Chapter 47 (Narrow and Dark)

Vanessa saw Nathan in the crowd of big men, the worry kept coming to see them one by one approaching Nathan's body.

Vanessa lowered her head with tears that kept flowing down her cheeks. She didn't know what to do, she didn't want anything bad to happen to her husband and herself.

But under these circumstances, what can he do. Even his feet kept shaking.

Vanessa was shocked when she heard the sound of her car window tap. Her heart was beating faster, with Vanessa slowly looking over.

“Open brother,” said Galih slowly, but Vanessa can still hear Galih's voice.

Vanessa was silent she hesitated, there was fear enveloping her heart. But Vanessa was trying to give her half-sister confidence.

Vanessa unlocks the car, and opens the door slowly.

Vanessa knew that Galih looked very alert. He was very careful in taking steps.

Despite her trembling legs Vanessa tries to calm herself down and follows Galih.

Vanessa notices Galih taking her into a densely populated settlement.

The road they walked was quite lonely. Along the way Vanessa walks after Galih.

The lights along the journey they went through were very dull, making things even more gripping.

Vanessa's legs felt sore, they did not run but Galih asked her to walk quickly.

Vanessa tried to catch her breath, her waist was heavy.

“There is a security guard we ask for help on them,” said Galih enthusiastically by showing two men who wear security clothes.

Vanessa felt a very fresh breeze amidst the heat in her body.

Vanessa nodded her head in agreement. Just one step they walked Vanessa was surprised to see Galih being hit from the side, right on the head of Galih. by the man wearing the head covering, who now turned to look at him.

Just now Vanessa was about to scream this guy in front of her smothering Vanessa's mouth with a handkerchief.

Vanessa's consciousness disappeared instantly after smelling the dope that ran down her nose.

Nathan was able to breathe a sigh of relief after seeing Niko coming with reinforcements.

His body was tired, even aching in some parts because Nathan could not escape from everyone who attacked him.

“Serang them,” command Niko in a loud tone.

While Niko's men are walking towards her, Nathan runs up to Niko and hugs her brother.

“Still bang,” says Nathan. Then letting go of his embrace, he felt lucky to have a deft twin in every way.

“Vanessa where?”

Nathan glanced at the car, surprised to find Vanessa in the car.

“So he was in the car,” Nathan said before running up to his car. But Vanessa wasn't there. The door to which he sat was already open.

“We have to look for him,” Niko said as she patted Nathan's shoulder.

Nathan nodded his head, then walked around looking for his wife's whereabouts.

His body is tired but Vanessa's condition is more important than his own life. Nathan runs into the neighborhood alley, hoping Vanessa hides there.

Nathan kept running in that septit and dark alley. Until his chest felt tight, he had difficulty breathing.

Nathan stopped his steps, he adjusted his breathing. At a time like this he should not lose consciousness because Vanessa is in need.

Nathan must be able to protect his wife, he walks back in hasty steps. Because his chest was tight, he was not strong to run.
