Building a Sense of Ownership

In the meeting, Aldi showed his serious face of something that happened in the company with a sharp gaze. Seeing that, all employees seemed to get pressure from the gaze shown Aldi. 

Aldi is known by employees as a humorous and warm person to all employees. Making them speechless a thousand languages because of the expression rarely seen by employees of Aldi's attitude and gaze. 

Especially from new sales that are very far from expectations. Sales and distribution achievement none reached the target. 

Mr. Sugeng started the meeting by questioning the constraints of the sales in the field about sausage products. The real thing is often asked by Mr. Sugeng every day. 

However, the question feels very different because Mr. Sugeng asked in front of Aldi who is a company owner. Moreover, the look of Aldi's face looks increasingly unfriendly when one by one of the salesmen answer the question Mr. Sugeng. 

"So, then, the fathers all have difficulty because there are competitors who are more famous and have a variety of products that force stores to accept competitor products and provide a better place in their stores so that buyers it's easier to see."

"If that's the reason, it means only in the case of speed repeat order..? But why do I see the data differently..? If the problem in repeat orders, should EC every sales be achieved..? But what I see in the data, nothing meets the EC target except the aris and Veri sir..?"

Aldi spoke in a domineering voice in the room. So that makes everyone speechless without having the right answer.

"If the target of 1.3 billion is achieved, then I will give a bonus of 25 jt and above for all of these employees. And I will give additional incentives to sales who reach the target of 85%, 100% which is 10% of the basic salary of the fathers. For those who reach the target of 110% and above, I will give an additional incentive 15% of salary and apply every multiple of 20% target. Then it will get an additional incentive of 15% of the salary." 

"And for those who did not meet the target, then sorry. I had to replace those employees with employees who were willing to struggle with a sense of belonging to the company." 

"These payments also apply to submissions and admins of their respective targets."

After leaving the meeting, Aldi headed to a used car showroom. There Aldi bought a car type minibus with a middle door that uses a sliding door. Because Aldi will be used as a canvas fleet.
