Episode 12's
"Hello." The curly-haired man sitting in front of the car greeted Albert in a warm manner. He seemed to have lost track of his arrogance and domineering attitude.
"Good." Albert's voice was somewhat stiff, clearly showing his unhappiness.
"Now I think you may have misunderstood. This is my little sister, my own little sister," said the curly-haired man slowly, his expression calm as if Albert was an old friend whom he hadn't met for many years.
"What's? She is your sister! And you two..." Albert was surprised. Her brother blatantly teasing his sister in front of everyone was simply absurd. If it wasn't for the curly-haired man saying it himself, and Selena sitting in the car, Albert would never have believed.
The curly-haired man laughed out loud and told Albert, "Do you feel weird? Since I'm her brother, why would I hurt my sister?"
Albert nodded with a smile and said, "Yes, it's exactly the same as I thought."
Before the curly-haired man could speak, Selena interrupted, "Albert, alright, let me explain." He deliberately paused for a moment, then continued, "Actually, we're just pretending."
"Aah!" Albert's mouth opened with shock. He could not understand why his siblings would arrange such a show.
"Well, of course we'll explain everything to you" said the curly-haired man.
"Where are we going now?" Albert saw the car heading in a direction he didn't know, so he asked worriedly.
"To my house" replied the curly-haired man.
"Go to your house? Am I worthy?"
Selena chuckled and reassured him, "Don't worry, we won't kidnap you."
Suddenly, Albert was confused. In his perspective, it was very embarrassing for a poor child like himself to be a guest in a rich man's house.
"Don't worry about that. Just follow us, we won't hurt you" Selena joked cheerfully.
Looking at the direction of the small car, Albert realized they were heading towards the city center. There was another cheap car following him, carrying several people who could be described as the bodyguards of Arthur's family.
Given that someone rich from the capital had invited him, it was impossible just as an expression of gratitude. Albert could not understand it, so he decided to stop thinking about it.
Albert initially thought the car would stop in front of the apartment complex, but to his surprise, the car continued to head to a cluster of luxury buildings far away.
When he entered the villa, Albert was greatly amazed. The house is big and magnificent.
After sitting in the main room, Selena gave him delicious sweet pastries. Albert felt as if he were dreaming, for he had never experienced such service before.
After which, the curly-haired man opened his mouth to speak.
The curly-haired man's name was Arthur. The Arthur family has been in business in the city for decades, gradually becoming one of the wealthiest families in the area.
Two years ago, Arthur's father, Kusmin, several times survived death after insulting the city's largest gang, the "Geng Rajawali". However, not long ago, Kusmin finally caught Rajawali Gang and died at the hands of their men.
