According to the Hanafi School of Medicine, since girls are nine years old and have experienced menstruation, it means that they have been obliged to do all religious orders, such as prayer and fasting. Every month, the girl will experience menstrual blood discharge until the age of 55 years. 

And if after the age of 55 years still also bleed, then it is not menstrual blood. Unless, if it was black or deep red, then it could be considered menstrual blood.
