Zahra drove her car to a public funeral. The girl parked her car then walked towards a tomb.
"Happy anniversary of Mah's wedding, Pah" he said, kissing the two gravestones in front of him in turn.
"Well, Pah, I'm sorry Zahra. Zahra hasn't been able to bring sister here. Pray for Zahra from there, hopefully Zahra can find brother Zidan soon."
Samuel who saw Zahra crying in front of the graves of his parents felt sympathy. However, the next second Samuel gasped as he looked at Zahra's eyes.
Whether Samuel realized it or not. Those eyes were exactly the same as the eyes of the little girl who had always haunted him in a dream.
Zahra felt that someone was watching her. He turned and was surprised to find Samuel not far from him.
"I'm sorry, I just accidentally passed by and saw your car on the side of the road. So I stopped by."
Samuel said without question. Then, the man crouched before the graves of Zahra's parents and prayed for him in his faith.
"Why should you stop by?"
Zahra's question sounded a little judes. He wanted to keep his distance from Samuel because the people at the college started talking about him and the man.
"What's wrong?" ask Samuel again.
"Lack of speed!"
Zahra answered and got up and left.
"Why not fast? Is it because I am a non-Muslim? I heard that Islam doesn't distinguish people, but it's wrong."
Zahra stopped her steps and said, "i'm not going to tell you apart. But please keep your distance from me."
"But why?"
Samuel asked, it seemed that he could not take Zahra's words for granted.
"As you said, because you're a non-Muslim. With Muslim men I always keep my distance, especially you. I'm sorry if you're offended, but maybe you've heard the gossip of people on campus who have misunderstood us."
Zahra wants to get into her car but is stopped by Samuel.
"They don't misunderstand, I like you."
The deg!
"I'm sorry, I have to go home."
Zahra was about to open the car door. But Samuel stopped him.
"I really like you, I'm telling you the truth, I swear to Tu..."
Samuel swore an oath to his Lord, but stopped his words. He recalled Zahra and Melati's conversation back on campus, if Zahra couldn't possibly like it because they had different beliefs.
"I'll prove that I really like you even if you don't look at me."
Samuel stepped back, letting Zahra into his car.
Zahra with mixed feelings left Samuel there.
...
In a room so luxurious. The Sultan who had just finished Maghrib prayers held his head like he was holding back pain.
"May? aakh..."
The Sultan hit his head. At first glance he saw the figure of a laughing old man and a little girl running around like a short advertisement in his head. Then he changed to see a black car nudging another car until it rolled over which he felt as if he were in the rolled over car.
"Darling why are you?"
Laras, the Sultan's mother came and hugged his son.
"It hurts a lot."
Sultan complained, his face was very pale and sweat soaked his body.
The barrel that could not bear to see his son in pain took a syringe and injected sedatives into the Sultan.
"I'm sorry Mama, As a Doctor Mama doesn't know what you have to do to relieve your pain other than this way."
Laras wept hugging the Sultan who was already rather calm.
"Don't cry Mah, this has helped me so much from the pain."
The Sultan wiped away the tears on Laras' cheek and then slowly fell asleep.
