Wedding Reception

It does not feel like the time is rolling quickly now the wedding reception Aluna and Bryan stay one more day but they are still preoccupied with the final preparations to ensure that the event tomorrow runs smoothly. The entire extended family of Ayunda's side had arrived in Jakarta two days before the event began. They were all gathered in the family room, watching the favorite Ayunda soap opera that aired on one of the national television stations. That afternoon they chat together while enjoying a cup of tea and accompanied by a variety of delicious snacks.

Smith's residence became crowded for a moment. All the guest rooms are full of Ayunda's extended family. They are excited to welcome the wedding reception day of Bryan and Aluna.

"Mr Ayunda, I didn't see Aluna where she was today?" Melissa asked while having a snack on the table.

"She's still in the box, maybe she'll be home soon." Ayunda's view was not diverted from the television screen.

"Ouch! Why did you let him go to college anyway mbak, tomorrow he will hold a reception so it should not be too tired."

"I've banned him but he insists on leaving he said there was a presentation."

"Where did my grandson Bryan go? Going to the office too?"

"Yes ma'am, there's an office business that Bryan has to take care of."

"The big lady and the rest of the family are in the family room." Said Miss Risa the butler of the Smith family.

"Okay, I'll be there. Please make some warm tea and bring it to my room, ma'am."

"Good young mistress."

"Thank you."

Aluna walked up the stairs to the family room. There have been gathered all the Ayunda family there are Granny Rina, Aunt Melissa, Shera, Om Bagas and the twins Lilly and Freya.

"Assalamu a'laikum." Say hello to Aluna when entering the family room.

"Wa'alaikum salutations." Answer them simultaneously.

"You just got back Aluna?"

"Yes aunty, sorry I can't accompany aunt, om and grandma today."

"It's okay baby, but you better get enough rest today. Tomorrow's event can be up to hours later if you're tired how?" Grandma Rina was worried about the state of the granddaughter-in-law.

"He-he-he, the plan used to be just that my presentation schedule was put forward. Again I'm sorry."

"Okay, then I'll stay. Good afternoon all."

Aluna left the family room to go to the room.

The next day

All the residents of the Smith residence had been busy since 05:00 a.m. The waiter, bodyguard, Aunt Merry and her assistant and make up artist are all busy preparing for the wedding reception. The wedding reception will be held at 10:00 at the xxxx hotel ballroom.

In different places, Ayunda, Shera, Aunt Melissa, Grandma Rina, Lilly and Freya are being dressed up by the makeup artist Ayunda. They were in the main hall of the Smith residence.

While Bryan, Reymond, Om Bagas and Rudy are being dressed by fashion stylists. Reymond, Om Bagas and Rudy look really charming with black and white tuxedo. Bryan was no less charming with a black and white tuxedo suit. Of the three men above, of course, only Bryan is the most charming.

Understandably, it was Bryan who became king a day at the reception. 😁

It did not feel like it had been almost three hours of time it took Aluna to decorate, style her hair and change her wedding dress. Right at 09:00 until everything was ready, Aluna got off aided by the make up artist and the four assistants gathered in the main hall. There has been gathered all the big families of Ayunda.

Bryan's gaze turned to Aluna's face and was stunned by her appearance. Aluna is so beautiful and charming with the blue wedding dress worn. Bryan did not expect that Aluna would be so beautiful that morning, like an angel descending from heaven.

"Ry, your mouth shut tight when the flies come in." Reymond's whisper when he realized Bryan's view did not shift from Aluna.

Bryan immediately shut his mouth when in reality Bryan's mouth was not open in the slightest. Reymond just wanted to tease Bryan.

Kocak is also the father of Bryan. 🤣

Aluna was embarrassed and her heart was racing. Suddenly his eyes glazed over imagining the deceased Alexander who was gone.

"If papa and mama were still around, would papa be happy to see me in a wedding dress?" Aluna said.

"Your mom and dad must be happy, baby. You don't cry yeah, your makeup fades." Ayunda shrank the tip of Aluna's eyes using a handkerchief.

"You don't have to be sad, dear Aluna, we're all your family here too." Grandma Rina hugged Aluna's body and the atmosphere became haru.

"After that, let's get ready to get in the car. Aluna and Bryan, you got in the same car that Rudy drove." Reymond's Order.
