My husband

Indira began to walk toward Daven, as his fear began to recede.. "Why are you here?" he looked at Daven.

Daven explained without anything he covered up. "So your aunt called me. He said your uncle would do something bad to you, but on the sidelines of your aunt's words I heard a slap so loud that your aunt grimaced."

Indira. "It could be the one who sent me the message that was uncle" Indira said as she recalled the message's content that was unlike the aunt's style of language.

"It's been... Don't think about it anymore. Come on, I'll drive you home." For the umpteenth time Daven volunteered.

indira did not reject Daven's invitation. He felt comfortable when he was close to her.

 

Daven's car is parked right in front of Theo's gate.

"Aren't you surprised, I'm down here?" indira asked as she turned to Daven.

Daven looked at Indira a little nervously. "No! Because I've learned about your marriage to Theo from your aunt."

Indira scrunched her forehead. "You're so familiar with my aunt, even auntie called you when I was in danger."

Daven was a little too late to face Indira's suspicions. "I met your aunt once. But we were instantly familiar" Daven explained.

Actually Indira was not satisfied with Daven's answer, but he did not want to linger outside. He's worried about Theo's family, when he's with Daven.

"Thank you, for everything today" Indira said sincerely.

"Sama-sama", said Daven. Then he drove off his vehicle leaving Indira who was pressing the bell.

 

"Well remember coming home?" ask Theo when Indira just came in.

"Ma-sorry sir. Sa..."

"Sir!", Theo cut off Indira's words by repeating the words of Mr. Indira and he felt annoyed to hear the word. "Call me, brother", he said.

"Sorry, brother. My uncle sent this message from my aunt's number" Indira said, proffering her mobile phone to Theo.

I don't know why Theo was interested in seeing it. Theo frowned while reading a message on Indira's phone. "You think I'll believe this cheap trick!" exclaim Theo.

"It's up to you to believe it or not!" Indira grabbed her phone from Theo's hand, then passed leaving Theo still standing in his position with a cengo face.

Theo was still gawking when he saw Indira's back that had moved away. "This must be the influence of the man, so Indira began to dare to argue" said Theo muttered.

 

Inside Indira's room which was actually reserved for the maid. He was sitting cheating on the corner of his little bed. The incident at the aunt's house seemed to still stick in his mind.

Geck. Geck.

The sound of knocking on the door distracted Indira. "Who?" ask Indira with her voice.

"It's aunty", said a voice from behind the door.

Indira got up, then rushed to open the door of her room. "What's up, bi?" ask Indira when the door is wide open.

"Where did you go after college? Didn't aunt remind you to do your job after college." The aunt continued to chatter to make Indira dizzy. And suddenly Indira saw his surroundings start to dark until finally his body slumped and fell to the floor.

 

"Dira... Dira..." call the aunt a little panicked when Indira was not yet conscious, but the sound of the aunt's scream managed to disturb the attention of Theo who was about to walk towards the pantry.

"Why, bi?" asked Theo when he saw the aunt holding up Indira's head.

"Dira fainted", said the aunt.

"Please hold this bi." Theo gave an empty glass in his hand to the aunt, then he lifted Indira's body and placed it on the bed. "Why'd he pass out, bi?" asked Theo when he saw Indira's pale face.

"Maybe she was exhausted, den", said the aunt, because in fact she did not know for sure the cause of Indira fainting.

Suddenly Indira blinked while holding her head.

"Dira was conscious, den", said the aunt when she saw Indira's eyes began to open.

Theo approached him. "You why?" theo asked while sitting on the edge of Indira's bed, but Indira only looked at him with a confused face. "Have you eaten?' asked Theo with a little attention that managed to touch Indira's feelings.

"Thank you for the attention, brother", said Indira with a soft look. "I haven't eaten yet."

"Bi, please bring some food!" pinta Theo swiftly, then helped Indira sit by leaning her back.

The aunt stepped into the kitchen with a myriad of questions in her mind. "Why den Theo is very attentive to the maid, even to carry her" said the aunt muttered.

 

"Here, with the food. Let Dira eat alone", said the aunt while bringing food on the tray.

"Here, bi" pinta Theo grabbed a tray from the aunt's hand. Then he spooned a mouthful of food into Indira's mouth.

Indira refused by distancing her face. "Here, let me alone brother" said Indira while grabbing a spoon from Theo's hand, but Theo held him.

"Don't argue!" theo said firmly. Indira was forced to obey. Bribes by mouthfuls he received from Theo's hands.

"Enough, brother." Indira pushes Theo's hand as she is about to enter her next bribe. "Dira is full" he said as he grabbed a glass of drinking water from the tray, then drank it in one gulp.

"Please save, bi", Theo said while giving dishes and glasses that Indira had just used on the tray.

"Well, den", said the aunt as she grabbed it. Then he left Indira's room.

"Is your head dizzy?" asked Theo, but still heard by the aunt.

"Slightly, brother", reply Indira lirih.

"If so, you rest first." Theo helped him lay back down! in bed and pulled a blanket limited to the chest of Indira like the attention of the husband to the wife.

"Thank you brother", said Indira while wiping her tears because of the sweet deeds of Theo.

Theo said goodbye, then went out of Indira's room and closed the door.

After Theo died, Indira did not go to sleep immediately. He was still thinking about Theo's change of attitude. I don't know what possessed Theo until he became interested in Indira.

A smile rose on the corner of Indira's lips as she remembered Theo's sweet demeanor, even if only for a few moments. "May tomorrow be better" said Indira muttering as she closed her eyes.

 

In the room, Theo stared at the ceiling of his room while remembering the incident when Indira asked Theo to see the contents of his phone. One name teased him on a missed call notification on Indira's phone, my husband. The name of the contact Indira refers to Theo. Theo smiled as he remembered it, but a moment later he was tepis. "Aware Theo... Conscious. He is the one who set you up" Theo muttered as he patted his cheek softly.

Then Theo pulled the blanket and closed his eyes until he finally flew into the dream world.
