CHAPTER 11. Last request

Nadia awkwardly sat down to enjoy breakfast together with the Young Master at the large-sized dining table overlooking the swimming pool.

The mood is very quiet.

Young Master was cool to enjoy his breakfast while focusing on looking at the HP screen without caring for Nadia in the least.

"How cough? Nadia can go see?" asked Nadia to vent.

"Finish your breakfast, and then we go to the hospital together. Papa is conscious and He asked us to visit him this morning" replied the Young Master still remained focused on his HP.

"Well, " replied Nadia briefly.

After breakfast, Nadia rushed to prepare all her needs and went down to the car park and there Tuan Muda was waiting for her to leave the hospital immediately.

Until the hospital, Nadia and Tuan Muda immediately headed to the Rose room 105 where his Datuk Iskandar was treated.

"Assynolajet.. What grandpa? Diah worried." said Nadia while kissing the back of Datuk Iskandar's hand sign giving greetings.

Datuk Iskandar only replied with a line of smiles.

It looks very weak with the hose still attached to both his nostrils and the syringe on his left hand.

Datuk then signaled to Mr. Rafiq his son to sit closer to him as Nadia did.

Rafiq approached and sat down next to Nadia.

"Rafiqs... Forgive Papa yes.. Papa didn't manage to take good care of you.. Papa is so hard and selfish that he forgets to think of you. Long ago.. Papa thinks money is everything.. But it turns out that Papa was wrong.. Luxury doesn't make you happy, it keeps you in long-lasting pain.. Forgive Papa.." Said Mr. Iskandar stroking rafiq's face with his right hand.

"What's the talk?? Rafiq doesn't understand.. Papa is the greatest parent to Rafiq.. Rafiq is proud to be Papa's son.. Papa enough rest.don't think the no-no.. God willing Papa will be healed soon... Okay..?!" Replied the Young Master while replying to his Pap hand.

"Papa is old Fiq.. Just waiting for his time again.. And Papa is eager to make sure you are happy before GOD calls Papa.. Fiqs.. Would you like to grant Papa's last request?" said the Great Lord to his Young Master.

The Young Master simply nodded his head slowly without speaking a single bit.

"No way Papa.. He was too young to get married.. Diah is also just about to start her college, Diah still has to pursue her dreams.. And Rafiq has Papa's wife.." Elak Mr. Rafiq rejected Papa's strange request.

Diah who had been sitting next to Mr. Rafiq just bowed quietly and her eyes began to glaze over.

His mind is fucked up not because of.

Shown by his request Datuk Iskandar a few days ago on his to be willing to accompany Rafiq in his joys and sorrows. Being a woman who is able to stand firm gives strength to Rafiq after Datuk Iskandar will be gone.

"Your marriage to Zizi is just a business marriage.. There is no love there. Papa wants to see you happy. Has a real family, a family. There is a wife who is always loyal beside you. There are children who will be the successors of your life line.. Not like Fiq's today.. All is nothing but a sham.. Papa is devastated every thought of you.. Papa feels very guilty.. "Diah.. Diah agrees, right?? Datuk wants you to get married so that Diah can secure his life with Rafiq.. It is not the intention of the grandfather to destroy the future of Diah.Just because Datuk wants to make sure Diah and Rafiq are happy then that is what Datuk wants you to get married.. Please grant Datuk Diah's request. "he said again while stroking Diah's head in submission to tears.

"Pa.. Rafiq go to work first.. It's almost 10. Rafiq has a meeting at 11 p.m. Papa rest and don't think strangely.. Papa must be healed.. Okay!" his words Young Master regardless of Papa's request.

"Nadias.. You were here to look after Papa.. Later after work I come back here to pick you up..!" his words again to Nadia who only took it slowly.

"Rafiq. Please consider Papa's request.. That's Papa Fiq's last request... Papa please.. Consider it.." said the Great Lord again to Mr. Rafiq before he left the nursery of Mr. Iskandar.

After the departure of Tuan Muda, Datuk Iskandar then told everything about Mr. Rafiq to Nadia.

About her traits, about her work, and even about her marriage to the unharmonious Zizi.

"Rafiq bears too much of the burden of life.. He had no one to share his grief with.. Grandfather beg Diah.. Datuk believes Diah can conquer Rafiq's frozen heart. Rafiq needs a jolly, considerate and sincere woman like Diah.. Promise Diah will win Rafiq for Datuk... Only Rafiq has Diah.. Grandpa wants to see him happy.. Please Grandpa..!" said the Great Lord asked Nadia to be willing to marry Mr. Rafiq her child.

Nadia could not refuse Datuk Iskandar's request.

Nadia simply nodded and promised to grant the Great Lord's request.

"Maybe this is my way of returning Datuk Iskandar's goodwill to me. I will accept this match if Young Master is willing to marry me" whispered Nadia's inner self inwardly.

"Give me your guidance, O GOD.." He prayed again.
