LONGING FOR HAPPINESS

CHAPTER 14

We ran from the parking lot when the gate was about to close. Fortunately, the security guard was kind enough to enter both of us.

"Tomorrow don't be late again" said the security guard

"Siip sir .." said Bram

"Be aware that tomorrow you are late .. I take you to the BP room" said the security guard.

I just nodded slowly .

" Yes it's hard there you guys get into the class ..learn well - well " said the security guard.

"Thank you, sir " said I

"Riin...I'm going to class ???" ask Bram

"No need brother .. I can be alone .. I first yes brother " said I

"Yes ...sampe later Riiinnn ..." replied Bram

I ran while waving my hand at him. I rushed to my class on the 2nd floor . I ran up the stairs ..when in front of the classroom door I passed by the mother who was about to enter the class.

"Morning buu .. excuse me "my words bowed and rushed into the classroom .

All the other friends got up to greet Santi .I put my bag down and stood up.

"Seeee...laaaa..maaat Paaa....giii Buuuuuu" said friends standing up .

"For the children ..sit down" said Santi's mother

We all sat on our benches . Nita nudged my arm slowly .I looked towards him .She smiles - smiles .

"Ciee who left together" said Nita

I just smiled as I opened my backpack and picked up the Biology textbook. Santi's mother looked at me.

"You who were late came forward" said Santi's mother

I was surprised . I don't think he was angry because I wasn't late for class .All the classmates eyes stared at my karah.

"Ayoo fast forward here" said Santi's mother loudly

"Good ma'am" I said as I stood up from my seat

I looked towards Nita . She looked at me pity.I smiled wryly and stepped forward to the front of the class .

"Who's your name ???" ask Santi's mother

"Karina ma'am" I said

"You're the transfer boy, aren't you ?" tannya

"True ma'am" I said softly

"Road jammed bu" said I lirih

"Ooh jammed ... isn't dating the same upperclassman ???" ask Santi's mother to look at me

"Ti.ti.no Ma'am " said.

"But I just saw you get off the big brother's car ... is that true ???" ask Santi's mother

"We just left with ma'am .." said I lirih

"Dating tuh buu" said Alex one of the students quite recalcitrant in class.

I looked at him annoyed ..The atmosphere of the class was noisier.Nita laughed .

"Have.... calm down all ... don't be noisy !!!!"

The class atmosphere was silent .No one else dared to speak up .Santi's mother looked at me sharply . I'm down.

"Other times no one is late if still want to learn ..because I do not like if there are students who are late to class at the time of my subject" said I santi firmly

"Good ma'am" I said as I lowered my head

"As a punishment you take notes on the board let your friends imitate you .".

"Good ma'am" I said, bowing my body

"Here you take note of the material chapter 3 of pp 40 - 45" said Ms Santi gave me a printed book .

"Iyya ma'am "my words are relieved as I take the printed book .

Writing on the writing board is common to me because in old school I often do .

"You all noted yes ..no noise" said Santi's mother while sitting in her chair.

I started writing on the board .Santi's mother kept an eye on me .I saw from the corner of my eye he nodded - a small nod and smiled .I feel relieved .

All my friends were busy taking notes in their respective books .Santi's mother stood behind me .I'm a little groggy.

"Your writing is nice and neat .. from now on if the material should be recorded ..you who recorded it on the board" said Ms. Santi

"Good ma'am "Say I'm Lirih

I continued to write .. Without even realizing that Bram was watching me from the classroom window .Bram smiled and passed away going back to his class.
