CHAPTER 12

"To the civil registry office, marry you." Reply tempt.

"Huh?" Keiina gawked in disbelief.

Ryu smiled, "Joking, Darling. Uh dear koq. I mean, Kidding, Keiina."

Keiina just smiled clumsyly. "Call me Keii, Doctor."

Ryu clucking. "Keii, sounds the same as calling Key." Ryu stepped his foot and was followed by Keiina.

"Key Mr Doctor's friend yesterday?" Ask Keiina.

Ryu nodded, "Don't like it huh." He said possessively.

Keiina laughs. "Where might I like it."

Ryu turned towards Keiina who was still laughing, "Everyone likes Key's charm. I'm afraid you like it too."

Keiina smiled faintly, "I don't believe in men. For me men exist only to hurt women." Keiina said with sadness.

Ryu scrunched his forehead, until they got into the elevator and just the two of them.

"Have you ever been betrayed by a man?" Ask Ryu curiously.

Keiina was silent with a glaring look. "He should have been my first love, my place of refuge, but he was too cruel for me to make my first love." He said with no expression.

"Your first love is unrequited?" Ask Ryu again.

Keinna looked at Ryu, as they stared at each other. "Forget it, we're just talking about pointless things." Keiina then smiled and looked ahead.

Ryu invites Keiina to sit at the cake shop close to his office.

"What did that man do to you?" Ryu asked who was still curious.

"I don't want to talk about it." Answer Keiina. "Can we not talk about it, Doctor?" Ask Keiina.

"And can you please not call me Doctor? That sounds really old to me." Ryu.

Keiina asked through the look of her confused face.

"Hem, call me Brother, or Mas, or darling maybe?" Ryu blinked his one eye and made Keiina shudder.

"How's it?" Ask Ryu.

"Just like that." Keiina replied doubtfully.

"Mass? Why not choose Sis?" Ask Ryu.

Keiina smiled, "The color I already have is an older sister." Answer's short.

"My name is Ryu." Ryu stretched out his hand to shake hands.

Keiina just stared at Ryu's hanging hand.

"I want to be your friend. I'm sorry if I joke a lot." Ryu said convincingly. He did not want to make Keiina feel uncomfortable and uncomfortable. Slowly but surely, Ryu wants to approach Keiina slowly, especially Ryu thinks that Keiina has experienced trauma because of her first love. Keiina meant the father, not the trauma of another man.

Keiina welcomed Ryu's hand, "Keiina." Keiina introduced herself.

Almost a month later, the Emperor returned to work and was busy with his work, he kept in touch with detectives whom he hired to tell the whereabouts of Adelia and her sister.

Aldo went in to pick up the Emperor who was about to meet with a client. The emperor glanced at the clock on his wrist, the time was six in the afternoon and he had an appointment to meet with a client at a restaurant for dinner.

The emperor immediately stopped his work, cleaned himself in the bathroom in his private room and immediately set off accompanied by Aldo.

They arrived at a famous steakhouse, the place where the Emperor's clients were already waiting for him.

They chatted for a while until a servant approached him and gave the Emperor and his client a menu.

The familiar Emperor heard his voice instantly raised his head and saw the woman he recognized at a glance but the Emperor kept his image in front of the client.

Keiina who also slightly recognized the Emperor looked awkward but remained silent because it seemed that the Emperor was also indifferent to him.

Dinner and discussing the project went well, the client gave permission to leave first because he saw the Emperor who still seemed to want to be in the restaurant.

"Mr Kai, Miss Keiina is already on the terrace of the restaurant." Aldo.

"She's called Keiina?" The Emperor asked to know.

"Yes, sir." Answer Aldo.

The emperor nodded then stood stepping out of the terrace

Keiina immediately stood up from her seat when she saw the Emperor come out. "Please don't make my position difficult, sir. I'm at work and still at work." Keiina said.

The Emperor sat down while looking into Keiina's eyes, eyes that he seemed to recognize but forgot where to look.

"Miss Keiina sit down, I've asked your manager for special permission to take you home sooner." Sahut Aldo's.

Keiina just sighed and then sat in her place again, no Ryu, not her friend always underestimate her work hours. Could it be the power of the rich, he thought.

"Your name, Keiina?" Asked the Emperor coldly.

Keiina nodded. "Master Key can call me Keii." Answer Keiina.

"You call me Mr Key? You know me?" Ask the Emperor again.

"You're Ryu's doctor's friend." Keiina.

"But we haven't met." Emperor Said.

"Then why did you ask my manager for permission to go home sooner? Don't we know each other?" Keiina asked who was beginning to be confused about the attitude of the Emperor she thought was annoying.

The Emperor nodded, "Don't call me Master, I'm not your superior and neither are you my servant." Emperor Saying.

Keiina just kept quiet. "Gear your opponent when you're talking." The Emperor said firmly.

Keiina raised her face and looked into the Emperor's eyes. The emperor was the same and he felt something else in his heart.

"Who are you? Have we ever met before? Your face is no stranger to me." The Emperor's murmured was heard softly by Keiina.

"I've said it before, sir. I just came from the area not yet a month." Keiina reminded him again.

The emperor massaged the base of his nose. Back to his original destination why he had brought Keiina out of the steakhouse. "Why are you at this restaurant? Aren't you a training employee at Medika Group?" Asked the Emperor who was curious.

"I'm just looking for extra money, but I'm in town." Answer Keiina as she is.

"Since when? Does Ryu know?" Ask the Emperor again.

"It's been two weeks, Mas Ryu doesn't know because we rarely meet, only occasionally." Answer Keiina again.

"Mass? You call it Mas?" The emperor really could not believe it, the bucino man had already moved quickly.

Keiina nodded.

"What is your salary in Medika Group lacking?" Ask the Emperor again.

Keiina shook her head, "Enough, it's just that I'm in town, I want to find more experience and income. Other friends are like that too."

"Is your family so short of money?" Asked the Emperor without further ado.

Keiina looked into the Emperor's eyes. "My mom and I live well even though we don't live luxuriously."

"You're just alone with your mama?" The Emperor asked, wanting to know.

Keiina nodded. "That's the color I work side by side, so that when I come home at least I bring more money just to make Mama proud of me." Keiina smiled. "I want to add capital to my mama's bakery business that just runs on the spot."

There was a feeling of regret in the Emperor's heart when he heard Keiina's reply, "But this is the City, a great deal of evil happens at night. I'll talk to Ryu." Emperor Saying.

"Sir, why are you so involved in my affairs?" Keiina asked not to like it.
