Chapter 37: the wedding plan
After the dinner, Bumi and Ana chat in the backyard. They sat together to discuss the marriage.
"Grandfather asks us to get married, if he finds out that this relationship is just a charade your grandfather will definitely be disappointed Bum, everyone will be disappointed" Ana bit her groggy nails, he said,
"are we just saying we're not ready?" proposal Ana
"I'm ready" The earth shrugged its shoulders
"You crazy? You think a relationship that starts with a lie will work?" Ana stared at the Earth sharply, this man was old but his mind was not yet mature.
"Then there's no need to lie and play, be my real lover"
Ana was surprised she instantly turned her red cheeks away.
He looked at the Earth again...
"No.. I don't like you"
"You still hope for Dongmin? Didn't you try and fail?"
"Where do you know our relationship failed?"
"I know, my cousin wouldn't dare to look for trouble with his father, you see, Lee Ro Jun even tried to humiliate you earlier" Earth chugged the red wine in her right hand.
Ana supports her chin with her hands. Rightly he thought. Even Dongmin's father doesn't seem to like him very much. How did he get the blessing of his parents? It will be strange when all the family knows that Ana is Earth's lover, and then suddenly in contact with Dongmin, it is impossible to succeed.
"I'm trying to forget it. I don't think it's going to be too hard" Ana took the red wine down.
"What about my brother?"
"Bella was my ex-boyfriend from High School, we split up when she decided to go to college in America"
"Then you never saw him after that?"
"I was busy in college and interning in the office, my grandfather and father really encouraged me to focus on the company"
Earth downed her drink, she recalled her brief time with Bella and then snorted.
"did you never fall in love again after that?"
"i think I'm in love with someone, I met him at the airport"
"Then? Why don't you just look for him??? Why ask me to be your paid lover?"
"are you too curious, after all this is not my plan, I was forced to ask you to be my lover because the rumors we were dating are everywhere, remember? It's all because of a misunderstanding that night, let me drive you home" Earth stood waiting for Ana to follow
"You kicked me out?????" Ana pursed her lips pouting
"No. Because it's night let me drive you home" Earth ruffled Ana's hair and walked ahead of the woman
(ck what the fuck) his cheeks blushed like boiled crabs
At 10:00 p.m., Bumi takes Ana home after saying goodbye to Grandpa, her father and mother, while Lee Ro Jun is long home after the banquet is over.
"to my apartment or your apartment?" Earth smirked seducing Ana
"Yakkk you!! of course to my apartment"
They drive for about an hour, Bumi does not drive Ana to the front door because she has other business.
Ana walks into her apartment building, then presses the 6 button inside the elevator.
Ting
The elevator door opened, a man was lying face down sitting next to the door of his apartment.
"The din?" Ana immediately approached the man trying to wake him up
"You're home yet?" Dongmin smirked towards Ana, he pinched the woman's cheek.
"You drunk?" Ana smelled alcohol from her shirt
"Let's get up, how long have you been here? Your hands are so cold" Ana helped Dongmin stand up
He opened the door of his apartment, he looked at Dongmin pity then helped him sit on the sofa.
"I'll get you a drink first" Dongmin stopped Ana by holding the woman's hand.
"Don't go, I'm sorry I couldn't help you, I miss you so much" those eyes filled with worry.
"I'm fine" Ana sat next to Dongmin.
Dongmin brought his body closer to Ana, the man would kiss her. Almost a few inches away, Ana turned her face away from the man. He breathed a sigh of relief, he could not do it.
"Why? Don't you like me?" Dongmin looked at Ana with sleepiness
"I'm sorry, I don't want to give you more hope, but I can't let us hurt each other, now I'm in a difficult position, I don't even know if I can get out of this situation or not, I've already signed a treaty with Earth"
"We can relate behind her, right? that jerk was indeed outrageous" Dongmin leaned his head on the shoulder of the sofa
"it's not his fault, remember it's because of the rumors when he saved me that night, I can't relate to you, I'm gonna feel so guilty about him"
Ana puts on a confused, sad expression at Dongmin. Scrunching his forehead while holding his mouth tight.
"I'm sorry"
Dongmin fell asleep, Ana looked at him for a while, the man looked exhausted. Ana reaches into her bag and calls Earth.
"Bum, can you come over here? Dongmin drunk"
It didn't take long, when Earth turned her car around and drove quickly to Ana's apartment, she came in and saw Dongmin asleep on the couch. Ana stood near him.
"Thank you, I couldn't let her stay so I called you"
The earth nodded
"You can ask for my help whenever you need it"
The Earth carries Dongmin's body, aided by Ana. They embrace Dongmin on his shoulders. Ana's a little troubled. Ana's hand touched Earth's hand accidentally, both of them being misbehaved.
They get into the elevator and then out of the apartment building towards the front. The earth splashed Dongmin in the back seat.
"I'm gonna take her to my apartment"
Ana nods, Bumi finds out that if Dongmin is driven to her house drunk, her father must be furious and she doesn't want her cousin to get into trouble again. Especially after her complaint yesterday, she felt guilty because of it.
They have to solve their problems with four eyes. To make things clear and they don't get upset with each other.
Dongmin was only worried about Ana's feelings, he was afraid that Ana would be disappointed after knowing that Earth impregnated another woman. But he also could not interfere about it, let alone they were stuck in that situation because of one thing that was destiny.
Earth looks at Dongmin from the glass, he feels guilty for his attitude, he,
They arrive at the apartment, Bumi asks the help of Apartment guards to carry Dongmin who is asleep.
They took Dongmin to the room,
"Thank you for helping" Earth closed the door to her apartment
Then walking into the kitchen to drink a glass of water, he sat in his kitchen chair and pensively pensive there.
Likewise with Ana, after Earth took Dongmin away, she walked into the kitchen and drank a glass of water while checking her phone.
She gets a message from her sister, Bella who asks her news. Ana has not yet returned the message. There's no way Bella doesn't know about him and Earth, but why she's acting like she doesn't know anything.
The notification came up again, from Bella. Her sister sent an email with the subject "memory" , Ana did not open the email , she ignored it and put her phone carelessly in the kitchen.
Ana walks into the bathroom washing her face and rushes to the room to change clothes.
