The four men are still faithfully waiting for Carissa who is still unconscious after surgery caused by bleeding on her head. And also the removal of the fetus from the womb of Carissa.

Charles is shocked to learn that Carissa had a miscarriage. So did Silvia and Adnan. Xavier the only one who knew it all ended up telling the three people. The reactions of the three men were different.

If Silvia and Adnan did not think that Carissa was pregnant due to Barra's actions. The man who recently looked close to Carissa.
