GRAF'S THEOREM

GRAF'S THEOREM
CHAPTER 7 NEW STUDENTS

In the taxi that night after Om Wahid's house, his father was sitting next to the driver and Anggita was sitting next to his mother. Anggita chose to direct his gaze out the window, observing the light of the lights in the shops that have closed.

"What is the way to eat malem for the real thing, Dad?" ask Angita suddenly.

"Barewell, Ta!" His father answered without hesitation.

"What does that mean? You don't work with Wahid anymore?"

"Yes, Ta. Dad's retiring. Help your mother's efforts! His work has also started well and advanced. If your mom takes care of the employees alone, it's pity."

"Yes, Ta," his mother chimed in, "you don't have to worry about the tuition later. We want to go to college wherever we allow it. The savings from the father's cooperation Om Wahid insya Allah is enough for your lecture!"

"Pad is old too. Sometimes not focusing if you drive again! The charm of Om Wahid is also quite large. The money let me use it to add sewing tools to new employees."

Anggita hugged her mother tightly which was responded with a gentle touch.

"Thank you, Mom, Dad. Consider your love to you!" he said later, "These members promise to be successful and happy!"

"Don't bother to be happy with us, Ta. We're so happy to see you're still in school and always getting good grades!"

"Sorry, Gita could not answer when Om Wahid his ideals Gita."

"It's okay. I'm sure you have goals."

"It is also not necessary that everyone knows what your ideals are, Ta. Enough of yourself. Then fight, work hard to achieve it, and make it happen!"

"Father same Mother will not be cheek-neko, Ta. Whatever you want to be. What matters is one message from us, be someone who benefits others."

Anggita hugged Mother Lala more tightly. The touch of the mother's hand made her heart warm even though her mind was still filled with Kak Nina's request.

Getting a strange request from the person he just met twice was of course Angita confused what to react like. His silence was the answer he considered safe. Waiting for Kak Nina to continue her sentence so that she increasingly understands the real situation.

"Randi wants to move to Marga High School, Ta. Brother is worried that he has trouble making social because at his old school, his friends are very little!" said Kak Nina while counting her fingers and her mouth muttered in obscurity.

"Maybe there are 2 people that time! Both are boys again. A little scared, brother, but try husnudzon aja."

Angita. Because in fact Anggita also has the same fate as Randi.

"When did you move, brother?"

Anggita is reluctant to agree but also does not dare to refuse.

"New semester later. Is it a rapot?"

"No, Brother. His teachers are still busy taking care of students whose grades have fallen!"

Laughter came out from both lips.

"Well, just in the new school year, Ta."

"What did Emang Randi want to major in?"

"Udah clear times, Ta. AN IPA! I want to be a doctor!"

Angita. He glanced at his hand that was still in the hands of Brother Nina. There was a feeling of warmth and comfort until he let Kak Nina continue to hold it. He looked at the woman who continued his chatter carefully. His round eyes emit a light of shade that makes Anggita reluctant to turn away. For almost an hour, he and Nina chatted in the gazebo before he was picked up by Mom and Dad for a farewell. A hug ended the meeting of the two.

"Don't forget Brother's request, Ta. Randi is a good boy. Just a little!" sister Nita whispered as the two hugged each other for the last time.

***

Anggita, Gladis, Dawn, Bu Lala and a shoulder-haired woman were engrossed in laughter in the school hallway. Walking in tandem, Anggita and Gladis walked ahead, Bu Lala and the shoulder-haired woman behind the two, and Dawn walked tailing at the very back.

"Please general champion, you see! Great son of Mamah Rami!" Praise Bu Lala while poking the arm of the woman with shoulder-length hair; Mamah Rami.

"Alhamdulillaahafemore. I think it's also great to be champion two. She has a beautiful face, Pinter again! Complete package anyway!" Mamah Rami Timpal.

"Fajar is also a pinter, Mah. Why not praise his son? Poor loh! Llater scold!" Sela Gladis was accompanied by their laughter that rumbled throughout the hall.

"Bosen ah praise him! Dewan dapet mulu ranking. Mamah even hoped that he would not have to get a ranking!"

Laughter exploded again, including Dawn which became the subject of his own mother's ridicule.

"What kind of friend wants his son not to get ranked? Astagfirullaah!" Dawn opened its voice while stroking its chest repeatedly.

"A lot of advantages anyway. The body is too much! Diet says Mamah too, Faj!" Mamah Rami.

"But! Whose actions make his son big? Stop selling rice paddocks! I'll be slim!"

"Food at the Nasi Padang Mamah stall is delicious. There's no match! Especially sambel Ijonya that loh. Viii... What a favorite of Gladis!" Connect Gladis.

"If Gita really likes satay padangnya. The smell is so good! Pedes asem. Moreover, the skewer of the sate-gedy meat! Maximum portion!"

"What if we eat at Padang Mamah rice stall now? All right, your class hike!"

"Agreed!"

His fifth step stopped when Gilar suddenly approached them. Shake hands and kiss both backs of hands Bu Lala and Mamah Rami alternately.

"Gilar, huh?" Bu Lala pointed towards Gilar who chose to nod while smiling stiffly.

"Sorry, disturb. Can I talk to Anggita first?" ask Gilar later.

"Oh, yes. Can be! Can do!" reply Bu Lala.

"Take it, Gil! No need to go back!" sela Gladis half yelled.

"Hush! Ngaco you!" Dawn chimed.

Gilar and Anggita walked away. Standing opposite each other in front of the Master room that turned its back on the parking lot.

"What's up, Gil?" ask Anggita to open the conversation.

Suddenly Gilar thrusts his report card at Anggita. The girl just looked at him confused.

"I'm afraid you're wondering what I'm majoring in, Ta." Reveal Gilar later.

Although embarrassed, Anggita grabbed the report card and opened it. There is an IPA written in the department description which is Gilar's choice later. Anggita smiled slightly before giving the report card back to the owner.

"Must be well in his nonsense now? Can pass WA, right?" anggita timpal.

"My city is over, Ta. I haven't been able to use WA for months. SMS is hard phone! Pulse price soar high. I can't afford to buy!"

"That's it! How are you, Gil!"

"Hopefully we're not classy well, Ta!"

Anggita's forehead shrivels. But, he was reluctant to extend the conversation to silence his mouth tightly. From a distance, his mother was watching him.

"I'm home first, Ta. Greetings to your father!" Gilar took his foot away.

"Is that all you doang?" ask Anggita who made Gilar step stopped.

"Yes! Let you not be curious. Assalamu'alaikum!"

"Wa'alaikum hail!"

Anggita also moved from that place, approaching Bu Lala who had been waiting for him with others. Gladis whistled loudly. Dawn clapped softly. Bu Lala threw a smile at each other with Mamah Rami.

"Cieeehhh... Chat what's using nyodorin rapot everything?" ledek Gladis's.

"Nothing is important. Go now yuk! It's a laper!"

Anggita hurriedly grabbed Gladis' arm and led him away towards the gate, followed by Bu Lala, Mamah Rami and Dawn behind them. Some time the fifth must stand dumbstruck at a stop not far from the school. The awaited public transport has finally arrived. The five took turns to climb into angkot and the car drove away from Marga High School.

***

That morning, Randi stared at the gate of Marga High School from behind the car glass. Many times Kak Nina asked him to come down immediately but the man in the ash coat was reluctant.

"Why the hell? Get out there! I am late for work!"

Randi opened the car door. Shortly after the door closed again, the car drove straight. Time and again Randi sighed, exhaling it back. Bell tolling. Randi put his feet up rather quickly, scattering with other students who had just arrived.

Instead of heading for the student classroom, Randi walked towards the Master room. Heri who happened to just come out of the room passed by him. Randi said a greeting ending the kiss on the back of the man's hand in the ash-boxed shirt.

"Randi Ogas Wahid, huh?" ask Mr. Heri later.

Randi nodded steadily.

"Follow Father!"

Randi walked in the footsteps of the man who was clutching the laptop obediently. Some of the classes he had skipped at first glance he looked at. From inside the room, some students looked back at him. His steps came to a halt when Mr. Heri opened the doors of the XI class IPA 1 and said his greetings. He's tailing in the back. The students in the class looked towards him with probing gazes. At first Randi was disturbed, but when his gaze fell on the unraveling black-haired girl who was also looking at him from the front desk, just a short distance from him standing, Randi smiled.

"There are new students in our class. Please introduce yourself!"

Randi looked around. Although his eyes again ended up on the girl sitting not far in front of him.

"My name is Randi Ogas Wahid. Transfer from Agias High School. Thank you!"

The applause that Mr. Heri started was followed by the students. After Mr. Heri invited Randi to choose his seat, the man chose to sit right behind the girl who had just been in his eyes.

"Hi, Randi!" greet the one sitting next to Randi.

Randi's eyes investigated the man who was thrusting his stocky hand.

"Known. I'm Dawn!" Continue Dawn to Randi who is still looking at him fixedly.

"Hi! I'm Randi!"

Randi was more silent during class. Although Dawn occasionally managed to invite him to talk, but the man was more often confused while looking at the back of the girl in front of him. When the break bell rang, Randi was still fixed looking at the girl. A hand suddenly stretched out in front of him, making the direction of his gaze diverted. The hooded girl sitting next to the girl he was looking at was smiling at him.

"Known! I'm Gladis! Yuk's friend?" Gladis said expectantly.

Randi replied to Gladis' hand, "Randi!" then release it again.

"Don't jutek dong!" gladis Grunts.

However, Randi chose to ignore. His right hand steadily patted the shoulder of the girl sitting beside Gladis. Couple times. Until finally the girl turned her head and looked at him with a frown. Randi smiled realizing the girl had not forgotten him.

"Hi, Gita! We'll see you again!" His words then made Gladis and Dawn throw one another a look of astonishment.

"You know each other?" ask Gladis later.

Anggita hesitated.

"Famous even," said Randi who made Anggita look at him sharply, "he would have eaten malem in my house!"

"Randy!" anggita exclaims that makes both friends even more astonished.

But, not only Dawn and Gladis were astonished by Randi who turned out to know Anggita. On the same row of benches as their back desk, Gilar was watching them closely. Curiosity and confusion swept through his mind. Although the man's eyes only looked at Anggita, there was a sick feeling that slipped in his heart as the girl smiled cheerfully with the new students in her class. His heart was getting hot when the view of Anggita who accidentally looked at him, but chose to turn and chat with his friends back.

"So your father was a cementan? Geez! What kind of coincidence is this? Your kids can go to school in the same place!"

Gilar put his arms on the table and cupped his head. He closed his eyes tightly, though his ears were reluctant to turn from their conversation.

"Possibly destiny!" chirps Randi.

Anggita's eyes glanced at him. Gilar clenched his own hand. Dawns speechless.

"What's the matter why? It's not important to know about this!" Anggita protest while pulling Gladis' hand, "kantin yuk! Laper!"

Gladis followed him obediently. Randi looked at him.

"He's got a girlfriend, Faj?" asked Randi who made the man beside her feel worried.

Gilar suddenly got up from his chair. Stepping coldly out of class. The dawn watched carefully.

"Not yet! Why emang?" Answer Fajar reluctantly.

Randi's smile expands. It was clearly noticed by Fajar who felt a hot aura suddenly piercing his heart.

"But he seems to like someone" Dawn got up from his seat.

Randi looked over with an astonished look, "who?"

"Cowok just passed by!"

The dawn steps out of class. His body suddenly trembled and was overheated. He could see that Gilar was walking alone not far from where he was now.

"Stupid you, Dawn! A coward!" his gerrymandering is self-defeating.

His steps he quickly wanted to catch up with Gilar who he could get closer to. When the distance between the two was near, Fajar aligned his steps beside the man. Gilar looked at him and smiled.

"Hi, Faj! Going to the cafeteria too?" ask Gilar kindly.

"Yes, Gil! You?"

"Same dong!"

There was a lull in silence between the two even though their footsteps stayed together.

"The new boy knows the Gita?" Gilar ventured to find the answer to his curiosity.

"Yes! Their father turned out."

"Oh. Danger here!"

Fajr's forehead shriveled, "why danger, Gil?" tanyanya.

Gilar chose to shake his head and gave a big smile. Accelerated his footsteps until his body disappeared from Fajar's sight. The dawn is still broken. Noblest. Digesting every word that came out of the guy's mouth.
