14. Assistance.

Allen's emotions peaked. Obviously their business has nothing to do with Norra. The man then looked at Juan's face sharply.

Juan, who was looking at Allen with defiant eyes, suddenly felt trembling. For some reason, Allen's aura looks much scarier than Carlos, even than Billy once.

His hand that was originally clutching hard Norra's arm loosened.

Allen gasp. That man won't be able to escape. He closed his eyes while protecting Norra's body.

Damian Forbes is Billy's father.

"Damian," said Allen.

Damian walks up to Allen and helps him wake up, while Norra is immediately taken over by one of Allen's men.

"You're okay, Mr. Allen?" ask Damian.

"Yes, but ...." Allen with a slightly bewildered face looked at Damian and Billy in turn. Understandably, a second ago he had just found a father men3mba4k his own son.

"I still don't understand" Allen said.

"Nothing you need to understand. I promise they won't bother you and the people around you anymore" Damian said, throwing something.

"That was your father's gift, and now I give it back to you. Take good care of it, like I've been taking good care of it all this time!" exciting Damian.

Although still looking confused, Allen finally thanked Damian and promised to repay his help.

Norra is shocked when she wakes up in a hospital bed with Allen, who is now seen calling someone

The girl sat herself down and looked around the room that looked familiar.

"Norra, are you conscious?" Allen rushes to turn off his phone, when he sees Norra awake.

"I'm where? How can I be here?" Instead of answering, Norra with a confused face asked back.

"You're in the same hospital as Mom. I was just told by someone that you were kidnapped. So, I asked my acquaintance's detective to find you." Allen tried to tell the most plausible chronology he had at the moment.

Norra tried to digest Allen's explanation. However, his head felt very painful. "Aww!"

"Don't force yourself. You're dehydrated and you're having a mild concussion. You better get some rest." Allen was about to lead Norra back to lie down. However, the girl refused.

"Mother! What about Mom?" ask Norra later. His face panicked.

"Calm down, your mother is fine. He is now under observation."

Hearing Allen's reply, Norra heaved a sigh of relief. "Mom would know, I wasn't there. Please, don't tell him anything about this, Allen," the girl asked.

"I understand. I told your neighbors who were with you, that you had a little accident of falling off the bike on the way home, and I asked them not to tell mom," allen explained.

"thank you. I really owe you a lot, Allen. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't know what to do next" Norra said. He did not expect at all, that Allen again helped him.

"Stop thinking about those things. Now, you need to focus on your health first." Allen gently kissed Norra on the forehead, then helped the girl lay herself on the bed. This time, Norra did not refuse. "Rest me, I'll help you meet mom."

"I'm lucky to live there. We are like family to each other" Norra said, staring at Rose from the corner of the room.

Allen smiles. The man embraced Norra's waist and dyed her hair. "I was lucky to meet you too" he said.

Norra turned her gaze to Allen and returned her smile. "I should have said so."
