The night was getting late, Izar was still silent with tears that occasionally returned to drip without being able to hold him anymore. She saw that Syafira was asleep in her arms. The 16-year-old girl was asleep in tremendous sadness. Not much different from the situation of the youngest in the deck of Umi, Syakilla was asleep still with occasional stuffing still heard.
Izar did not dare to look at Umi, it can be guessed how Umi is currently. His heart was broken to see his children fall asleep barefoot in the porch of the mosque so.
"Umi," call Izar while holding Uminya's hand.
"Sleeping son, Mas Izar and adek-adak is a strength for Umi," said Umi while grabbing the eldest son's head to be in his arms.
Izar dropped his head on Umi's shoulder, the woman was very firm in heart. Although fragile he still held back his tears even though the occasional tear droplets dripped as well.
"What are you looking for?" Tanya Izar saw the mother's hand grabbing the bag beside her seat.
"You take the Qur'an Mas" replied Umi while lifting a small qur'an from his bag.
"Yes sleep, it's late at night" Umi said gently.
"Yes Mi," he replied, not wanting to argue with Umi.
Izar closed his eyes, but he did not sleep. There was a melodious voice Umi chanting verses of the Qur'an. Occasionally, there was also a sobbing on the sidelines of the verses he read.
His heart was so painful to hear the sobs of women who had always spoiled him. Wanting to feel that he blasphemed the man who had made Uminya cry, he did not deserve to be called Abi. A father cannot hurt his wife and children. He abandoned her for someone else he had not known for long. But all has happened, besides rising from the reality of it there is no other way. He had to heal his own wounds because of a man he called Abi.
Azan dawn reverberated, seen Umi sleeping while hugging the Qur'an on his chest. I don't know what time Umi closed her eyes.
"Umi wakes up," said Izar gently in Uminya's ear.
The woman immediately opened her eyes.
"Is that azan, huh?" the answer immediately changed his sitting position.
"Let's Mi move immediately before the congregation comes," Izar said after building his brother's second kam.
They immediately put the bag in the corner near the door and then take the water and join the congregational prayer.
After the prayer, Izar carried his backpack while holding his Uminya hand they came out of the mosque.
"Where are we going, man?" Ask her sister.
"Find the deck boarding," he answered.
Syafira and Syakilla just silently followed her brother's footsteps. I don't know where they're taking him.
"Mi, if we find a place to live behind the campus how to deket also the same school Fira and Killa," said Izar asked for Uminya consideration.
"But there is the main road Mas, papa if later you will often see Abi passing by?" ask Umi.
"Where else Mi, if we look for a way how is the school adek-adek? Izar will no longer have a motorbike if you want to inter-school" Izar replied as he continued walking.
"Kalo mas Izar did not go to college, Fira also did not go to school. Fira doesn't want a class with Bella" Shafira said.
"You have to take the school deck" he said softly.
"But Fira didn't want to go to class with Bella" she said in tears.
"Dear Umi's son, be patient. Don't cry like that" Umi said, wiping her daughter's tears.
It did not feel like they had even reached their destination. Izar immediately entered the rented owner's house while Umi and her adek just wait on the porch of the rented owner's house.
Long time Izar negotiating with the owner of the house, the, until finally they agreed with a small boarding room with a bathroom for 400 thousand per month with an agreement without any facilities other than electricity and mats only.
Permission and boarding owner come out to show approved places. While waiting for the homeowner to take the key, Izar approached Umi who had been silent on the chair on the porch of the hostess.
"Umi, the place is small no papa huh. God willing is only temporary," Katanta looked at Umi's eyes that were so swollen from crying all night.
"No papa Mas, Umi has thanked me very much as Izar has sacrificed for Umi and adek-adek,"
"Izar will take care of Umi and adek-adek as Izar can," he replied as he walked following the owner of the boarding room.
"This is Mas room, it's there's a dipake stove just got my son moved but there's no gas cylinder" the owner of the boarding house said he could not bear to see Izar coming with his mother and her sisters.
Previously the owner of the boarding house only thought Izar alone without his family.
"Thank you, ma'am" Izar said with a faint smile.
After the hostess left the restroom rented by Izar, they immediately entered. Seen the look on the faces of the two adek wonder to see a small room that still has restrictions for the bathroom and kitchen.
"Sorry deck, this is all I can rent for our place of residence. Mas promise one day we move to a more decent place again," said Izar staring at Fira and Killa alternately.
"Yes Mas, no papa" replied Killa, a 14-year-old girl who was still sitting on the MTs bench.
"All because of Bella and her mother who does not know shame," said Fira annoyed.
"Dear, patient ones, son... God is testing us. May Allah bestow the grace behind this ordeal" Umi said gently as she embraced Syafira.
"God isn't fair, why should Abi? Why not someone else?" He said he kept sobbing in his arms.
"Fira is yes, do not judge God's destiny. Maybe it's hard for us but it's God's destiny that's definitely best for us" Izar said, taking out some of the contents in his bag.
Umi started to improve. Arrange a bag containing clothes under a ceramic table above which can be used for cooking. While Izar clean the bathroom that looks dirty, maybe because it is not occupied for a long time.
"Dek Fira same Dek Killa would eat what Izar would buy," asked Izar after cleaning the bathroom.
"Well, will Killa."
"Syafira what do you want, baby?" ask Izar while approaching his grandfather.
"Fira is not a mas laper" he replied briefly.
"Honey," Izar said as he rubbed his head.
"As for Mas aja, Fira would," replied the adek.
"Umi want what?" ask Izar again to Uminya.
"Mas Izar still have money, son?" ask the mother.
"God willing still, Mi. Enough for the next week" Izar said as he brushed his hair.
"God my son, thank you very much Mas" said Umi while kissing the cheek of his son.
"Izar goes first Mi."
"Buy where's mas?" asked Umi confused because there is no motorbike as usual.
"Udah Umj just wait at home, let Izar who is looking," he replied immediately out of the house after saying hello.
Back Umi was sitting limp in the corner of the mat near the bathroom. He could not bear to see his son pantang panting himself meet the needs of the mother and her sisters.
A long time passed, Izar did not return. After nearly 2 hours he returned with one of Umi's familiar friends.
"Assalamualaikum, sorry Mi a little long," he said while giving a packet of rice.
"Waalaikumsalam, Umam kan ya his friend mas Izar when MTs first," said Umi after remembering.
"Yes Mi," he replied as he shook hands with Umi.
"What's the kid, how to bother so," said Umi saw the cooking tools on the Umam motor.
"No hassle Mi, after all, my mother is rarely home so never used either" replied Umam while bringing in.
"Izar deliberately borrowed some goods from Umam so that Umi can cook for herself rather than buy this," said Izar after Umam said goodbye.
After arranging some items for cooking, Umi, Izar and his dukes enjoy the packaged rice bought by Izar before coming to Umam's house.
"Enak also Mas if again laper like this," said Killa while scooping food.
"In the end, dear, this has Mas still want to add,"
"Punya Mas spent, Killa deck if you want to have Umi again," said Umi to his daughter.
"Killa's enough already" he replied, staring at Izar.
"Dear girl, bribed Umi want to kid?" tanya Umi sees Fira has no appetite.
"Mau Mi," he said while nodding.
Umi immediately shifted, approaching her daughter who looked very hit with the incident that had just happened to her.
This is the beginning of the struggle of a Nadhif Abizar for Umi and his two sisters. What will he do for his beloved ones?
