"Come on" Gide leads Rachel down from the car to enter their new home as a wedding gift from Ron.
"Thank you brother" Rachel smiled at Gide.
"You want to sit in the living room first or want to go straight to the room?" Gide looked at his wife.
"Just go to the room, sister" replied the young pregnant woman.
"Alright, come on then" Gide swept Rachel into the main room that would later become their room.
"I can walk alone, sister" Rachel was a bit uncomfortable when Gide was too overprotected against her.
"It's okay, I'm happy to do it" the handsome man's smile fluffed with great sincerity.
Although Gide knew that Rachel's condition was much better now, he still wanted to give the best for the young woman who was now legally his wife and was pregnant with their child.
"Have a rest first, I'll have the waiter prepare dinner for us" after arriving at the room, Gide then directed Rachel to sit on a super large and luxurious bed.
"He em" Rachel simply nodded following all of Gide's directions.
"I go down first" Gide wants to prepare everything Rachel needs while in the room so she doesn't have to go back and forth.
"Yes my sister" Rachel replied with a smile.
Although she did not love Gide as much as she loved her husband, Rachel was in fact very affectionate and respectful of Gide as a very responsible older brother.
..........
"Have you taken a shower?" Gide who had just entered the room found Rachel who had changed into a nightgown.
"Yes" replied Rachel briefly.
"I've ordered the waiter that we'll eat in the room so you don't go back and forth up and down the stairs" Gide told his wife.
"Sister, I'm fine, sister don't have to bother preparing everything for me" Rachel, who was uncomfortable because Gide treated her like a princess, became shy herself.
"It's okay Rach, I just want to do what's best for my wife and child" Gide said sincerely, touching Rachel's heart.
"Why is my sister so good to me? whereas all this time I've always acted the opposite to my sister?" Rachel is intrigued to find out how Gide really feels about their marriage.
"Sister, sorry" Rachel's eyes suddenly piled up.
"Hey, why?" Gide panicked to see his wife grieving all of a sudden.
"I'm sorry that I've never returned all your kindness to me hiks hyks" Rachel's tears unstoppable.
"Husssss, don't be, I understand your condition, it must be very heavy right? as long as you can accept me and my son in your life right now, I'm happy enough, we'll just go through this slowly, I'm sure we'll get used to it" Gide stroked Rachel's head affectionately.
"Thank you sister hyks hyks" Rachel sobbed.
"You don't have to thank me, it's all my duty, I promise I'll always help you if you need it, don't make our marriage and your pregnancy a burden, I will try my hardest to realize all the dreams of your youth even though you are no longer like before!" Gide hugged Rachel and stroked her back.
Tok tok,,, the,,,
"Master, dinner's ready" a waiter knocked on the door.
"Bring in" Gide opened the door of his room so that the servant could put his dinner inside.
"Excuse me madam" the waiter greeted Rachel.
"Yes" Rachel tried to smile even though her face was still swollen from crying.
"Is there anything else you need?" ask the waiter.
"No thanks" said Gide.
"Then excuse me" then the waiter resigned from the room.
"Let's eat" Gide thrusts a plate of rice in front of Rachel.
"Thank you" Rachel accepted it with a smile.
"Sama-sama" Gide returned Rachel's smile.
That night they spent the night in the room chatting lightly about Rachel's college plans and her future aspirations. Gide tried to continue to comfort Rachel and encourage her to stay excited to live in the midst of the trials they were facing. Rachel who can see the sincerity of the husband towards him and also their child, can finally open her heart a little. Although she has not received her pregnancy and marriage, she still tries her best to accept Gide who has been very good to her.
