Juan and Sultan have arrived at the largest hospital in KL. When Juan entered the Rosdiana treatment room, Juan was sad to see Rosdiana's condition. How old his crazy body was in the puja of so many men on campus, now there is no more. What was in front of Juan right now was like a lump of crusted bone.

Rosdiana's pretty face now looks very old, eyes sunken inward. Juan shed tears, looking at the person he already considered to be the younger brother. The question from Ros made Juan a dilemma. How could he marry Rosdiana, he wouldn't betray Daisy. But Juan couldn't resist, it would be cruel for Rosdiana. In his time of illness, if Juan refused it could certainly make Rosdiana mentally down.

Juan promised to do whatever it took to get back the Sultan's help. But his heart was not willing to marry Ros. He only wants to get married once in a lifetime, and that's with the girl he loves. Daisy, that's the only girl Juan wants to marry.

"Aakkhhh..," Rosdiana suddenly cried out in pain.

Juan and Sultan immediately ran in and saw Rosdiana rolling to the right and to the left while holding her stomach. The sultan pressed a button to call the Doctor and the nurse who treated Rosdiana.

Juan saw how much Rosdiana suffered from pain. He could not bear to see it, his heart ached to see the person who had always been next to him. Although Juan always thought of him as a sister, Juan also knew long ago that Rosdiana loved him.

The doctor immediately gave an injection on Rosdiana's arm. Slowly Rosdiana calmed down and fell asleep. The doctor and nurse came out after Rosdiana calmed down.

"When his mind is depressed just a little bit, Ros will be in a lot of pain." The sultan spoke slowly.

Juan felt guilty. Looks like Rosdiana was depressed by Juan's rejection just now. Juan asked the Sultan to speak outside.

"Encik Sultan, what if I stay here for a while to accompany Ros. I cannot marry her, but I will be by her side in her last days. We never know someone's age, hopefully Ros will recover!" said Juan.

"Really, can you accompany Ros?"

"Yes, I'm going to postpone my marriage." Juan.
