11. Beachside

This afternoon, Rainun, Raihan and Sofia went on vacation together to celebrate Rainun's success while giving happy news for him.

After traveling for two hours, they finally arrived at a resort on the beach. The white sand and blue sea make them amazed by the beautiful creation of God.

"Maa is Allah. Indaha" cried Rainun who was so enthusiastic. Raihan smiled at his sister and future wife who were so happy. It seems that they have not been on vacation for so long.

He pulled out a bag of clothes from the trunk of the car and headed to the hotel where they would stay.

"Let's rent a hotel room and put these bags first" Raihan said as he walked away from Rainun and Sofia.

"Wait for me" said Sofia who ran small towards Raihan followed Rainun as well. Sofia then goes to the reception desk to reserve a room.

"It seems I know that person" Raihan murmured and then stepped foot toward the person he meant. "Ah turned out to be right you" Raihan exclaimed as he patted the person on the shoulder.

After reserving two rooms, Sofia and Rainun turned to invite Raihan to look at their room. The two of them were crying because they did not find Raihan who was behind them.

"Where's your brother?" Rainun.

"So, he was here" replied Sofia who was still spreading her eyes. "That's it" said Sofia and pulled Rainun's hand to follow her.

"Yaaa little boy, what are you doing here? You're following us, aren't you?" Sofia cried when she saw the person who was with Raihan.

Raihan who was shocked immediately closed his sense of hearing because of the shrill voice of the lover who was now behind him.

"Jeez Sofia, you surprised me" Raihan said. Sofia only grimaced in response to her lover's words.

"I'm more surprised to see this boy here" Sofia pointed to the man who was staring in front of Raihan. "You're following us, aren't you? Or did you find out where we were through your boys?" Read Sofia to the man.

"No, I'm not following you" replied the man innocently. Yes, the person Raihan found was Sakha. Sofia stared into Sakha's eyes, looking for a lie there but nothing.

"Then why are you here? Since when are you here? Yesterday afternoon you were still at the gym. Even when I got home first you were still there!" Sofia asked non-stop. Raihan and Rainun just gawked at Sofia who railed against Sakha. They are like Tom n Jerry.

"I visited my resort" Sakha answered briefly.

"Your report? Since when has this been your resort?" It was Raihan's turn to know.

"Ck. You guys are a good match. Stop your kepepoan" said Rainun anxious to see his two brothers.

Sakha smiled at Rainun's defense. He then turned to answer the question of two people in front of him, "Three months ago I just bought it" he replied lightly.

"What an amazing yaah" Sofia clapped. "You're not corrupt, are you? Or you may not be a leech from the previous resort owner" asked Sofia.

"Geez Sofia, how could I be like that!" Answer Sakha who was getting upset because she was accused of a no-no.

"Have stopped!" Seru Rainun mediates. "Let's go to the room put these bags, brother, I'm looking forward to playing water on the beach" he continued.

Sofia and Rainun then headed to their room which was on the fifth floor, leaving Raihan who was still going to chat with Sakha.

"How many days will you stay?" Sakha asked who had a casual conversation with Raihan.

"Only last night. Tomorrow afternoon we are back" replied Raihan.

"Bang, I want to develop this resort. I want to build some homestays floating on the edge of the pier" Sakha pointed towards a pier at the end of the resort.

"It seems like a good idea. Renters can immediately play sea water when they come out of their room" said Raihan.

"Submit the construction to you, will you?" Sakha to the point.

"You sure?" Raihan asked convincingly.

"Yes. I entrusted you. The day after, my men will visit your office to consult and make a contract" said Sakha. Raihan just nodded in agreement.

"Hey, you two just gonna sit there? We will play water on the beach" Sofia said from a considerable distance. He then took Rainun by the hand and sailed to the beach without waiting for answers from the two men he spoke to.

"Let's join us. Your job is done, isn't it?" Bring Raihan. Sakha just nodded then followed Raihan.

The afternoon view on the beach is beautiful. Rainun and Sofia stood by the shore, letting the waves lick their feet.

"Wah I can not miss to invite my employees and family gathering colleagues in this place" said Rainun.

"You're gonna have a famgath?" Ask Sofia.

"She, we planned it. But exactly when, I don't know. Because Mas Surya and Mbak Ani will manage it" Rainun explained. Sofia nodded in understanding.

Rainun then walked away from the beach.

"Be careful Rai, it seems slippery because there are many rocks there." Raihan. He now sits with Sofia under a shady tree.

"Yes bang. It's shallow and there's a lot of rocks. Only on the knees" Rainun said.

Raihan then chatted with Sofia. They no longer care about the surroundings. The waves add to their conversation.

On the other hand, a pair of sharp eyes watched every move Rainun made walking on the rocks. His lips smiled at Rainun who repeatedly kept his balance as he passed the slippery stones. But his smile faded when he saw a man walking towards Rainun.

"Damn, who is he dare to approach my woman" the man growled.

"Be careful" said the man. I don't know since when the man was near Rainun.

"Eehh sir Sakha. Thank you for helping" Rainun said.

"Don't call me sir" said Sakha.

"Then what should I call you?" Rainun asked who looked confused.

"It's up to you" he answered.

"Mmm well Sakha" replied Rainun shyly.

Degh....

Sakha's chest rumbled when she heard Rainun call her name. He turned his attention to neutralize the strong thump in his chest.

"You're too far away to walk here. Here slippery, a lot of sharp mossy corals, go back there. It's safer there if you don't want to get hurt" Sakha said, pointing at a passage with the same depth but only sand at the base.

They finally walked together. Occasionally Sakha reflexes holding Rainun's hand which runs unsteadily.

"Why is he walking?" Sakha muttered as she looked at Rainun who was in front of her.

"Hey, are your legs hurt?" Sakha asked stopping her steps.

"It doesn't seem like I stepped on something. It feels a little sore" said Rainun innocently. Actually he endured a fair amount of pain, but he was embarrassed to reveal.

"Oh my goodness, this woman is silent if her legs are hurt" said Inner Sakha. He then ducked down to look at Rainun's feet.

"It turns out your leg was really hurt. Looks like it's a pointed reef" said Sakha who saw blood pouring from Rainun's soles. He panicked to see the person he liked get hurt.

"You can still walk?" Sakha asked worriedly.

"Can" replied Rainun briefly. He grimaced with pain due to wounds exposed to salt water.

Sakha takes her mobile phone to contact her resort staff.

"Bring me P3K to the beach. Someone's hurt here. Hurry along!" Sakha's Order. Rainun who was beside him was puzzled to see the somewhat exaggerated reaction of his business partner.

"Go to my back" said Sakha.

"Not bothering" replied Rainun who was still forcing her way.

"Well, I don't want to be prosecuted for your injuries that are worse due to the negligence of the resort officer" said Sakha.

"Are you a resort officer?" Tanya Rainun plain.

"I'm the owner. Hurry up and don't comment too much!" Sakha Seru. Rainun obeyed Sakha's orders. Sakha carried Rainun on her back and walked quickly to the beach.

"It turns out this man is not as cold as he seems" Inner Rainun. A smile emerged from his lips.

"Why is Sakha carrying Rainun? Are they dating now?" Sofia said as her two neutrals captured the whereabouts of Sakha and Rainun.

"What's wrong?" Raihan asked as he saw Sakha carrying Rainun approaching towards him.

"What a bang, my leg just hurt. Not because of the coral or other objects there" said Rainun calming.

"What's inside? His blood was still pouring out" Sofia asked in panic.

"Content brother. I dare not look at it" replied Rainun.

Raihan then hugged Rainun who closed her eyes for fear of seeing a lot of blood.

Before long the staff on Sakha's phone came with a nurse and P3K equipment. The nurse then cleans and treats Rainun's deep wounds"

"Sok, you invite all the staff to clean up all the dead corals there. That section is still within reach of the visitors' swimming pool. What if those rocks would hurt people again. I don't want any dead rocks left in the visitor's pool!" Sakha. His face flushed red with anger.

"Alright sir. Then excuse me" replied the staff was afraid to see the scary face of the boss.

Sakha then walks to the beach to ease her emotions. Suddenly Sofia approached him.

"Your atmosphere has died down?" Sofia asked as she patted Sakha on the back. "Take it easy, the wound is not bad" Imbuh Sofia who seems to know the real cause of Sakha's anger.

"Are you angry because Rainun was hurt or for fear that it would hurt someone else? You like Rainun?" Chirp Sofia.

"No" Sakha replied quickly. He then threw his gaze towards the open sea for fear that his lie would be caught by Sofia.

"Easy-after. Let's go back to the hotel. It's getting late" Invite Raihan to scream a little.

"Do you want to be carried?" Raihan asked Rainun.

"No need to walk, I can walk" he replied. Finally Rainun walked with on Raihan papah. Sakha stood guard behind Rainun, fearing Rainun would fall.

"When dinner tonight, there's something I want to tell you" Raihan said. "You, come and have dinner with us" continued Raihan who was answered nod by Sakha.

They then walked together to the hotel to rest for a while.
