13. Application Accepted

The current situation feels mixed. The atmosphere surrounding the six adults there was awkward. But it is inversely proportional to the situation of children who are very happy. For they saw much food in front of them and, more delightfully, they could eat it.

They were eating the food that Venson and his family had brought. To be honest, Venson came here to greet, as well as express his intention to propose to Jasmine to the mother or guardian of Jasmine itself.

Jasmine swallowed her food with great difficulty. He did not expect even and did not expect that Venson and his three children would visit his house.

"Oh, yeah. My name is Stevenson Stevens Alexandre Klein, these are my sons." That answer made Miss Lia shyok on the spot. He did not think that the man who was proposing to his daughter already had children.

And the fact is not just one but three children at once.

Understanding her mother's shock it made Jasmine grimace softly. For sure after this, his mother would ask him many things. And Jasmine tried to find a logical reason for her mother's later questions.

"Mommy doesn't know the three of them, right? That's the one sitting there named Jackson. While this is Aurora and next to her is her sister named Wilson." said Jasmine while pointing towards the owner of the name.

While Bu Lia just nodded and gave her trademark smile to the three. The third response just nodded slowly.

"So, you want to propose to the princess alone, Jasmine?" Venson nodded. "Are you serious?" Ms. Lia asked that to see if the man in front of her was serious or just playing around.

Venson looked seriously at Bu Lia and Jasmine who were sitting next to the middle-aged woman. "I'm very serious about proposing to Jasmine. I promise I won't hurt Jasmin and will take care of her with all my heart."

Bu Lia nodded slowly. He could see the look of seriousness on Venson's face. And don't forget the look of earnestness that emanated from his eyes.

"All decisions are in Jasmine's hands. I can't impose my will on Jasmine's life." she said as she stared gently at Jasmine.

Now the gazes of the five people there were fixed on Jasmine. While Jasmine who initially looked at her mother, now turned to look at Venson.

He could see the look of solemnity from the radiance of his eyeball. But he hesitated to answer. All of this is based on misunderstanding. And Jasmine did not want to continue this misunderstanding.

Directed a look toward Jackson who a few seconds ago looked at him. Jackson immediately threw his face away. While Aurora looked at Jasmine full of hostility.

Jasmine heaved a heavy sigh looking at that gaze that was passed on to her. Not to mention the words of Aurora at the party that was still ringing - ngiang dijenak Jasmine.

His gaze rolled towards Wilson who did not even want to look at him. Somehow the doubt was getting bigger making Jasmine's chest tight.

Closed his eyes for a moment had not yet let out a long sigh. Feeling quite relieved, Jasmine immediately opened her eyes. "Can you give me a little time?"

Right after her words were finished, Jasmine could see a speck of disappointment in Venson's eyes. And somehow that bothers him a little. Not to mention the guilt that arrived - suddenly infiltrated the recesses of Jasmine's heart.

"Well, you can think about it. I'll wait for your answer in 3 days."

No one interrupted Venson's words just now. The awkwardness felt by Jasmine kept him silent.

Realizing that, Venson tried to smile thinly. "Alright, because it's night. We say retreat" he said while standing up to make his three children also stand.

Miss Lia and Jasmine also stood up. Both of them take their guests to the terrace. Before it passed, Venson briefly looked gently at Jasmine. But Jasmine did not dare to return that gaze. He was just trying to move his eyes in another direction.

Seeing Jasmine's response made Venson's heart even more uncomfortable. Trying to shake off that feeling, Venson immediately left, of course after saying goodbye to the two.

Seeing that the car had passed away, made Jasmine exhale deeply. There was something strange about his feelings. Jasmine admitted, Venson was very kind to her. Even the treatment was very sweet and gentle.

3 Days have passed. And now Jasmine is waiting for the arrival of Venson who is heading here to meet her.

The clock on his wrist had shown at 17:29 P.M. when their agreement was at 17:00 P.M. that means, Jasmine had waited for almost 30 minutes, but Venson had not come as well.

A sense of uneasiness suddenly appeared in Jasmine's mind. He was afraid of bad things happening to Venson. Not to mention, the chat from him had not been read at all.

Just now he was going to send a message to Venson. The bells above the door sounded. Jasmine turned to look at who had just entered the cafe.

Right there, Jasmine saw the arrival of the person she was waiting for. Looks like Venson's appearance looks a little messy than usual. It caused a question mark in Jasmine's mind.

"I'm sorry, I'm late" she said as she sat in front of Jasmine. A small nod was given Jasmine for Venson's words earlier.

"Would I order you a drink?" bargain Jasmine who was now watching Venson who was regulating her breath.

The nod given by Venson made Jasmine immediately rewind her seat to order a drink. After she finished ordering drinks and food, Jasmine sat back down.

Venson stared straight at him, making Jasmine a little nervous. "You must have waited a long time, huh?" A small gel is given by Jasmine in response. 

"Sorry, I suddenly had a meeting. So it's only here after the meeting's over." He stared at Jasmine.

Jasmine smiled understandably upon hearing that explanation. After all Jasmine also knew that Venson was a busy person.

"So what was your answer to my question at the time?"

That remark made Jasmine who was intending to drink so not so. And put the glass back on the table. The air around him that felt scratched around his neck.

Jasmine was ready to give an answer. But suddenly the waiter at this cafe came along with the food that had been ordered by Jasmine.

Sighs a little, "Thank you." Jasmine said with a smile. Fortunately, the waiter this time was a girl. So Jasmine was free to smile without being envied by Venson again.

"We eat first, yeah." The two ate quietly and postponed their conversation for a while.

After eating, Venson stared at Jasmine. While the one in the face began to take a look for a moment. "Now can you answer my question?"

Jasmine began to solidify her choices even though she hesitated for a moment. Of course Venson knew that Jasmine was hesitant to answer. That's why he started talking again.

"Whatever your answer will be, I will accept it with a chest. So don't feel burdened." With that said, it made Jasmine even more heavy with that choice.

"I-i-"

Venson heard it quietly, but his feelings were not the same.

..."Really?" he asked in disbelief at Jasmine's reply....

Jasmine nodded confidently while smiling sweetly. After all, it seems like this is God's destiny for him. Although initially based only on misunderstanding, but Jasmine wants to live with sincerity of heart. And of course by trying to love Venson wholeheartedly.

"Thank you, I'm so happy!" The excitement that was not in sight of the place, made several pairs of eyes look towards them.

Jasmine smiled shyly looking

venson's response was overdone in his opinion. "Don't be like that." he muttered as he looked at Venson quietly.

Venson could not stop her smile once her proposal was confirmed by Jasmine. Her happiness is huge right now. Though at that time, he thought that Jasmine would reject his proposal. But the situation was inversely proportional to what he thought it was.
