I see the sound of Isya's Adhan began to echo throughout the city. It is a sign that the time has come to fulfill all obligations as a servant. Stop all their activities. To then rush to establish prayer which is the pillar of religion.
"Ran, what's wrong with you? Why haven't you come home yet?"
Mira who was getting an overtime ration was a little astonished when she saw the door of Kirana's room that was still open. This friend of his was seen standing in front of a wide window and drifting in his mind. His eyes were empty and unread.
Mira is more astonished by Kirana's change in attitude. Friends who previously always seemed cheerful and laughed a lot, have several days turned into a different figure. He often seems alone and doesn't talk much.
The face that every day was filled with happy twinkles that were so obvious, now seemed to disappear. Replaced by the look of a sad face, sweet and like not having the spirit to live his days. That's what makes Mira increasingly believe that there is something that Kirana is facing.
Mira's legs swung to get closer to Kirana when her best friend did not respond at all and just got more dissolved in her own daydream.
"Ran, are you okay?" mira said as she patted Kirana on the shoulder.
Kirana's consciousness seemed to be pulled by the presence of Mira and she anchored her gaze towards Mira who was standing behind her back.
"Mira's? What's up?"
Mira let out a slightly rough breath. It turned out that what he was thinking was true, it turned out that his best friend was not okay. He did not even hear the question of what was coming out of his lips.
"I should have asked you, Ran. What's wrong with you? Why did you become a different person like this?"
Kirana shook her head slowly while looking at Mira's face at a glance but then she looked out the window again.
"I'm fine Mira. I'm fine."
I want Mira to believe in the answer given by Kirana, but the twinkle of her best friend's eyes really quenched all the trust she had. Kirana's face was increasingly clearly showing an increasingly legible sadness.
"Ran, since sitting in college we've been friends. And today almost every day we are always together in living the day. Do you think I don't know that you're carrying a burden?"
Mira paused her speech to see what response Kirana gave. But in vain because Kirana kept her mouth shut.
"Do you want to come with me? We go to the mosque that is at the end of the road. We pray Isha' and tarawih congregate? Today happens to be our first tarawih." bargained Mira who still has not given up.
"No Mir, I'll just stay here. After this I'll go home."
Kirana shook her head slowly. Again he refused Mira's invitation. She seemed to be immersed in her own world. Don't want anyone to touch him.
"Well if you still don't want to tell a story. But I hope you can return to being the Kirana I once knew. Kirana who is always cheerful and so excited in living the days."
Mira patted Kirana's shoulder gently. There was no compulsion from her so Kirana told him everything she was going through. Mira turned around to get out of the room of her best friend.
After Mira leaves, a glimpse of Kirana's net glued to the shadow of Mira's body slowly begins to disappear behind the wall. A bitter smile also rose on the lips of the woman.
The Kirana you once knew is dead, Mir. Kirana's life, once filled with happiness, now there is only pain that she feels. Forever it will stay like this. It will never change at all. It was blown to pieces and would never be able to return as it was.

Kirana appears to be enjoying a glass of red wine at a nightclub in the city center. After his heart was torn apart by a gaping wound. The chest that felt tight, was hit by the burden of life that was so heavy that it paralyzed the power of the soul, he chose to pull himself over to this place. A place that he believes can be a place to release all the strange and bitter feelings of life that he lived.
The night, the atmosphere of this club is getting crowded. People began to arrive, filling all corners of the dim room. Down and down people with clothes that vary in style, ranging from the usual to the open back, from those wearing long jeans to mini skirts, all flashed in plain sight. The scent of perfumes and pungent cigarettes filled the breathing room. While the beat of music from inside the discotheque began to sound deafening.
"Jeff, look at that woman!" point one of the club's visitors to one of his friends towards Kirana who seems helpless.
A man named Jeff who was enjoying a serving of wine in his hand, he linked his gaze towards the index hand of one of his friends. The man smiled meaningfully.
"Looks like he's gonna be our new toy, Sam!"
Jeff's friend named Samson also smiled slanted. His eyes glanced at Kirana completely illegible.
"I agree with you. How about we go near him?"
"certain. Don't miss this opportunity!"
Jeff and Samson got up from their seats. With confident steps they drew closer to Kirana and sat down next to the woman who was starting to be overpowered by the alcohol.
"Hi, can we sit here?"
The sound waves that were seeping into Kirana's sense of hearing, made half of the woman's consciousness return. Lazily, he raised his head and stared intensely at these two men in front of him.
"Aren't you sitting down? Why ask for permission?"
Jeff and Samson throw one another a glance. Both of them laughed softly when they heard Kirana's answer. Perhaps in their brains they are equally terbesit an assumption that Kirana is one of the unique women. He was still able to give a reasonable response even though his body was already overpowered by alcohol.
"Well, if that's how I assume we're friends now."
Kirana stared at the faces of these two men in front of her. Suddenly, his mood got worse. With the remaining consciousness remaining, Kirana tried to get up from her sitting position and intended to hasten to leave this place.
"Loh, loh, loh... Where are you going, Pretty?" jeff asked as he held onto Kirana's wrist.
Kirana pulls her arm out of Jeff's hand. "Let go! I'm warning you not to fuck with you!"
A grin rose on Jeff's lips. Seeing Kirana who was trying to rebel seemed to make her more challenged.
"Come Beautiful, don't sell expensive like that. Let's have some fun tonight!" samson said as he gently stroked Kirana's cheek.
"Keep, keep your body away from me!"
Jeff and Samson were stunned when Kirana spat right in front of them. Their bodies also reflexed away from Kirana's body. And this opportunity was used by Kirana to get out of this place. The woman staggeringly tried to get out of this place immediately.
"Come on Sam, go after him. Don't let him escape our pursuit!" take Jeff to catch up with Kirana.
