Chapters 20. Semu Opportunity

Melia looked at Fahri lovingly after meeting Erlan.

"I love you, Fahri. You are the one who is always by my side, in joy and sorrow. I choose to be with you and build a better future together."

It was beyond expectations Fahri. He did not expect that a spoiled girl like Melia would quickly change.

Fahri smiled happily. "I love you too, Melia. I've always wanted to see you happy and I'm ready to be by your side, my whole life."

Melia and Fahri finally get back together and start a new chapter in their lives. Although their journey is not always easy, they always find ways to overcome obstacles together and support each other.

As Fahri helps his wife to find Erlan, where he must fight with inner struggle.

It is still clear in Melia's memory, how the strokes of Fahri's face were plastered along with her.

There was not the slightest bit of selfishness as often the handsome young man appeared in the office.

That time Fahri was looking around for Erlan in the city.

"What's up, baby? Why are you quiet?" he asked while watching the crowded streets.

Melia muses. "I feel guilty, Fahri. I feel like I've hurt your heart."

Fahri smiled gently.

"No, hon. You never hurt my heart. I'd do anything to see you happy."

Melia touched. Maybe that's why she started to open her heart to her husband.

"Thank you, Fahri."

Fahri clasped Melia's hand after hearing her wife's thanks.

Despite feeling calm and comfortable in Fahri's arms, Melia still keeps thinking about her past with Erlan. He was worried and didn't know what to do.

Melia whispered to herself. 'I still love him, but I love Fahri too. I'm confused how.'

Fahri saw Melia speechless and contemplating, he felt something was bothering his wife's mind that afternoon.

Fahri ventured closer and hugged Melia.

"What's up, baby? What makes you quiet?" Fahri stared softly as he gently rubbed the top of Melia's head.

What an unusual behavior. All along, he was a resolutely cold male figure. Where in the office, he never hesitated to reprimand his men if they work not in accordance with expectations.

Melia sighed. "I keep thinking about Erlan, Fahri. I'm confused how. I feel guilty for you."

Not angry, but Fahri smiled. I don't know what the meaning behind that smile is.

"Don't worry about me, baby. I understand that you still remember about your past with Erlan. I'll help you solve this problem together."

Melia smiled weakly. "really? You're gonna help me?"

Fahri.

"of course. I love you and always want to see you happy."

Of course how Erlan's reaction last time still bothers Fahri's mind.

However, even so he tried to seem calm and fine in front of Melia. As if being burdened with the responsibilities of Mr. Haris during life. He tried to accept Melia. So how does Fahri really feel? I don't know.

After a few months of marriage, Melia and Fahri finally return to the office where they work.

The atmosphere in the office feels more cheerful with the presence of a newly married couple.

They are often seen working together and assisting each other in completing office tasks.

One day, Melia and Fahri decide to take a friendly selfie at the office, before returning home. They posed in front of Fahri's office while hugging each other.

Melia smiled. "Come, let's take a picture, baby."

"Alright," said Fahri nodding in agreement.

They then posed and took some photos together. One of the photos they took was later posted on social media.

Shortly thereafter, the photo went viral among office employees. Some employees who saw the photo immediately excited and commented on how mesrahan the couple.

"Look, they both look so friendly. Seriously, I became jealous of them" said one of the staff there.

"Here you go, don't be jealous. We can also do that if we have a loyal and romantic partner like them," said another employee.

"They fit well. Fahri always protects Melia and takes good care of her" said Windy, who is Fahri's secretary who happened to be there.

Unfortunately, when they were gossiping, Erlan suddenly came. Even accidentally he heard their conversation.

"I'm glad they both found true love. May they be happy forever" one of the others who was indifferent to Erlan's presence.

Melia and Fahri don't care much about the reaction of office employees to their friendly photos. They just thanked me for the support and prayers that were given.

However, who would have thought if Fahri was actually a perfectionist. In front of many people, he was not the least bit willing to have a gap or impressed to have many shortcomings.

Not long after their friendly photos were posted on social media, many friends and family congratulated the couple.

They feel happy and moved because they get support and prayers from the closest people.

Melia and Fahri are getting closer and getting to know each other better every day.

They often spend time together, both for work and for other activities.

However, before long, there was shocking news of birds in the office where they worked. Reportedly, the company they work for will be acquired by another larger company.

This leaves office employees, including Melia and Fahri, feeling anxious and worried about their future fate.

One day, Fahri gets a call from an old friend who works at a large company that will acquire the company he works for. His friend offers Fahri a better job at his new company.
