Chapter 37 S2

Nayla still silently looked down, she did not dare to say or just lift her face to meet each other with the eyes of the husband. Nayla did not dare to stare at the glare of her sharp eyes in that fury.

“Sorry, Brother. I won't repeat. I promise,” said Yumna solemnly. Nayla raised her face, looking at her sister-in-law. Nayla smiled at Yumna, walking out of the room after gently stroking Yumna's hair.

Nayla comes out, leaving Fahad and Yumna in the room. He opened the door to Shazia's playroom. Hannah, who saw Nayla coming, stood up and approached her. “Nona is asleep, Madam.” Nayla smiled at Hannah.

“Yes, thank you, Hannah. Let me wait for him,” said Nayla. Hannah nodded.

Hannah walked out, closing the door without making a sound. Nayla approached Shazia who was sleeping in a fairly large baby box, with one side of the box removed. The baby box was not very tall, so it was easy to put his daughter to sleep. Shazia can also get off her own baby box when she wakes up.

Nayla sat on the floor, gently rubbing the tip of the princess' head. “Quickly you slept. Sorry mom, Jaanu. Mama is very busy here, you are often taken care of by Aunt hannah.”

Nayla picks up her phone, sends Andi a message. He missed his most handsome brother.

“Hai, how are you? sorry, Ma'am, so busy today.” ~ Nayla

Before long, Andi replied to her brother's message.

“Iya. It's okay, Ma'am. What was Yasmin's engagement? smoothly, right?” ~ Andi

“Alhamdulillah, smooth. Where are you?” ~ Nayla

“Still in the studio, Ma'am. Today overtime equals Reza.” ~ Andi

Fahad was still in Yumna's room, he was sitting next to his youngest sister.

“Yumna, sister did not mean to curb your life. Brother just doesn't want to, you can't take care of yourself. Brother is not every day in Kashmir, Yumna. More people are in Delhi. Poor ammi. Yasmin is getting married soon, and she will be with her husband. You're still here with Ammi. So please, take care of yourself. Brother feels guilty about the late Abba if you like it,” said Fahad softly and at length. There was already no sound of her clattering.

“Sorry. Brother slapped you. Brother is so upset to see you with a man in a car,”.

Yumna turned her head slightly, she raised her face so that her gaze could reach Fahad. “Kakak,” Yumna again cried, Fahad grabbed Yumna's body, hugged her tightly. “Sorry, Brother. I'm mistaken. I promise I won't repeat that again.”

“So I'm sorry too. Brother dear to you, brother does not want you to take the wrong path. You women, Yumna, you must be able to take care of yourself and your honor. You know that, right?”

Yumna.

“You can be friends with anyone. Origin, you know the limits and know what is good and what is bad for yourself,” continued Fahad.

Fahad kissed the top of Yumna's head, gently stroking her youngest sister's back. “Sorry,” says Yumna.

“Kakak also apologizes.”

“Rest, sister will meet ammi. Ammi must be worried.” Fahad took off his arms, moved out of the room.

“Kak,” call Yumna. Fahad who touched the doorknob turned his head. “Tadi, sister-in-law,” says Yumna.

Fahad nodded. “Iya, sister will meet him.”

The man went down, met Ammi who was still accompanied by Yasmin in his room. She explained to her mother that there was nothing serious to worry about about Yumna. It's all just a misunderstanding. Fahad convinced Ammi.

After being in the ammi room long enough to give understanding, Fahad went upstairs to his room. He has to see his wife.

“Sayang?” Fahad opened the door. He walked towards the bathroom. His wife was not in the room. Fahad went out and headed to the princess's playroom.

Fahad sighed harshly as soon as he found the wife sleeping next to the baby box. His wife rested her head next to the princess' body. Yes, Nayla fell asleep sitting on the floor. Fahad closed the door, sitting on the floor next to his wife.

The woman who never took off her hijab in Kashmir slept well. With one hand bearing, Nayla still wore her hijab neatly. Nayla never took off her hijab in Kashmir. He would only remove his hijab if it had gone into the room. Fahad was very proud of Nayla, his wife always kept the honor wherever he was.

Fahad watched his son and wife take turns, both very valuable and always able to make him smile happily when coming home from work. His tiredness disappeared as soon as he found the smiles of his wife and child. Fahad kissed Nayla's cheek.

Nayla felt her cheek pierced by something, her hand rubbing the rough of her cheek with her eyes still closed. Fahad smiled, he again kissed the wife briefly. Nayla rubbed it again, opened her eyes and was surprised to see Fahad in front of her face.

“Fa—”

“Do not shout!” fahad's one hand silenced Nayla's mouth.

“Lease!” nayla's voice choked, she lashed her husband's hand.

Fahad lowered his hand. “Do not shout,” says Fahad.

“You surprised me,” said Nayla.

Fahad sat closer. Smiling while gently touching Nayla's cheeks. “See, tuh!”

“What?” ask Nayla.

Fahad pointed at Nayla's face. “That, hijab you wet all.”

“Hah?” Nayla saw and felt her hijab that was not wet at all. “Mana? Not wet, though. I'm sleeping, no longer talking.”

“You drooled, tuh. Not aware?”

Fahad held back his laughter looking at Nayla's confused face. He was teasing his wife. “That, already dry your iler,” he said.

“Not there, Fahad!” Nayla went to the bathroom in the room. Seeing her face from the reflection of the bathroom glass, Nayla took off her hijab. Wash his face and dry it with a towel on the hanger.

“You lied, right? Where ever I drool,” said Nayla who just came out of the bathroom while reusing her rectangular hijab. Fahad smiled faintly, his wife was not yet aware of one hundred percent of her sleep. The proof, he can still tease her and Nayla trusts him just like that.

“Sini.” Fahad stands up, inviting Nayla to sit on the floor, under the window of Shazia's playroom. “You're angry with me?” tanyakanya.

Nayla looked down, she shook her head slowly. Fahad grabs Nayla's chin, making their gaze at one straight line. “Sorry,” one word that came from Fahad's lips. Nayla was still silent, she was not angry. He only felt tightness in the chest as Fahad yelled at him and blamed him that he was overindulging his two sisters-in-law.

No. gabe. Nayla is not like that. He did not intend to spoil Yasmin and Yumna at all. Moreover, according to Fahad, Yumna's mistake today is because of the attitude of Nayla who always defended Yasmin and Yumna.

Really, Nayla wasn't angry. He just felt tight at Fahad's accusations.

“Sorry," said Fahad again.

“Nothing to say sorry about and you also don't need to apologize,” said Nayla.

“Honey, I know you're mad at me. I'm sorry, I promise I won't like that again.”

Nayla looked at Fahad, she smiled bitterly at her husband. It's so easy to apologize after scratching a wound in the heart. Like wood, even if the nails that stick it in the pull, can the wood return perfectly? Back in one piece without any scars?

Impossible right?

“I'm not angry, Fahad,” said Nayla. “I realized, I'm just a sister-in-law. I have no right to live Yasmin and Yumna. Sorry if I meddled too much in their affairs.”

Nayla left without hearing another word from Fahad. He took the awakened Shazia down to the first floor. It was time for Zia to eat because her daughter had not eaten properly. Fahad looked at the back of Nayla who disappeared from behind the door.

Fahad was silent, he only knew that his wife was angry with him, so Nayla said that.

Nayla was in the kitchen, she was getting food for her daughter. “Mama, Zia want meatballs!” said the little girl with the puffed cheek. Nayla nodded, she made her usual meatball sauce for Shazia. Hannah approaches, intending to help Nayla. However, Nayla refuses Hannah's help.

“I haurs learn, Hannah. I have to be able to do anything myself,” Nayla said.

Hannah was silent, and she was confused by Nayla's words. The face of Nayla who would normally smile sincerely now looks forced. Yeah, that curved line on his lips looks really forced. Hannah decided to leave and continue her work.

“Zia, want eggs?” ask Nayla. Her daughter nodded while she brushed off her smile. Nayla peels boiled eggs for Shazia, two are done making meatball sauce. Nayla picked up the rice and sat down next to Shazia. The clear round-eyed little princess laughed happily as soon as she saw Nayla arranging food for her.

“You're really hungry, huh?” Fahad came, sitting in the chair that was right in front of Nayla. Nayla asked Fahad, but her eyes did not look at her husband. “You want to eat?”

“Neg. I'm still full.”

“You got coffee?” ask Nayla again. And again Nayla still did not see her husband's face. He was busy with Shazia's eating bowl. Cows his little daughter with raven.

“Bby,” replied Fahad.

Nayla puts a bowl of Shazia food and goes to make coffee for her husband.

Fahad replaces Nayla in Shazia's feed. Every now and then he stared at Nayla who was busy pouring black coffee grounds for him.

“Let me continue.”

Nayla puts a cup of coffee for Fahad, she takes back the princess's bowl from her husband's hand.

“Thank you.” Fahad.

Nayla nodded, she picked up Shazia and took her out of the house. Bribed his daughter on the porch. Kashmir is entering spring this time.

Spring comes between March and June. The plant will bring out the buds of its leaves that previously fell out in autumn. Spring temperatures are about 40% cold and 60% hot. The flowers also began to bloom.

Nayla feeds Shazia. The daughter sat on the floor staring into the courtyard. “Mama, Zia want to play there!” the tiny hand pointed at the chair that was in the garden of the house.

“Iya, later. Now eat first, if it's up later mama play there,” said Nayla.

“Mama!” Shazia started whining. He stood up, his tiny feet started to step.

Nayla puts down her bowl, lifts Shazia's body and takes her back to the terrace. “Let's go, Jaanu. Eat a little. After we play there,” said Nayla.

“Later to play?” Shazia asked. Nayla nodded. The puffed cheek chews food with eyes always on the garden chair. His eyes really gave off his desire.

Fahad watched his wife and son from behind the window. Smiling if he saw Shazia, he would turn sad to see his wife who was still angry with him.

“It's over, now we drink first, yuk.” Nayla went into the house. He invited the princess along. “Zia, come,” invite Nayla again who sees Shazia standing and looking towards the park chair.

Nayla crouches down, aligning her body to her daughter. “Jaanu. You wait here, huh? Mama take a drink first for you.” Shazia nodded, understanding the mother's words.

Nayla went into the house, washed the bowl of Shazia's former meal for a while and took water from the glass that also had a straw in it.

“Zia?” Nayla didn't find her daughter on the porch. He looked around for the princess. Nayla steps up as soon as she sees Shazia being with Fahad on the park chair.

“Drink first, Zia.” Nayla brings a glass of water closer to Shazia. Her daughter drank water from a long straw that Nayla had put in it.

“I want to rub a shirt first. Later if Zia cries, you just bring it into.” Nayla went back into the house. Leaving Fahad and Shazia playing in the park chair. Fahad had no chance to say anything to Nayla because his wife had already left.
