Iqbal day was quiet and quiet without Rani present. Without Rani it is very difficult to meet Alyn. Because Rani is a bridge for Alyn and Iqbal to meet.
Since Rani merrantau Iqbal more often get together with his male friends because without help from Rani is very difficult to get a gap for Alyn and Iqbal meet.
Even if you can meet Alyn, the atmosphere feels bland without the presence of Rani, because her carelessness and cheerfulness are the atmosphere becomes alive and colorful.
Three months later in the old warehouse where they used to gather, one of Iqbal's friends named Mukhtar looked gloomy and sad. He was always happy but now he is quiet.
"You why?" Ask Hadi. But Mukhtar just shook his head. Iqbal is a loyal listener.
"He's upset." Fatan. "Propay friends... Maybe not a soul mate yet..." Fatan then embraced Mukhtar's shoulder.
"He's late. He's the first guy. Her boyfriend's in someone else's room. One more week they'll be married." Fatan explained in more detail. Fatan saw Iqbal.
"Iqbal, immediately apply Alyn. Before he was asked for another man. And you're just gonna regret it." Fatan.
"Don't until you experience what I'm going through. It hurts so much, Iqbal, to lose our loved ones." Mukhtar said to Fatan.
"Huuuufffh...." Iqbal did not answer just sigh.

Iqbal and Alyn were sitting under a tree where they used to meet.
"I'll propose to you." Iqbal said with his flat face. Iqbal's words surprised Alyn. Why suddenly! What if Abah refuses.
"Why rush?..."
"In this Fisherman's village girls your age are already many who are married and have children. I don't want anyone to go ahead of me and propose to you."
"But I....!"
"Do you love me?..."
"Yes." Yeah."
"I love you too. So please don't refuse my request."
"What if Abah refuses your proposal?" Alyn was starting to feel less confident.
"We haven't tried it yet Lyn." Iqbal clasped Alyn's hand channeling his faith to Alyn.
"If Abah refuses how?...Are you going to back off, man?" Alyn asked with a gloomy face.
"I'm not going to back down. I will fight for you. We have to defend each other. I'll keep you as long as you want me." Iqbal said firmly.
"Thank you, I'll always be waiting for you. I love you so much" said Alyn and Iqbal rubbed Alyn's hair.

"My goal here was to propose to Alyn. We love each other. I promise I will try to make Alyn happy and be a responsible husband for her." Iqbal said to Abah Fajar steadily and without hesitation.
Now that Iqbal was in the living room, Iqbal sat opposite Abah Fajar while Alyn sat side by side with Umi Naya in the long chair. Iqbal looks neater with a dress shirt and cloth pants when compared with the usual appearance.
Alyn linked her hands together in dismay waiting for an answer from Abah Fajar. Umi Naya rubbed Alyn's back trying to calm Alyn if the possibility of Abah's answer was not as expected. Alyn's face seemed restless waiting for a decision from Abah, in contrast to Iqbal. He just looks more calm and unpretentious as usual.
"Before I thanked Nak Iqbal for the goodwill to my daughter. But sorry if only with the word love and promise without proof will not be a guarantee Alyn will be happy. Is the income Nak Iqbal now able to meet the needs of Alyn. Come here again if Nak Iqbal is rich." The words and rejection of Abah Fajar.
"Ohaha...." Said Alyn who had sobbed because she felt Abah's speech was very outrageous. But Iqbal remained calm even though his heart ached. He looked at Alyn and nodded his head hoping Alyn could calm down.

"Tok tock....Alyn....Have you slept." Iqbal said in a whispering voice.
Alyn who heard Iqbal's voice from behind the window immediately wiped away her tears. Alyn couldn't sleep, all the time just thinking about Iqbal. Alyn opened the window of her room. Seeing Iqbal smile sweetly at her slightly reduced the wound in Alyn's heart.
"Why is the night here?..."
"I want to say goodbye!..."
"Where?..."
"To Jakarta."
"When?..."
"Tomorrow morning."
"Ngapain Mas?..."
"Niggle....Want to be a successful person so you can propose." Iqbal's reply instantly made Alyn cry. Iqbal smiled and wiped away Alyn's tears. But Alyn's tears kept flowing.
"Don't crybaby. You're a big one." Iqbal.
"I'm only gone for a while, not forever. When I get back, I'll marry you. Promise me you will be faithful in waiting for me. Pray that I will be a successful person soon. And I can be back home soon." Iqbal. Alyn just nodded unable to give an answer. Alyn was still shocked by the sudden decision Iqbal made. Both of their hands are still cluttered.
"It's night. You sleep."
"Just wait a minute." Alyn went inside the room and broke the piggy bank made of chicken-shaped clay. After arranging the money neatly Alyn met Iqbal again and gave the money to Iqbal.
"What are you doing Alyn. I'm sorry I can't take it. Just keep your money" Iqbal put the money back in Alyn's hands.
As Iqbal stepped away, Alyn called out her name loudly, lucky that no one heard. Then Iqbal turned around and returned to Alyn.
"Please mas. This time accept my gift." Alyn. Although Iqbal did not want to accept it because he was reluctant to accept money from women. Finally Iqbal took the money and left. Alyn continued to look at Iqbal's back.

One week later Alyn eavesdropped on the talk of Abah Fajar and Abi Nizam who were planning to match Alyn and Arya, the son of Abi Nizam. Alyn was very disappointed with Abah's attitude. He had Iqbal fight hard to propose to him while Abah was already intending to set him up with his best friend's son. This is unfair to Iqbal.

"That's why not immediately reject the application of Iqbal mas only. Why should I challenge Iqbal to become rich first to propose to me. While Abah had intended to match me with his son Abi Nizam. This is not fair to Iqbal. I refuse this match." Alyn cried and complained to Abah Fajar.
"If Abah is honest what he's going to back down. No. kan. He'll keep pestering you and find you quiet."
"But Bah....Iqbal is good, Abah does not know him."
"Abah does not agree with you. From now on forget him. Point."
Abah Fajar got up and left Alyn in his room. Alyn cries for holding back the longing and guilt for Iqbal.
