Vishnu could not understand what had happened so far this dream was the most beautiful dream for him.
"What did Nissa say?"
"I only belong to Nissa?"
Vishnu again thought far away but he hurriedly brushed off all his thoughts and began to try to forget Nissa.

Vishnu then stared at the alarm clock on the nightstand that had shown at 6 am, Vishnu then rushed to shower to prepare for the hospital because less than 2 hours he will undergo kidney donor surgery who does not know who the donor is.

"Huftt misses dawn prayers!" gerutu Vishnu stood up from his seat.
Vishnu immediately took off all his clothes and wrapped a towel around his waist then went into the bathroom to prepare and rushed to the hospital.
After finishing bathing Vishnu sat on his bed and dried his hair until his phone rang a few times.
"Hello?" vishnu picked up the phone.
"Hello! Vishnu where are you? Why so long?" andrew said from behind the phone.
"Can you wait? Wait I'll be there soon" Vishnu told Andrew.
"Good! I wait!" andrew said to turn off the phone.
After a call from Andrew, Vishnu then continued to dry his hair and put on his clothes to go to the hospital.
Vishnu got out of his hotel room, entered the elevator and rushed to his car to get to the hospital.
In the journey of Vishnu ceaselessly think about what exactly the dream means? Is this a message then is not the dream just a sleeping flower or? Vishnu immediately dismissed all thoughts that lead to the union he with Nissa back.
To divert his mind Vishnu then set the song in his car just to calm the atmosphere.
Vishnu enjoyed the song he set until he realized that it was a song that instantly reminded him of Nissa.
"Bring my love away, take where you want, make your friend, your friend you love the most,"
The song that makes Vishnu shed tears when remembering all the memories of their household promise to live while now crumbled without rest.
Realizing that he shed tears, Vishnu immediately turned off the song and wiped away his tears why this? How could he forget Nissa? Or maybe? We don't have to speculate too far.
Vishnu was long enough on the way until he arrived at the hospital and immediately went down to meet Andrew, in the room there was already waiting for Andrew and some other doctors.
"Where have you been?" andrew was a little upset.
"Sorry,"
"Sister please do an examination for Vishnu before he undergoes surgery" Andrew told a nurse.
Vishnu then followed the nurse to undergo an examination before the operation began, after doing Vishnu's surgery then rushed to the operating room.
Slowly Vishnu injected a liquid that made him unconscious, after being unconscious the medical team began to run kidney donation operations from Vishnu's own father.

"Andrew before I was drugged I wanted to say something if Vishnu later asked who the donor was You can't say anything!" said Angga sir to Andrew.
"But why?" andrew asked.
"From childhood Vishnu did not recognize me as his father he always hated me because I always did not have time for him so I did not want Vishnu to know so that he did not regret later receiving my kidney donor," said Mr. Angga slowly shed tears.
"Well sir, I'll keep this a secret" Andrew said, then injecting anesthetic for Pan Angga to run the operation.

It has been almost 2 hours of surgery time performed by their team of doctors was a bit was was because one mistake could make Vishnu lose his life, after almost 3 hours finally the operation was successful with its operation but Vishnu was still unconscious.
"Thank God the operation was successful" Andrew told a team of doctors.
After all, the team of doctors left the room and left Andrew in the room.
Andrew looked confused because it had been almost 30 minutes Vishnu did not wake up even the health graph went up and down.
"What's this?" andrew was confused.

"SamefY? Where're you?" vishnu shouted in a park.
"SamefY? I'm sorry!"
"Nissaa!" vishnu shouted.
"Mas Vishnu?" nissa said from behind Vishnu.
"Darling!" vishnu ran to embrace Nissa but quickly avoided Nissa.
"Mas! Don't hug first you have to come back, if you love me you have to come back here instead of your place I will wait for you in our real life" Nissa said then disappeared from Vishnu's sight.

"Doctor!" said Andrew shouting that made the team of doctors re-enter the room.
"The team of doctors were confused by what happened to Vishnu,"
Vishnu's body continued to tremble and did not stop mentioning the name of Nissa which made the doctor even more confused.
Andrew who heard the so-called Vishnu then remembered something.
"Wait on! I know who can make Vishnu return to normal!" said Andrew ran out of the hospital and drove his car to meet the man.
