, amused by the words of the papa - candidate besan-

"Yes, Pa!" sahut Sandra's. "Come, Honey!" Sandra pulls her daughter's arm to see Rey and her family.

Zea just resignedly followed Sandra's steps, her heart was eager to rebel but her body instead did the opposite.

In the living room there is Adam, Rey and both parents. With the grace of Zea down the stairs, a knee-length peach-colored dress wrapped her semampai body, her black hair beautifully scattered.

Makes Rey look at him charmed, while smiling.

"Stop looking at him like that, he's not going anywhere." Roni nudged Rey's arm, causing her son to flinch and bow down in embarrassment from getting snooped up.

Zea is forced to sit beside Rey, making the handsome man's heart beat faster. She's really nervous.

"Well let's start this show!" Adam was so excited to start this impromptu event.

After a not-so-important show of pleasantries ends, the moment arrives when Rey pairs the ring to Zea's ring finger.

Rey's hands were trembling, her handsome face was tense and nervous.

Rey manages to pair the ring, Zea quickly pulls her hand back from Rey's presence. From that moment on, there was no smile on Zea's lips, her face was just flat with no expression.

"So when is our wedding?" ask Mona curiously.

Adam, Sandra and Roni seem to think about determining the right time.

But Rey quickly replied, "Next week!"

Making everyone flabbergasted and look at each other, even Zea spontaneously cried out in disbelief.

"Whataaa ...?! You're crazy, aren't you?"

"It's ... already ...!" Roni mediates. "Rey, isn't that fast?" Roni tried to negotiate with her son.

"No! I want it next week!" That firm voice became an absolute decision that could not be contested anymore.

"Well .. apparently Rey is really impatient huh?" Sandra laughed, teasing the stubborn cold figure.

Rey did not return the teasing of her future father-in-law, she just smiled.

"All right, we'll have the wedding next week. We're gonna make a show first, then the recipe will follow." Adam's decision really frustrated Zea.

"But Pa, I'm still going to college. Papa told me to be a good lawyer, now what is this?" Zea tried to protest not to accept.

"You can still go to college. Who says married people can't go to college and have a career? Look at Mona, she continued her S2 even after Rey was born, and now she's a great prosecutor" Adam said.

Zea is very upset with everyone, especially with Rey. This is all so absurd. Unfortunately, Zea acted impulsively.

"I want to talk to you!" Zea stands up and takes Rey away from the living room. Everyone was clearly confused by Zea's behavior.

After their distance was safe from everyone's hearing, Zea stared intently at Rey's face, making the one being stared at turn her gaze in no direction.

"I don't know what you're planning and I don't care what you think of me. But all you have to know is that I don't love you much less hope to marry you. So please, after marriage, don't ask me to serve you or be a good wife to you.

I've followed you and want our parents, so please follow my request this time. And one more thing, don't interfere in my personal affairs, nor will I interfere in your affairs." Zea steps away leaving Rey speechless, Zea's words making her heart ache but she survives because she believes one day Zea can definitely accept it.

Zea returns to the living room and is followed by Rey, Mona is worried to see her son's suddenly sad face, she is sure there must be something.

"It looks like our conversation is over, let's have dinner first." Adam invites Ray and his family to the dinner table.

At IGD Hospital Medica looks like Vano who is sitting alone staring at the screen of his phone, his heart is troubled to remember Zea, wants him to contact the girl, but he hesitates and undoes his intentions.

At times Vano seemed to snort angrily while hardening his jaw.

"I haven't lost. I won't be that easy to give up." murmured Vano softly.
