Husband Crazy. (Sad Hurt)

Husband Crazy. (Sad Hurt)
Chapter 29. About Polyandri.

Rain does not take Keny, Rara, and her husband to the airport. Thirty minutes after that, Rain rushed towards his cake shop. Now, two weeks ahead, Rain must be ready without the presence of the husband.

The plan, Rain, Liza, Sari, and Yordhii also want to visit orphanages in the west Jakarta area. There is so much about the orphanage. Rain has always loved that place. A place where lots of cute and adorable little kids.

To: Mas Restu's.

"Assalamualaikum, Mas today I'm permission to the orphanage, yes. With Liza, sari, also Dik Yordhii."

Fifteen minutes later, they were ready to get out to the car. When he was about to enter the bar Mario came.

"Where are you going?"

"To the orphanage. Who're you?" sarcastic Yordhii slightly observed Mario's face.

"He's Mario, Brother. Brother's friend."

"Oh."

Then the two shook hands.

"Yordhii Gautama Pradiftha."

"Mario Drawgalend's. Just call Rio," she explained with a smile. Then he said again.

"I can come with you to the parlour? I happen to like that place a lot."

After Yordhii allowed Mario to join them, the car drove down the streets of the city of Bekasi which was crowded with vehicles. During the trip, Yordhii who was driving seemed cool talking to Mario

"Assalamualaik." Rain said hello.

"Waalaikumsalam," answered some of the residents of the parlour with excitement.

The palace is located in West Jakarta. The building has only two floors. The building that has been standing for quite a long time is dominated by the blue sky. That said, the color has the meaning that the children of the home should have ideals as wide as the sky.

On the first floor there are several medium-sized rooms, then on the top floor is a special room for children's homes. Rain and the others rushed down the place accompanied by the orphanage Mother. Upstairs are ten rooms, five for girls and five for boys.

"Rain, I used to aspire to have as many children with you."

Rain just shook his head. Then he went back down the corner of the parlor. Ms. Manda escorted them to one of the special rooms for babies under one year old. Rain came to the baby boy in the corner. He even immediately carried it.

"It's very handsome" said Rain.

Then Mario said, "Looks like me, yeah, Rain."

"Photoin, Dhii," he asked Yordhii, who was observing someone in the corner. Yordhii smiled when she saw her sister-in-law happy. Suddenly his heart said to match Rain with Mario.

"More." He said, handing over the phone to Mario.

After a while in the parlor, they withdrew to go home. Ba'da Azhar, they're already at the cake shop. Liza, Sari, and Mario. Afterwards, Rain and Yordhii rushed home.

"Sister!"

"Yes, Brother."

"Don't you want to get married again?"

"No, Sister. Sister does not want polyandri¹, for married sister it is quite once in a lifetime."

Later, Rain recounted his experiences while still in the boarding school. At that time he was still Aliyah² class. The student he got was about the law of women marrying two husbands.

"Marriage in the jahiliyah period there are four ways. Then he mentioned one of those types of marriage. Namely, a number of people whose number is less than ten are gathered and then enter to meet a woman. Every time they fucked him. After some time since the wedding night, if she turns out to be pregnant, she calls all her husbands. No one from her husband could stand in her way. Until all her husbands get together. The woman said: "O my husband. You already know, what you did to me, and that is your right. And now I'm pregnant. And this is your son, Fulan. The woman mentioned one of her husband's names as she pleased, then assigned her son to the husband. No one from her husband can stand in the way" (HR. Bukhari no.5127)

"The Hadith has made it clear that polyandry is haram. If you do polyandry, whether you will know if you are pregnant with whose child. Polyandry is jahiliyah behavior, Dik. And whatever has been attributed to jahiliyah is despicable."

"Oh, Yordhii knows now. Why polyandry is not allowed. For Allah has determined this." Timpal Yordhii nodded.

Without feeling adhan Magrib has reverberated.

"Just pray, brother."

After the prayer, the two went back on their way home. Yordhii who seemed still interested in their chat earlier also returned to discuss it.

"Sister, that polyandry, it's haram. Then if there is a woman who left her husband because of death or because of divorce, then the woman wants to remarry is it also illegal, brother? Yordhii was still confused in this part."

"As far as you know, the answer is no. However, if a wife who died her husband wants to remarry on condition that it has ended his idhah³ period," he said.

"Sacred women, whether free women or slaves, were forbidden to be other than their husbands. Until their husbands separated from them by death, divorce, or marriage. Except for As-Saabaya⁴, whose husband was not taken captive with her." (Shafi'i Imam, Ahkamul Qur'an, Beirut: Darul Kolp Al-Iilmiyah, 1985, Juz.

"There is, Brother. The Qur'an that speaks of polyandry?"

"And it is forbidden that you marry a married man, except the slaves you have." (QS An-Nisaa 4:24).

"Yasah, brother just divorce brother blessing. Then, sister-in-law married again."

"No, Sister. Brother wouldn't do that. God hates divorce" he said.

"Why? But brother blessing, it's evil. He always hurts Brother-in-law."

Rain smiled, then said again, "If Brother Restu is evil and always hurt is okay, it's Kak Restu's business with God. The job of a sister is simply to be a devoted wife to the husband and to carry out the duty of sincerity with all my heart."
