"Rach, are you asleep?" gide asked as he went back into the hotel room.
After ordering dinner for Rachel to the hotel to be brought into the room, so that the wife can enjoy it without having to bother going down to the restaurant, Gide then deliberately left Rachel alone in the room so that the pregnant woman had a private room and could calm herself after the entire series of their wedding.
"Good night Rach, may your dream be good" Gide then kissed the back of his wife's head and she also lie next to Rachel who slept on her back.
"Hiks hyx" sobs sounded shortly after Gide kissed Rachel's forehead.
"Rach, aren't you asleep?" Gide stared at the back of Rachel's body.
"I'm sorry I made you cry" Gide was indeed very sensitive to seeing Rachel grieve. I don't know why her heart felt so much pain if Rachel shed her tears.
"I'm not ready mom, please don't force me to marry the hyx hyx" Rachel mumbled in her sleep.
"Rach" Gide tries to change Rachel's sleeping position by gently pulling on her shoulder.
"Hiks hyks hyks" Rachel returned as unwilling as her body was already in the supine position.
"Hey, don't cry anymore huh" Gide said in a whisper while rubbing Rachel's tear-filled face.
"Here" Gide shifted closer and then held the tiny body in his arms. Long enough Rachel delirious while crying until finally she can sleep peacefully in the arms of the man who is now her husband.
..........
"Rach?" Gide panicked when he found the wife who was not next to him.
Rachel who is so sad has become difficult to sleep lately. He will usually only sleep for a while, which is about one to two hours at night, after that he will wake up because of his nightmares about his bleak future due to being pregnant at a very young age due to his brother's own trap.
"Why are you awake? it's still three in the morning Rach!" Gide approached Rachel who was standing on the balcony of the hotel room and stared at the dimly lit city lights that seemed to glow very small from a distance.
"But it's still night" Gide aligns himself with Rachel.
"So, I'm fine" Rachel turned to her husband.
"But later you can catch a cold if you're out for too long" Gide is very anxious about the condition of his wife and the baby he's carrying.
"I'm fine Brother" Rachel looked at Gide and tried to smile even though she looked so stiff in the eyes of her husband.
"Then I'll keep you here, okay?" Gide wanted to make sure that everything would be fine.
"Just up" Rachel turned her face away from Gide and looked back at the city lights that were twinkling in the distance.
"Here, sit here" Gide took a chair not far from him.
"Thank you" Rachel then sat down on that chair.
"Wear this so you don't get sick" Gide covers Rachel's body with his jacket he took from the suitcase.
"You don't have to bother sister" Rachel so felt bad to see Gide being so nice to her.
"It's okay" Gide said sincerely.
"Thank you sister" Rachel again developed her smile even with a heavy heart.
"Sama-sama" Gide nodded and returned Rachel's smile very sincerely.
They finally dissolve in each other's minds. Although not a single word was spoken from Gide, but with his faithfulness he continued to accompany Rachel spent their first night as a newly married couple by staring at the beauty of the night in silence until dawn.
