Gala was embarrassed by the incident of her old car that had to strike, and not only that Lian was forced to push the car about five hundred meters. The incident made Gala feel guilty, she offered a ride but Lian had to feel the apes of the old car, because it was also she could not express feelings to Lian. 

While Lian actually felt fine with the incident earlier, what made her feel awkward was the Gala feeling that was already known to her.
