Marry me, Mr. Mafia

Marry me, Mr. Mafia
Episode 70's

Two weeks passed.

Aila's situation had started to improve, but she had become very quiet and had become a cold person. Adrian is very sorry for making the woman he loves turn ice-cold, no longer as warm as before.

Meanwhile, Lion King sent Ben to pick up his daughter when he learned of her condition that might have improved.

Upon arriving at Snake's headquarters, Ben is greeted cynically by the headquarters guards. But Ben didn't care, he came just to pick up Aila.

"Miss Aila, I'm Ben. Allow me to escort Miss Aila to meet Mr. Arjin and Ms. Bhika."

Aila looked at the stranger. "Who are they?" Aila's voice sounded clear yet in a flat tone.

"They are Miss Aila's real parents, Lion king."

There was no answer from Aila, she just got straight out of bed, grabbed a face and a prayer mat that folded neatly on the nightstand.

"Take me see them."

"Well miss."

Ben stepped first and was followed by Aila's footsteps. But, just as his foot was about to step out of the house, Adrian held back by pulling his wrist.

"Dear, promise me you'll come back."

"I can't go anywhere anymore, Adrian. There's nowhere else for me to go." He answered flatly while continuing his steps until Adrian was forced to let go of his hand.

Her eyes could only stare at the departure of the car that brought Aila to meet her two biological parents whom she had never met before.

After traveling quite a long way, Aila finally arrived at a mansion that was no less magnificent than the Tiger mansion. Staring at this magnificent mansion made Aila miss her husband. Is it true that Tiger is dead or even the man pretended to be dead and deliberately did not try to look for him to launch his revenge mission.

Aila sighed to brush off the shadow about Tiger. Soon his legs he stepped up following Ben's steps further into the mansion, until it stopped right at the end of the second floor hallway of the mansion.

"Miss Aila, come in. Lion is waiting for the arrival of miss."

Ben opened the door wide, revealing a woman lying on a bed with many medical devices attached to her body.

Slowly Aila's footsteps drew closer to the woman's bed. Sayup Aila saw the face of the unconscious woman at a glance similar to her.

Lion stood to the right of his wife's bed, staring silently at Aila who was getting closer to his wife.

"She's my wife. Her name is Bhika, she fell unconscious a year after losing her baby, exactly nineteen years ago and has never been willing to wake up again since that day." Arjin said slowly and carefully while trying to talk to Aila.

Aila was already standing to the left of Bhika's bed. I don't know what pushed his hand to touch that unconscious face.

"Is she the one who gave birth, me?" Aila's eyes turned to Lion and Lion nodded confidently.

"I'm sorry for your mistake, Aila. I failed to take care of you, until they kidnapped you from us." Said Lion while bowing his head in regret.

"All I know is that both my parents are dead. But, it turns out I'm not their daughter." His eyes began to glaze over. It feels mixed, sad when it turns out that parents who give him affection since birth are not their biological parents. However, to accept the fact that both of her biological parents are still alive, makes her even more sad and confused.

I lost a fetus that was still in the form of a blood clot, like a part of my soul disappeared. You-you lost a newborn baby from your womb, must have been very painful. Even your husband killed the man he thought had kidnapped your baby. And the son of the man you killed actually gave your baby a chance to live until now, but I couldn't even look after our baby.

Aila's hand gently stroked Bhika's cheek once more, until tears were seen dripping at the end of her eye patch.

"Darling! Baby you hear me."

Arjin was very happy to see his wife respond with tears. He looks very happy. Aila watched that, making her recall the moment Tiger held her tightly as her body shivered in coldness and nearly fainted back then.

He just sat limp on the floor, which made Arjin worried.

"Aila, what's going on? You okay?" Arjin crouched down to look at Aila's face that was already soaked by her tears.

"I-I, just got lost baby-" said Aila, sobbing.

"Baby-ku-"

The voice belonged to Bhika who spoke severed, and she slowly tried to open her eyes.

"Darling, Bhika!"

Arjin approached his wife and let Aila who had also stopped crying. He turned his head towards the woman and Aila stood up again while wiping away the tears on her cheeks.

"Arjin, where's my baby-"

"Oh my dear. Finally after all this time I have been waiting for you. You're back, baby." Arjin's warm embrace gave Bhika. He cried when he found his wife aware of her coma.

Long enough Arjin hugged his wife who was still lying down, until the wife said she wanted to sit down. Arjin helps her sit up.

"Arjin, it feels like my legs can't be moved." Her babble with a little whining spoiled and brick-styled.

"That's because your legs take too long to rest, baby. It will soon improve."

Arjin massaged Bhika's legs under her blanket.

A smile was seen on Aila's face. Although he did not understand what the two people were talking about, but somehow he felt anxious to see the romantic couple who finally got back together after a dozen years apart. Are they separate? It doesn't seem like it, it might just not be able to communicate with each other in a period of decades.

Bhika's eyes caught the graceful figure smiling towards her and her husband. "Who is he, Arjin? Is she your young wife?"

Bhika's question made Arjin's eyes go black, then Arjin shook his head quickly. "She's Aila, baby. She's not my young wife, but she's our lost daughter." Arjin explained.

For a moment Bhika closed her mouth, her eyes looking far away looked at the two eyeballs of Aila who was also staring at her. "Arjin, his eyes are even the same as mine."

"You're right, honey. His smile is the same as yours."

"Smile!" His orders were with Aila. She recognizes her daughter, their faces are very similar, Bhika does not need to doubt that, because as long as she is in a coma Aila's face is always present greeting her and calling her, Mother.

Aila just kept quiet, she did not understand what Bhika said to her.

"Smile Aila. My wife wants to see your smile." Arjin spoke a language that Aila understood.

Though hesitating, Aila smiled. At that moment Bhika stretched out her hands and asked Aila to hold her.

"Help your mama Aila. She misses you so much, baby." Arjin.

Inevitably, though doubtful, Aila stepped closer to Bhika, then entered in the arms of the woman who had given birth to her.

Feels comfortable. It feels warm like a mother's embrace. Was it really she who gave birth to me. If he is, what should I do.

Finally, Aila's tears spilled very hard. He could no longer hold back his pill cry. She was sad to have been separated long enough from her parents. But, there is a much more hurtful heart, because it turns out his parents are the cause of Tiger must lose his parents and the main source of the dispute is him.

"What should I do-" said Aila in her tears.

Bhika tightened her embrace, she stroked Aila's back very gently to calm her cries. But, instead of easing Aila even more sobbing.

"I must how-I caused all this misfortune. She must hate me so much--"

Bhika glanced at Lion. She asked her husband to explain what Aila said. But, Arjin chose not to tell first. He simply gave the code for Bhika to continue hugging and stroking their daughter's back.

"I-a-aa-I love her. I love her so much-"

That sentence made Lion feel something strange. He knew the love word his daughter expressed was of course aimed at Levarendo Mark, the son of Tiger King.

Oh my poor daughter. Why you should fall for that man. He will not forgive us, dear. I'm sorry for all this mess.
