Episode 68's

Tiger was stranded on the riverbank severely injured. Fortunately he was found by Ben's men who happened to be assigned to guard the gate of the mansion bordering the river.

Ben was shocked when he got news from his men who said they found Tiger's body. But, then Ben orders them to bring the body of the Tiger they think has been killed to the mansion.

"What's going on?" Lion asked looking directly at Tiger's body brought by his men.

"It looks like Tiger tried to escape from Snake King's confinement, but unfortunately he was killed instead." Replied Ben who had also checked Tiger's pulse which was no longer detected.

"Hide his body. Don't let Snake know Tiger's whereabouts." Declared.

"Good, Lion."

"Ben, put everything on Tiger's body on another body, and put it back where you found it."

Ben understood what Lion meant, to make him immediately carry out the order without asking again.

Ben's men carried the body of one of their captives who committed suicide yesterday, the corpse had a posture that was very similar to Tiger's. Soon they exchanged the clothes of the corpse for Tiger's clothes, then brought the corpse to be shot back upriver.

While Tiger's body, put on new decent clothes. Bullets lodged in his thighs, arms and shoulders were removed by Lion's doctor. Lion even had his doctor sew up the wound all over Tiger's body. And right then, Tiger's pulse returned, but he was in a coma.

"Take good care of him. If he can save her, he's my daughter-in-law." Lion told his trusted doctor.

"Good, Lion."

The doctor, assisted by two assistants to provide special care to Tiger in one of the most secret rooms in his mansion. The room was next to the room where his wife was being treated.

Lion is back to see his wife. "Honey, I promise, this time I will save Tiger King's son. I won't repeat the same mistake." His words were full of regret considering his past actions.

"I'll let Aila go if Aila's gonna choose that guy over us, as long as that guy can make Aila happy."

"I will also accept whatever punishment the man will give me to avenge the deaths of his parents and younger siblings. As long as it doesn't give Aila her life, whatever it is I'll do." He kissed the back of his wife's hand.

"You agree with me, don't you, baby? Yeah, you would agree. Because I deserve that punishment."

Lion kissed the back of his wife's hand again, his tears began to drip from his eyes and hit the back of his wife's cold hand. Without realizing it, his wife's little finger moved slowly, as if responding to the warmth of tears that touched his skin.

The baron and his men find the body they think is Tiger. They even made sure the wound they had carved on Tiger's body before Tiger fell into the river, was really on the corpse's body.

"Captain, this is Tiger's body. Look at the gunshot on his shoulder, it's even still wet and it's bleeding profusely."

"Yes, captain."

"Then bring the body. We have to show it to Snake King."

They took the body to a secret base to deliver their catch to him.

And stupidly, when he arrived at the headquarters, Arnold immediately believed that it was Tiger's corpse. As well as Taw and Juno, they did not put the slightest suspicion on the corpse.

The baron again ordered his men to bring the body to be placed near the Lion mansion. According to Adrian's orders.

The next morning Baron knocked on the door of the room where Aila was being treated.

"What's the Baron?" Adrian stepped closer to the Baron.

"Young master, this morning we found Tiger's dead body in the Lion mansion area." Whisper the Baron with a loud voice deliberately to be heard by Aila.

"Whose life?"

Adrian deliberately asked again for Baron to repeat his words because Aila did not give any reaction at all.

"We found Tiger's body around the area of the Lion mansion. Looks like Tiger came there to snatch Miss Aila, he thought that Lion was carrying Miss Aila. But unfortunately he was killed."

"What's? You sure it wasn't Baron's fault?"Adrian looked back to see how Aila was reacting.

"If you want to see the body, you can come with me. The body's in the back shed. Snake ordered to bury him properly."

There was still no response from Aila. It made Adrian a little emotional. He thought Aila would go berserk or even faint, but unexpectedly Aila even seemed relaxed eating breakfast in front of him.

"Aila, is it okay if I stay for a while?" He approached Aila.

"It's okay." Answer Aila flat.

"All right, then stay here. I want to see the body they suspect is Tiger."

"Please, Adrian. I'm okay being left alone." Aila replied with a smile.

*Why did Aila react like this. What I'm guessing is wrong, to think that Aila loves the mafia. If my guess is wrong, thank goodness. Then I still have a chance to get Aila's heart.*

"I'll go for a minute, baby. Stay here." Adrian was about to touch Aila's head covered in her hijab, but was undone when he remembered that Aila did not like to be touched without permission.

As soon as Adrian disappeared behind the room door, Aila's hand that had scooped breakfast on her plate stopped. His breathing rose and fell irregularly, his hands until he held his chest that increasingly felt very tight.
