Karma 2 (Najwa Humaira)

Karma 2 (Najwa Humaira)
Chapter 10: The Confession of Najwa

As a sister who wants her brother to stay positive. Abil tried to be very normal. Where he hides the biggest fact of his life is having friends from another world. Bracelets in the right hand with lock-shaped pendants are home to occult friends.

Not to wish Allah, he is only friends with other beings who are not hot when praying and doing other worship. In addition, there is no other intention that deviates from the teachings of religion, so all are safe as they should be.

Fifteen minutes later, Bella and Abil come out of the kitchen carrying a tray that holds a special bowl of noodles the style of the chef brothers. Red soup noodles with plentiful toppings become their dinner menu. The togetherness was more pronounced because of the laughter without reducing each other's boundaries.

"Abi, said Ka Wawa this afternoon, he wanted to talk something serious, you know." chirped Emir in between their casual chatter to distract everyone who simultaneously looked at Najwa questioningly.

The simultaneous glare of the eyes clearly made him groggy. Why is it so awkward? He did not understand because honestly the heart's intention had changed and did not want to complain anymore. Everything that happened at school would have been better if it had been kept, but now there was no other choice.

Najwa put the fruit spoon back into the bowl, then changed his sitting position to be comfortable. "Abi, Mommy, Uncle, Emir. Earlier I apologized because whatever would be the topic of discussion was a bit far deviated from human life."

"This is where we all know about the family history that intersects with them invisible beings, especially with him who cannot be called. Abi and Mommy wanted me to change schools because seeing the situation was no longer conducive. Right?"

Najwa tried to find the right word to convey all his intentions so as not to be misunderstood. Especially as a first child, then he must behave more mature. Instead of complicating things, the girl resumed her sensitive conversation.

"This is not another child that concerns me, but the building that is now occupied by students and all teachers and school administrators. The land of the building is border land. Where it becomes the gateway of our world and their world.

"Don't look at me like that," Najwa sighed softly, "I purposely figured out the history of the building as well as the genealogy that had existed all along. Unfortunately some things I could not find and the reason I stayed was because of all the people who had to be saved. Is it wrong to help others?"

Azzam pondered, he was digesting the princess's intentions. Bella repeatedly read Istighfar. The Emir can only gawk while shaking his head because he has an older brother who is really a social lover, while Abil is still relaxed like a beach.

One certainty that cannot be contested is that Najwa is a version of Bella's past. The difference is only the storyline and attitude that is decided. The question is, is the action this time more dangerous than it already is? Can you survive when you know it's not easy? One cause and effect must be understood.

"Laughter, how far is the fight between you? Physical or non-physical?" Abil asked without burden, but his heart remained on the throne of faith.

Najwa learns to control himself, "Non-physical, isn't it still safe?"

"We make it easy, yes" Abil took a pile of bowls of noodles, trays and empty glasses on the table. Then form a fortress like preparing a war strategy because the principles must be shown to be easily understood.

The two bowls are anchored to one tray so that the table area is turned into a fence and each behind has glass personnel who are considered to be living creatures. "Human," Abil pointed to the right side of the table, then switched to the left. "Supernatural creature. Life has separated the differences of nature and the dimensions of space and time."

"De, did you learn all that?" azzam asked to interrupt Abil's explanation because he did not expect the sister-in-law to know the demo technique that he had long forgotten.

Abil nodded with a wink of his mischievous eyes, "Najwa, we may coexist but do not forget the fact that humans and they have their own natures. If you can be honest, this is not just a building land as you mean. Aye, right?"

Like being caught stealing. In front of Abil all his secrets seemed to be revealed without any more silence. Somehow the feeling increasingly unsettled with the existing situation. Moreover, both his parents and his sister looked back to ask.

"Mother and child alike yes, Ka Bella is used to acting rashly even though for the sake of my family and niece is used to keeping secrets from the facts revealed. Do you want me to tell you a story or you? Remember yes, we are family." Abil continued to corner Najwa.

Where the young girl who felt increasingly wrong was immediately lowered her gaze. Not knowing whether to respond to the circumstances that exist such as whether the deepest sense of hope from his heart can be a real rejection by his own family. Isn't it hard to tell the truth that isn't ready to be heard?

Suddenly a warm hand rub diverts the fear and anxiety that shackles his heart and mind. Mother looked at him affectionately, the woman always tried to suppress the ego in order to maintain the emotional balance of her two children. Just like he did with Najwa.

"I can't move because I'm tied to that place. If you ask me why, I honestly don't know for sure. As I recall after a month of being a student, that day during the gym hours something happened that I never thought of.

"I stood in the middle of the students classmates, suddenly the picture of possessed people attacking the head until unknowingly a promise spoken from these lips." Wawa glared at the memory she really wanted to forget, "I promise to be a barrier between two worlds. More or less that's the reason ...,"

"Laughter! Do you know the risks with a decision that is now a problem? Abi just thought the situation was not such, but as it turned out," Azzam tried to restrain himself because he realized the intention of the princess' heart was not wrong, only that Najwa's reckless actions could have an impact on the family.

Humans have a protective instinct. But sometimes people forget that the ego in this day and age is higher than what is in the struggle. Genuine help alone, can be interpreted as looking for attention. Miris anyway, but such is the reality that is increasingly risky.

"It is free to argue or defend or decide on an ultimatum, Ka. It all happened, so there is only one way left. Whether Najwa wants to do that or is muddy with his choice that can drag the family. How's Wawa?" Abil looked at Najwa even more gently because after all the young girl was his own niece.

As a mother, she has a duty to ensure the safety of her child. He doesn't want any new problems after one problem ends, "What do you mean, De?"
