Shella was trying to find the right time to talk to her father. He would not let things go out of control. He came out of Galang's room and headed straight for the kitchen.
When just a few steps, Miss Desi called him to meet her father.
"Mbak Shella, wanted by Mr. Darman. Meet him in his room."
"Thank you, Miss Desi," said Shella kindly.
"Together," replied Miss Desi.
Shella rushed to her father's room. He hesitated when he got to the door. He was worried what he would do if Rafael was still there. However, this was a risk that he had to face, according to his promise to Galang to solve it himself.
Slowly he knocked on the door and after the sound of his father asking him to come in, he pushed the door slowly. And sure enough, Rafael was still there with a bunch of roses in his hand.
Shella took a deep breath to calm her heart. He must be able to think mature to deal with this problem. Shella had a dilemma that eventually made her prefer to be childish.
"Dad called? Good afternoon Mr. Rafael," said Shella, pretending to be shocked.
"Corn, Shella," replied Rafael.
"Sit. Mr. Rafael wants to talk to you. Please, Mr. Rafael," said Mr. Darman. "Father get out first. Remember, Father's message."
Shella looked at her father's departure. He did not understand what his father meant to let him both with Rafael. Obviously not to talk about work. But his father just believed in Rafael.
Shella sat in her father's seat, right in front of Rafael. Shella's sweet smile scatters a spark of love that makes Rafael's heart increasingly unable to escape from Shella's charm.
For some people, Shella may be an ordinary girl. As he thought, time did not know him. They are just friends. The charm appeared when he could get to know Shella more deeply.
"Shella, this is for you" Rafael said. He gave the flowers he brought to Shella.
Shella was silent for a moment, then began to run the action to make Rafael retreat.
"Sorry, Mr. Rafael. I can't take flowers from my father. What will people say. We're not in that close relationship until we have to be given flowers" said Shella.
"Well, this is our friendship gift. Aside from being business partners, can't we still be friends?" ask Rafael.
"Of course," Shella replied hesitantly.
Shella finally receives flowers from Rafael, albeit with a heavy heart. Rafael looked happy smiling. Raphael hurried away, after the rose changed hands.
After Rafael leaves, Shella puts flowers on her father's table. He did not want Galang to see and cause jealousy in Galang's heart. Shella rushed out and did her job as usual.
"Dad, Shella wanted to talk" said Shella while they were still on the porch.
"What's up, Shella? I'm tired, I want to rest soon. We'll talk tomorrow morning" replied Mr. Darman.
"Good, Dad."
Although somewhat disappointed, but Shella must understand the condition of her father at this time. Almost a day working at the restaurant, with customers who are quite crowded, surely his father's body is very tired and needs rest.
Shella has patience waiting for tomorrow. He cleaned himself and tried to sleep. He tried not to think about what happened today. He would only remember if he and Galang were already lovers. So, even though this relationship is still a secret, she should be happy to be with the man she loves.
The next day, Shella met her father who was drinking coffee with a fry. Shella took one to prop her stomach up.
"What do you really want to talk about with Dad? Job problems or other problems?" ask Mr. Darman. The middle-aged man, then sipped the still hot coffee.
"Look, Dad. Shella didn't want to, I misunderstood Mr. Rafael and I. Shella never agreed or gave her hope. We really don't have a special relationship" said Shella.
"Shella, Dad did forbid you to date. Because I was afraid I'd interrupt your college. A relationship that doesn't know the end. But Rafael is different. He has a definite purpose for marrying you. So, if it's the same, I agree" replied Mr. Darman.
"Dad, Shella doesn't love Mr. Rafael" said Shella.
"You don't lie to me. He himself said that you also agreed that he was after you. That means you have a sense of the same," said Mr. Darman.
"That's because back then Shella didn't know how to subtly reject her. Shella doesn't want her heartache on Shella. Moreover, at that time, Shella did not have the person that Shella loved," replied Shella.
"You mean, now you have someone you love?"
"Yes, Dad."
"Who?" ask Mr. Darman full of probes.
"Galunts."
