"Do you like Gladis?"
Randi spontaneously turned to Fajar who was cleaning his book into his hedgehog bag. Luckily there was no one there other than the two and a few students in the corner who had not yet returned home.
"Ih! What the hell? No! Anybody likes a bounty chick like her, Faj." Said Randi did not accept.
"Are you really like Lady Gaga?" Dawn looked towards Randi seriously.
Randi chuckles.
"That's my idol, Faj. There is a Lady Gaga type of girl in Indonesia! There-there are you. My standards aren't that high when it comes to girls."
Randi just reasoned to keep Gladis away from him. He was really uncomfortable with the attitude of the girl who suddenly admitted her feelings openly. That girl is too wild to deal with. Hopefully, under the pretext of this Gladis retreat by itself.
"Whose type of girl are you like?" ask Fajar curiously.
Randi got up from his seat. His eyes were moving in no direction. Dawn was still waiting for an answer from him by continuing to pay attention to the man.
When Randi prefers to step away, Dawn follows him immediately.
"I'm sure we might." Timpal Randi who was able to make Dawn still froze for a while.
"Why Anggita?" tanya Fajar.
"So far she's the most normal girl in my eyes. The others are just beautiful capital doang! But his brain is all empty." Randi believes his judgment is not wrong.
"Do you like Angita as well? Gilar's rival is Rangga, you know!" Dawn is half-scaring. Hoping for the man to retreat to become another competitor after Gilar succeeded he depak.
Randi chuckles amusedly.
"No! Most of my type is in Angita. Pinter and pretty. But, my type is the most important is a true Muslim. Let's say it's not hijab, Faj."
Hearing Randi's answer, of course, Dawn can only gawk. He did not expect the type of man who was targeted by his compatriot far from what he imagined.
"Gladis isn't hijab either, huh?" timpal Fajar who was greeted with a small grin from Randi's lips.
"Yes, Faj. I'm a bit awkward because he has a trick that is aggressive and overt. Fear of ruining her image as a Muslim. I was shocked when he suddenly told me again. Mending I refuse from now on before his image gets worse!"
The dawn understood. He could not stop thinking that Randi could think as far as it would Gladis' actions.
"Means you like dong same Gladis?"
Randi chuckles amusedly.
"Duh, what the hell! Does that liking come easily? I have not been here a month. Do not know how the story of Gladis can suddenly like to me. I thought he was joking again. Her name is also a girl! Moreover, he knows I am a doctor's son. Maybe for that reason, not purely like."
For Randi who has minimal experience in terms of women, of course he does not want to be kegeeran just like that when Gladis expressed his love. Just assuming the girl was joking can make their relationship until now not awkward. For Randi, feeling like towards the opposite sex is not easy.
It's not that he doesn't want to accept the girl's feelings. However, he really did not have any feelings for her yet. Rather than making the girl expect much, it was better for her to state what she felt blatantly from the start. Expressing what he feels. He also did not rule out the possibility of a change in his feelings later. It was just that, right now, he was not having any special feelings for the girl. Even to any girl.
"I went back first, Faj. Assalamu'alaikum!"
"Wa'alaikum hail!"

"Sister picked him up? Tumbens!" randi taunted shortly after entering the red car.
Instead of responding to Randi's question, Kak Nina was busy turning her head to the back, front, and side of Randi alternately. Seeing her brother's strange behavior, Randi's forehead shriveled.
"From what the hell, Ka?" ask Randi back.
"Where's girl? Not coming with the bell anymore?" timpal Kak Nina while patting Randi's thigh slowly.
"What chick?" Randi looked at her in astonishment.
"That's a loh! Who am I pedekate again! Where the hell is the girl?"
Randi glanced back at his brother. So this is the reason why my brother picked her up today. Randi chose silence instead of answering her sister's questions that were not important in her opinion.
However, a knock from the side window could make Randi stiff. Gladis again banged on the window of the car that picked him up, even though the car was different colors.
Instead of opening the window glass, he hurriedly asked his brother to directly start the car engine. Unfortunately, his sister opened the glass window beside him by welcoming the girl's greeting kindly.
The trivial conversation both managed to make Gladis again become one of the passengers impromptu. Randi chose to pretend not to recognize the girl and let his sister who served the insignificant ravings of the hijab girl.
"Sister doctor too?" asked Gladis enthusiastically.
"New second-level coass coke. Not yet a doctor!"
Mangut-mangut gladis with mouth forming letter O large.
"What's a coass, brother?" ask Gladis later.
"Say Oh but don't know what Coass is!" timpal Randi ketus.
Chat Kak Nina and Gladis in fact lasted more and more excited as the car is increasingly drove away from the School. Discussing about hijab women, emancipation, about women's feelings, even to discuss Korean dramas that they are both watching.
Feeling faint at the sound of their laughter, he slightly opened the window. Let the wind hit his body that was wrapped in a jacket. A little sound they are not too obvious, mingled with the sound of the roar of the vehicle engine that also drove together.
Suddenly, the window closed again. Randi nodded and turned towards Kak Nina sharply. Just as she was about to open her mouth to protest, Sister Nina first pointed her index finger at him.
"You don't open the window like that dong! It's my turn, big brother Ran! We're on the road, you know!" sentak Kak Nina is angry. The look on her face hardened as if Randi had made a fatal mistake.
Gladis watched him. He did not understand what Kak Nina was talking about just now to make his tone so high that it was shown to Randi. The man just opened the window. But Kak Nina's reaction to what Randi did, in her eyes was too excessive.
"What group, brother? Why is Randi?" asked Gladis curiously. He believes his ears are not wrong to catch some words spoken by Kak Nina who only focused on Randi.
Realizing that her brother had almost revealed his secret, Randi chose silence and obeyed his sister. I hope Nina doesn't answer Gladis's question clearly.
"Randi hasn't told you yet?" timpal Nina is confused.
Randi muttered indistinctly. Gladia's head looked up at Kak Nina who was driving the car.
"What's the story about, Ka?" gladis asked increasingly. Some time he turned his gaze towards Randi who was still silent.
A pat on Randi's shoulder drifted from Kak Nina's hand.
"What are you, anyway? You haven't told your class yet?" timpal Kak Nina with a voice that again rises up.
"Udah, Brother! Don't be so rowdy! Really repot! It's not important they know!" Randi defended himself that what he was doing was right.
"They should know dong, Ran! Moreover, your condition is getting worse lately! What if you suddenly go to school? Huh! Who's gonna help you if they don't know anything?" Brother Nina is a beaver.
Nina suddenly stopped her car right in front of a supermarket that provided parking. He turned his head towards the back where Gladis was still waiting for an answer to his question. Clearly the girl was getting more confused when she noticed the debate between the sisters just now.
"Randi has asthma, Dis." Reveal Nina later.
Randi grunted in annoyance. Glanced at her brother for a moment with a sharp face, before finally choosing to get out of the car. The two girls continued the conversation.
"Aspie?" Gladis' facial sharpness suddenly stiffened.
"Yes. From birth, he had the disease. Until now."
"Since birth?" Gladis' eyes were wide. "So bad, huh? Not those who have asthma can recover using that inhaler, huh?"
Brother Nina shook her head slowly.
"Not that simple, Dis." Timpal Kak Nina while looking out the car glass. Randi's gone out of nowhere.
Kak Nina's length explains the true condition of Randi. The questions in Gladis' mind were answered one by one. About why the man never got reprimanded for wearing a jacket in class. About why the man always sat on the sidelines during sports subjects. About why the man was like a person who was dying when it came to rush to report the condition of Anggita. About why the man had never tasted a single snack in the school cafeteria.
Randi has a weak body. Asthma does sound familiar, common in anyone, but Gladis has never dealt with anyone who has it.
From Kak Nina's explanation, Gladis can capture the message that this very common disease is in fact so torturous for sufferers. The recurrence of this disease is often considered trivial because it can use a kind of inhaler that fits in the pocket even though.
Nah! For the sufferer himself, this disease is actually really troublesome. Randi can't be cold, but he can't be too hot either. Randi's physique must remain in top condition, but it is forbidden for him to exercise excessively. Food should be healthy. Stay away from dirty things.
"Randi must be upset that Sister Nina told me this story. How's dong?" lamented Gladis worried.
He was happy to know about Randi's condition. He was determined to take care of the man as best he could in school. But, seeing the behavior of Randi who chose to exit the car leaving both of them, letting her brother open all his secrets, Gladis could catch that Randi did not want anyone in his school to know about his condition.
"It's okay. It's for her good, too! He himself wants to go to school like a normal person. Even though we and our family had already made him home schooling. He who does not want! Well, this is the risk! Someone has to know her condition as long as her family can't keep an eye on her!"
"Guru do you know, Brother?"
Brother Nina grunts.
"Unfortunately, all the teachers have time to only watch one student like him? No! The teacher is responsible for all students, not just him. In class, he can be safe. But outside of class? Fitting again do group tasks for example? Or hanging out again for example?"
Gladis nodded in understanding. His anxiety about Randi's anger was slightly treated, although he did not know what to behave when he met the man face to face. Does he have to pretend he doesn't know or what?
"Titip Randi well, Dis. Brother has nitip to Anggita, but he does not know what condition Randi kayak. Brother hasn't told me anything." Pinta Kak Nina is hopeful.
Gladis clumsy confusion. He did not know whether to accept or reject the request. Only a single smile dared he offer, even though his heart was worried in fear.
A moment later Randi was back in the car. The two girls eyes looked at him fixedly, but had a different meaning.
"Have you finished talking? Back, yuk!" Kill me Randi pretends to be indifferent. Making the two girls could only nod awkwardly.
During the trip, Gladis' eyes unceasingly looked towards Randi who chose to cast his gaze towards the outside of the window. His heart was raging confused as to what the man looked like. He was only able to remain silent to let his mind continue to remember the conversation with Kak Nina.
Behind the silent attitude of the man at school, Gladis never knew that he faced his life and death every single time alone. If only he knew from the beginning he might just think Randi was more likely to be sick with his illness that is commonly experienced by people. But, the detailed explanation of a Doctor like Kak Nina in fact changed his view.
If calculated more carefully, for 17 years Randi bore his own disease. Fighting against time could have stopped in that second as well. Breathing that should be able to make someone continue to live, in fact can also make someone on the verge of death.
"Pretend to be at school! I don't want to be in the gosipin people!"
Randi's voice spread Gladis's mind. Submissively the girl nodded slowly. Still with the same direction of view.
"Nothing will happen while I'm at school! I guarantee!" randi reassured.
Sister Nina only briefly turned to her sister who still did not want to look at her or Gladis. If only God could be invited to compromise, he wanted to replace Randi's current position. Adolescence that should be enjoyed cheerfully, without burden, free to go anywhere, free to do anything, must be limited only to Randi.
