Living Again in a Different Body

Episode 32's. Qu Che Ji's

"How can a picture of my mother be here?" he said with a face that still showed his surprise.

"What is the relationship between mother and Su Cang Cing? Why is a picture of you in the hands of that jerk?" inner Su Li Xia.

Su Li Xia pulled out a cell phone, then took a photo of the entire room. He looked back at the items inside, not forgetting he took photos of some items that attracted attention.

A wooden cabinet that looked like an antique was displayed on the innermost side, Su Li Xia opened the door of the closet. A medium-sized iron safe is found at the very bottom of the closet.

"What's in this safe? The money? Documents?" su Li Xia asked in his mind.

Out of curiosity, Su Li Xia decided to open the safe door. He attached the earlobe to the side of the door, then turned the numeral knob counterclockwise. Several times he turned the number knob until finally the safe door opened.

Su Li Xia smiled victoriously, he then said inwardly, "It's not in vain that I learn this talent!"

The Flashback

Su Li Xia had once learned to open the safe door from a man who called himself initial Z. The man had once planned to rob Su Li Xia's safe, but his plan failed because Ling was there. Z was held by Ling until Su Li Xia returned home.

The man was silent when asked why he was targeting Su Li Xia's house, but when his identity was about to be investigated, the man immediately said if he just picked a random victim's house.

"Why can't I investigate your true identity?" su Li Xia asked with a frightening cold face.

Z reasoned that he did not want his family to be linked to the mistakes he made.

"Then tell me why you chose this house! Were you told by someone?" su Li Xia asked again and was immediately replied, "No! I see this house often empty..."

"Ling, check who this guy is and who he's working for!" su Li Xia's command instantly cut off Z's speech.

Ling returned and gave a full account of the man's identity.

Name: Qu Che Ji

Age: 23 years

Mother's Name: Ruo Ge Xing

Father Name: Qu Yong Liang

Sister: Qu Xiao Le, 18 years old

The first child of the Qu family. Her parents died in a plane crash when Qu Che Ji was 15 years old.

Additional information: Qu Xiao Le has had blood cancer since the age of 13.

Finished reading the short report, Su Li Xia asked Ling. "Who was the last person to contact this man?"

"Miss, this man's cell phone was not contacted by anyone except the phone number from the hospital" Ling replied as she looked at Su Li Xia.

Su Li Xia stared at the report paper Ling had brought earlier, coming across an idea to open the man's mouth. "Qu Xiao Le? Bring the little girl here!"

Z was instantly stunned as soon as Qu Xiao Le's name was called, he stared intently at Su Li Xia's face which still looked cold and frightening. "Don't touch my sister!" he said with eyes that looked shaky.
