As narrated Hadist History. Bukhari. 316, Muslim no. 321. ‘Aisyah says,

“Me and Rasululla bathed together in the same container while we were both in junub.” (CHR. Bukhari and Muslim)

In another account by Imam Abdurrazaq and Ibn Abi Shaybah Rahimahumallahu Ta’ala, narrated from Ummul Mukminin Umm Salamah Radhiyallahu ‘anha, he said, “I used to shower together with Nabi Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa sallam from one vessel. We are used to putting our hands together into one vessel.”

It was Rasullulh, the noble one, who set the best example. Shower both. Grab each other water and toiletries, until a smile and a crisp laugh arise from both.
