"Not a car! Give birth!" half a yell.

"Mas, sick!" nissa grimaced in pain.

Vishnu's car has now entered the hospital parking lot and immediately parked his car and carried Nissa into the hospital with Amri following in later.
Arriving at the hospital lobby Vishnu then shouted to the doctor to immediately take action to Nissa.
The sisters and the doctors took Nissa to a room where Vishnu could not enter.
Vishnu was very panicked, he just went back and forth in front of the door of the room until he finally remembered the possibility that would happen.
"Isn't he?" amri called Vishnu.
"Yes baby!" said Vishnu squatting stroked his son's cheek.
"Mom why?" ask Amri plain.
"You want to give birth to your sister" said Vishnu explained.
"Oh, is that good?" amri said he understood.
Vishnu then smiled and then stood up from his position earlier and returned to pacing back and forth syantik. What the hell is thor?
Soon a baby cry was heard that broke the silence making Vishnu a little breathing.
Long Vishnu waited until finally the doctor who handled Nissa came out and met Vishnu.
"Sir Vishnu?" the doctor called Vishnu.
"Bu Nissa has given birth and wants to see you" the doctor told Vishnu.
"Jaudah doc, thank you," said Vishnu smiling and unceasingly said alhamdulilah. "Ammie? Amri wait here first huh? Don't go where okay?"
"Yes pah!" amri nodded in agreement.
Vishnu then entered the room leaving Amri alone sitting in the waiting chair, before long a nurse appeared to walk towards Amri and smile kindly to Amri.
"Halo Amri" the nurse told Amri.
"Hello auntie, whose aunt?" said Amri polo.
"Follow auntie yuk!" the nurse pulled Amri's hand.
"Where are you going?" amri said a little scared.
"We go play games," said the nurse smiling kindly.
"No way!" said Amri ketus.
Hearing Vishnu's rejection seemed very upset and could not be patient anymore.
"You ask a lot, huh?" the nurse was upset. "Come with me!"
"No way!"
Amri continued to rebel and remove the nun's grip but hunted in a strong grip and smothered Amri's mouth so that he could not make a sound.
Shortly afterwards Amri fainted due to drugs given by the nurse so that the nurse could freely take Amri away from the place.

Arriving at an abandoned house the nurse brought the unconscious Amri into the house to be sealed.

Upon entering the house the nurse felt footsteps following her and hurriedly hid beside the wall covered by an old closet.
The nurse placed Amri on the floor and took a piece of wood in her hand and waited for the person who followed her.
When the person who followed him passed in front of him who turned out to be two teenage girls, the nurse hurriedly swung her wooden beam to the heads of the two teenagers.
Duk! Duk!
Twice the wooden beam blows from the sisters made the two teenagers faint instantly, after confirming that the nurse fainted then turned the bodies of the two teenagers and was stunned by surprise before finally smiling cynically.
"Oh again you guys?" the nurse said cynically. "You have come here and it is the same that you have given your lives to me,"
The sister then took a rope and tied the two teenagers while strong and she tied Amri to a chair and was still unconscious.
After making sure the bond of the victim was safe, the nurse then walked up to pick up a knife with traces of dried blood and sharpened it on the sharpener she was carrying.
"My little knife will take the lives of two people this time and tonight we'll take a blood bath" he said cynically before continuing to sharpen his knife while laughing with satisfaction.
