CHAPTER 71 - The Forgotten Potion of Love (Part 6)

The next morning Jade's father was waiting for Mario in the company lobby but Mario who had come with Celine just passed without wanting to see his former future father-in-law.

"Mario, Jade's dad's better to see you first." Celine said but Mario remained silent as he continued to walk up to the elevator to his room he was upstairs.

Jade's father breathed heavily, because he knew it would be difficult to meet Mario who was not from ordinary people. After 3 hours of waiting in the loby finally Celine who came down to meet him.

"Great Om, remember Celine no?" Celine asked after standing in front of Agung who was looking at her fixedly then Agung shook his head slowly.

"Celine's friend Mario and Jade's High School time." Celine continued with a smile.

"Ah yes, I remember. You're a pretty boy, aren't you?" Grand Tanya made sure and Celine nodded with a smile.

"Want to meet Mario?" Ask Celine again.

"Yes but it seems difficult, om just want to tell everything. Maybe Mario won't be able to take the heartache Jade gave him but. There's something else we want to tell you." Clearly Agung and Celine seemed to understand.

"Alright, Mario will definitely not meet but om can tell to Celine later slowly Celine will explain to Mario."

"All right."

"But can it be late afternoon? Here, we'll meet here." Celine took out a Magical Flower business card and Agung agreed to speak with Celine at 6pm later.

From 5pm Agung had been waiting for Celine at the Magical Flower like they promised this morning. Agung patiently sat down to drink his tea with a sad face, occasionally looking at the direction of the cafe door if anyone opened the door.

Several times the waiter offered to order food but Agung kept ordering tea which was already the third time. Finally Celine arrived and Agung smiled faintly and there was a sense of relief seeing her.

"Sore om, sorry for 10 minutes." Said Celine while pulling the chair in front of Agung.

"It's okay, you're still gonna wait. And this..." Agung lifted a backpack and took out its contents. There are 2 fairly thick books and 1 large enough book that is usually used to write a financial ledger.

"What is this om?" Celine asked because she also saw there were 3 home certificates and 3 car black books along with keys.

"These are all our possessions that were obtained from the capital that Jade took from Mario, all of which we returned. And this ledger is all our bookkeeping and financials from 5 years ago, it's all there. We just took the house that was bought by our own money, all too noted there." Clearly Agung while opening one by one the book and extending it to Celine.

"But.why did you return it? Mario's.."

Celine's speech stopped because Agung gave a photo, it was a photo of Jade with Robin.

"He's Robin, once our neighbor and very close to Jade. Robin is Jade's first love and she loves him so much that Jade is willing to do this. Please apologize from our family as much as Jade has hurt Mario so deeply."

Celine could not say anything because all these assets were not hers either and not her right to take or reject her, Celine was confused.

"Alright, om also does not want to deal with the asset anymore, om is also not strong. And say our big apologies to Mario ya.." Reply Agung resigned and iklas with everything.

"Well, Celine said again, now we eat first because Celine is very hungry." Said Celine and Great just nodding.

Celine had arrived at Mario's house and, as usual, Mario had just opened a bottle of booze that night but seeing Celine walk into his study he put the bottle back in and saw Celine sitting down on the sofa and unpacking a backpack.

"What's that?" Mario asked as soon as he saw Celine open a book with a large size.

"The Jade's father gave me, and here's all the records of their treasure that were collected, here's the keys to the house, the car and the letters all he returned." Celine replied while unpacking everything.

"Don't get mad, you better help me, it looks like something's wrong with this." Connect Celine again because she had time to read some of the sheets earlier.

"You mean?" Ask Mario who is now sitting in front and facing Celine.

"You said you gave Jade a hundred and fifty million because she wanted to open a business for her father but look." Celine gave the book and Mario just glanced at her but he could already catch the intent of Celine.

"But the writing there can all be written in origin by them." Excite Mario flatly.

"All right, this." Celine gave him a pile of bankbooks and bank accounts that had been marked.

"It looks like Jade's father is indeed very disciplined and neat, all written clearly." Connect Celine then Mario a little response and look around a few sheets there.

After 2 hours they turned back sheet by sheet to look for awkwardness finally Mario contact someone.

"Wood, tomorrow give all Jade's accounts and print out all her transactions since 5 years ago." Mario orders on someone named Bayu.

"Who's Bayu?" Celine asked who had just heard that name.

"He's the head of Bank XXX branch, Jade has some accounts there and 2 other banks later he will provide as well." Reply Mario and Celine just oh ria.

"Here you go, just wait for the data from Bayu we just continue.you just stay overnight." Said Mario and Celine also agreed to stay overnight and some of her clothes were also deliberately left in the guest room where she rested.

"You go to sleep, don't drink!" Firmly Celine and stared at Mario sharply.

"It's going to the room, you little prank!" Mario then came out of his study with the table still messy but they let it because it was very tired that night.

Celine also told me not to touch that table because they'll be holding it tomorrow night.
