31. Past times

"You're done with your stuff?" Ask Sofia who is now in the homestay in Rainun.

"It has. Just leave" replied Rainun.

"Nothing left?" Ask Sofia to make sure.

"If anyone is left behind, I'll just call Sofia's sister. You are still here" Rainun said. Sofia chuckled at her sister-in-law's answer.

"Watch - be careful at home. We will be back soon" Sofia said. "Mmm my driver will move my things home, maybe later in the afternoon or tomorrow morning" he continued.

"really? Then you guys go straight home?" Tanya Rainun was happy. Sofia nodded.

"Don't worry. You guys have fun. Bring me by - by the cute niece-to-be later" Rainun continued teasingly.

"Well you are" said Sofia, throwing a pillow at Rainun's face.

"Where's brother?" Tanya Rainun's.

"With Sakha. Looks like Sakha wants to change the interior design of her penthouse." Sofia. Rainun nodded in understanding.

"Let's have breakfast" continued Sofia. The two of them then walked together towards the restaurant for breakfast.

     Arriving at the resto.....

"You guys here?" Sofia asks when she sees Sakha and Raihan at the restaurant.

"We just arrived" answered Raihan. Rainun and Sofia are now joined by Raihan and Sakha.

"You don't take food?" Ask Sofia.

"Me and Sakha are ordering tempe mendoan, bakwan maize and fried bananas" Raihan then sipped coffee in front of him.

"I happen to want to eat warm tempe mendoan" said Rainun.

"Do you two have telepathy? Sakha also said she wanted to eat warm tempe mendoan" said Raihan. Sakha just smiled as she rubbed the top of the head of the lover who was beside her.

"Excuse me, madam. Here's the order" said the waiter who brought three smoky fried plates.

"Ahh tempe mendoan" cried Rainun. He was about to take the tempe but his hand was hunted by Sakha.

"Heart - heart. It's still hot" Sakha said. He then took out a small plate complete with a spoon and fork. Then he took the mendoan tempe and cut it into pieces.

"You were always careless Rai" said Raihan glaring at his sister. Rainun only grinned when she saw her brother's round eyes that almost came out.

"This is eating" said Sakha while giving a small plate containing mendoan.

"Thank you brother" said Rainun.

"It looks like we're a mosquito repellent here" said Sofia who saw the sight of the two lovebirds in front of her.

"Do we have to move? Let's get all these fritters to move in" Raihan said. They all finally chuckled.

The four of them enjoy warm fried foods as well as coffee and tea while chatting casually. At exactly nine o'clock they finished the light breakfast.

"Where are your things?" Ask Sakha.

"Still in the homestay. Everything is finished in the box. Just take it" replied Rainun.

"Then let the staff take it. Let's just wait here" said Sakha. Rainun just nodded.

Sakha then took HT and contacted one of the staff to bring Rainun's goods in the homestay.

"Please get my car ready and put these things in the car" Pinta Sakha gave the car keys to a staff member while another staff member dragged Rainun's large suitcase. 

Fifteen minutes later a staff member approached Sakha to inform her that her car was ready in front of the hotel lobby. They then walked to Sakha's car which was parked neatly.

"Bang, brother, I'm going home first" Pamit Rainun.

"Heart - heart. The day after tomorrow we will go home" replied Raihan. "Oh yes, please ask for a symbol to clean up Sofia's goods that will come later in the afternoon" Pinta Raihan.

"Ready boss" replied Rainun. Rainun then shook hands with Raihan as well as Sofia.

"You're Rai's heart. Don't forget to tell me when you arrive" Pinta Sofia hugged her sister-in-law.

"Yes brother. Don't forget to bring me my order" Rainun said to Sofia. Sofia blushed in embarrassment with the thud from Rainun.

"Heart - heart bro. Titip my sister, you take it easy I'll keep the resort while you're gone" Raihan told Sakha who was nodding and thumbs up. Sakha then drives her car slowly, starting to leave her resort.

"Is there anything you want to buy?" Ask Sakha.

"It seems not for now" replied Rainun. "Focus driving your car, brother, don't look at me" Rainun reminded Sakha.

"Huft, why does it feel heavy when driving you home" Sakha lamented "I feel like I want to keep looking at you" she said.

"Why don't you just take the driver if you want to keep looking at me?" Tanya Rainun's.

"No, I'd rather just be alone with you" Sakha then took her lover's hand and held it tightly.

"How will you use that gear lever if you hold my hand?" Tanya Rainun's.

"Just relax, I'm a pro" Sakha replied lightly.

"You've been like this a lot with other women?" Rainun asked who was starting to feel jealous.

"No, I even feel weird" Sakha said.

"You mean?" Desak Rainun's.

"Before you I was in a relationship with a woman. But I've never felt as comfortable as being around you" said Sakha.

"Gombal" Rainun said, turning his face away. "Your attitude is very subtle to me, surely you are also so with your ex-lover" continued Rainun who still turned his face away.

"No, I never lied to you dear" said Sakha softly "believe me" He continued as she gently stroked Rainun's hand which she still held.

"Then tell me what you've done with your ex" Pinta Rainun.

"Then don't turn your face like that" Pinta Sakha. Rainun then looked at Sakha, noticing the handsome man next to her.

"I met him at an overseas business exchange. He is the son of one of papi's business friends" Sakha starts telling stories.

"We were in a relationship for only about a year. Without an intense meeting because he and I are just as busy because of LDR. He takes care of his father's corporate branch which is in Paris" Sakha explained. Rainun listened carefully.

"She was just using me and wanted what I had" The story then flowed to the end of Sakha's cheating ex-lover.

"Then you really love him?" Tanya Rainun's. There was a bitter taste in the corner of his heart at this moment.

"No. I used to admire him" Sakha replied.

"What amazes you?" Tanya Rainun's.

"I think she's beautiful, smart and hardworking. Before I knew it he was a deceitful person" Sakha replied.

"So from that, I just found the warmth of your feelings that made me finally really fall in love" said Sakha. Rainun smiled hearing that.

"You know? Even I miss you when I don't see you" Sakha added.

"So that's why you used to make vidio calls to me. Though we are the same - the same is in the resort" Rainun chuckles amusedly.

They chatted along the way until it was not felt now in the courtyard of Rainun's house.

"Honey. Open the drawer" Sakha ordered.

"Are you going to give me chocolate?" Guess Rainun who already knows the place where Sakha keeps chocolates and sweets.

"Just open up" Pinta Sakha smiled.

Rainun then opened the drawer

"Right, the chocolate pile is here." Rainun.

"You didn't find anyone else there?" Ask Sakha again.

"Mmmm this?" Rainun asked in shock when she found a jewelry box.

"Hm. Open it up" said Sakha. Rainun opened the box.

"Wah the bracelet" cried Rainun. Sakha then took the bracelet with the symbol of SR and put it on Rainun's left hand.

"It turns out fitting" said Sakha who looked happy.

"This is for me?" Tanya Rainun made sure.

"Of course, honey. You likey?" Ask Sakha.

Rainun nodded as she looked at the beautiful bracelet in her hand.

"Thank you brother" said Rainun who smiled sweetly.

"Alright, let's go down, miss" take Sakha. He then went down and opened the door for his lover.

"You don't want to split your chocolate?" Rainun asked who was still sitting in the car. Sakha chuckled at the question from the girl.

"Take as much as you want" she said. Rainun smiled then took some chocolate. Sakha then drops Rainun's large suitcase from the car and takes it home.

Rainun then rang the bell. I heard someone walking from inside and opening the door.

"Assalamualaiakum mbok" Sapa Rainun when he saw the middle-aged woman who opened the door.

"Waalaikum salam non. Not just the two? Where's Den Raihan and Miss Sofia?" Ask Simbok who is still in tears.

"They're still there. Maybe the day after the new home" said Rainun.

"Let's go in non, den. Here let the symbol bring the suitcase" Pinta symbok.

"Don't mbok, let me. It's heavy" Sakha said.

"Where are Maman and Anggit?" Tanya Rainun's.

"Aah I've missed the symbiotic cuisine" said Rainun who now sparkled his eyes. "Sister, let's have lunch first." Take Rainun.

Sakha nodded then followed Rainun towards the dining room. Rainun then spooned the rice to Sakha.

"Eat a lot. You were just a fried breakfast, it was not filling" said Rainun who was busy picking up side dishes for Sakha.

"Already - already. That's enough" said Sakha. Then they had lunch together.

"Ah, I will inform Brother and sister Sofia that we have arrived" Rainun said, recalling a message from Sofia. He opened his phone and sent a message to Sofia.

They had lunch and then relaxed for a while before Sakha finally returned to the resort.

"Heart - heart. Let me know when I get there" Pinta Rainun.

"Alright baby" answered Sakha. He then drove his car out of Rainun's yard.
