CHAPTER 12 - Widow of Flower (Part 5)

"Eh there's the widow of flowers.." Said Lidia who was with some staff there and they were shocked to hear Lydia say that. Calla just silently did not respond to Lidia's remarks and continued to carry out his duties to provide all the needs of the staff in this office.

"Thank you Calla.." Said one of the male staff there who deliberately teased Calla. He was in the finance division which contained more women and there were only 2 men there.

"Cih.do not want to tease him or teased mas, later the mas can be unlucky." Said Lydia again and some people were already told to hear it.

"She is an unlucky carrier so don't get near ya. hiii fear of bad luck. A widow 2 times because the husband died on the wedding night." Said Lydia made all those who heard her horrified, because many still believe in superstition.

While Calla who had been accustomed to hearing worse than that just kept quiet and continued his work. Lydia who was upset because Calla did not respond became upset and would make it more difficult for her again.

"Hey damn widow, bring this to my desk later this afternoon." Lidia gave her a small note pad, Calla picked it up but it was dropped by Lydia. "ops, sorry I thought you took it" she said making Calla duck and picking it up on the floor.

Calla is currently walking into a very crowded planning division office and the office with the most employees. "Calla... finally you came, I just emailed the material we need must not have seen right?" Asked a young woman there, making Calla smile thinly.

Until noon before Calla just completed all the requests for goods that entered by email and now he is compiling a request goods Lydia a little strange.

"HVS paper 2 ream, yellow map 2, green 1, red 1, black pen 1, red 1, purple 1, note pad various colors. Why the hell is he. ah there's only one." Calla grumbled and arranged Lidia's request item into a tooli and brought it to Lydia's desk.

"Hey, why are the pens only red and black? And this map blue and red isn't as requested." Lidia protested sitting and working in a room specifically reserved for her team in one of the medium-sized meeting rooms.

"Sorry, there's only this available and I don't have the authority to order all your requested items because my boss is on leave and all stock is available." Calla replied politely but Lidia instead scolded him making 2 of his team there feel strange because Lydia's request is not a necessity in their work and it's actually not important.

"Sorry mba Lydia, it looks like you've gone too far." A man came in with a map containing a report of Lydia's request.

"Sir Jordi, it's okay I'll excuse you first." Pamit Calla and get out of there.

"Hi Miss Calla, this is a special flower delivery again." Sapa Reyhan who accidentally met while going to Calla's desk as usual. Jordi is also going to Calla's place and they meet there.

"Well, someone sent flowers, congratulations Calla finally won't be single for long." Tempta Jordi makes Calla smile embarrassed because it is caught by people if he receives flowers.

Reyhan immediately resigned and will run a mission after asking security where Lydia's room and will give business cards and discounts, of course to some other employees as well so as not to be suspicious.

Calla has returned to his desk and is still looking at the flowers this time, the bouquet of red roses and the beautiful white Calla lily, he really likes the combination of these two flowers.

"Now it's time to meet Alister's beautiful widow." His words in a happy tone made Andy shake his head and chuckle at the boss and his friend.

"Oh yeah. Investigate anything about Lydia." Alister's word makes Andy glare perfectly, "LIDIA? Why do you know that name?" Andy asked in shock.

"Oh he's now auditing Edo's company and he's been there for a month and the first day he made my Calla cry, if it wasn't for Edo I'd have finished him." Alister replied in an annoyed tone making Andy sigh long.

"He's still not changed, Calla will definitely have a hard time with him. From childhood Lydia likes to torture him because Calla wins everything from her. "Who is he?" Lydia asked and one of them answered,

"He's Alister, owner of a 30-year-old xxx hotel and still single, his good friend Mr. Edo, he's been here a lot."

"Sister Andy.." Call him as they pass in front of him.

"Eh.. Lydia. Why is it here?" Andy looked up to hear his name called.

"I'm on duty here, brother.. " Answored Lydia but the direction of her gaze kept glancing at Alister and Andy knew it.

"Who is he?" Alister and Andy asked immediately to introduce the two of them, who they finally chatted together as they walked into Edo's room.

"Ok, I'm going to Edo's room first, you guys just talk don't mind me because it might be a long time." Pamit Alister and they nodded politely.

"Your face is red, you must be imagining something?" Her god again and Calla immediately looked at her sharply.

"I don't want to because of me you're being unlucky." Calla fixed his stance making Alister annoyed with the word unlucky.

"If I could prove that your 2 husbands' deaths weren't because of your bad luck, would you marry me?" Ask Alister firmly.  "Or at least be my lover Calla..." He looked hopeful.

"Give me some time to think." Said Calla who now continues with his work that had stalled due to the wild action of Alister.

"Don't be long, I'll be taken by people." Alister's whisper in Calla's ear gave her goosebumps and she immediately walked away after kissing Calla's cheek quickly.
