The hearts of these two people are filled with happiness because Della has remembered. They still hugged each other and expressed their happy feelings. In his long sleep after collapsing, Della dreams about her last encounter with Maura and Rosa before the accident. In the dream it seems real not a blurry shadow like before stopping in Della's memory.
Door opens.
Erik and Della both turned towards the door.
"Sorry to bother you." Maura was shocked and injured to see the two people hugging each other. He's back and he's gonna close the door again. Resist tightness and prevent clear wells that begin to form dew in his eyes to not spill.
Erik took his hand off Della's body. " Maura.." he said softly.
"Maura, just come in." Della Excited. Removing his arms from Erik's body. His gaze was softly implied by the deep regret.
Maura exhaled heavily before entering. He gave a warm smile to Della and Erik. "I didn't mean to bother you guys, before I went to the office intending to visit for a while. Bring breakfast for both of you. I'm sorry if it doesn't taste good 'cause I'm cooking myself." He put down the food box he was carrying.
"You're not interrupting, I'm out to buy some warm tea." Erik looked at Della and Maura for a while then walked out of the room. He deliberately gave space to the two women. Somehow he also felt bad for Maura because he saw her hugging Della earlier.
"How are you? I'm sorry I didn't come here last night, 'cause mama's condition isn't good." Maura asked sitting on the edge of the bed. A smile she still showed her friend.
Della hugged Maura while crying. The hug was so tight that it felt as if Della's shoulder was shaking. "I'm sorry Maura... I have hurt your heart. I'm mean to you.... I betrayed our friendship." His sobbing.
Maura returned Della's embrace and also let out her tears, in addition to being carried away by the atmosphere she also expressed her pain when she saw Erik and Della hugging each other.
"Why talk like this ? Which mistake should I forgive ? You're not wrong with me." Maura stretched her arms and wiped her own tears. Again and again a sincere smile full of meaning was rising on his lips.
Della wiped her tears and said. " I've remembered everything. You, Amera and Erik. I shouldn't have said rude that time. My memories are back. "
Maura happy mixed sad. Happy that Della remembers him. Saddened that this is the end of her love story, Della's feelings for Erik now seem to be coming together. Seeing from the way Erik treated her then it seemed like they loved each other.
"I've forgotten it." Maura smiled, even though there was a spice of falsehood implied. Anyone can smile when their heart is hurting.
Fight ! Because I'll back off as I promise. My love for you overcame my love for Erik.
Maura smiled bitterly remembering all that.
"Why are you crying ?" Erik suddenly enters surprising Della and Maura. His gaze he gave Maura, Erik's feeling suddenly sensitized. He could see the sadness he had never seen before from Maura.
"Just touched" said Maura without intending to turn to Erik. The man dropped his body on the sofa with his gaze still on the two women on the patient bed.
"Della you have breakfast first, there will be a nurse who will help you to the bathroom." Erik. His hands were moved to open the food box that Maura had brought. He was struck by the food he had eaten a few years ago.
I can't wait for him to taste it. His eyes were perfectly rounded the same taste of food as the food that Della often delivered to him first. But why can Maura imitate Della's cooking ? Even Erik had not forgotten the taste of the cuisine. One thing Erik regretted why when Maura was still working in Jaya Group he never tasted food that is often sent Maura ?
There is one more thing that makes him wonder, Erik often eats Della's cooking today, but why not the same as the taste of the food that Della often gives first ? Is it because her memory is lost that Della's skills are diminished ? Or Maura who stole Della's recipe, so she can imitate it. What happened to these two women ? Erik chewed his food while thinking hard.
"I think I should go to the office. Get well soon." Pamit Maura on Della and Erik.
"Be careful on the road. After all I'll be better off in the office." Della. He was still staring at his best friend's back.
Erik did not say a word, he was silent in his own thinking still trying to solve the mystery of the taste of the cuisine he had just tasted.
...----------------...
Love yourself enough, there is joy and sadness. Simply so the woman did not have confidence, Maura put on her helmet and drove her red matic motor. Along the way his thoughts about his love were blown away by the wind. Now Maura's feeling is more comfortable and calm despite leaving a speck of tightness inside. He expressed his emotions earlier when he was with Della.
Pretending to be happy is better than being silent but looks sad. Maura did not want to look pitiful in everyone's eyes. What else Erik, he did not want if the cold man thought he still hoped even though it was like that before. Enough of Erik's rejection last year of him, the sign of him is not worthy enough for the cold man.
Maura arrived at his office. Today he parked with another employee motorbike. With steady steps Maura left the parking lot. "Maura's morning spirit ! Reach your dreams beyond the height of this building." Mumbled himself. Stop staring at the roof of his office building.
There Maura replied to the greetings of other employees with a friendly smile and sincere as usual. Arriving in her room Maura prepared herself and Dias's schedule today. A few minutes after he arrived, Dias also came with Jo. "Good morning, sir ! Good morning Jo" he said with enthusiasm.
Dias stops his steps as well as Jo. " Good morning." Reply the two of them at the same time and then smile because like they have been trained to talk in unison like that.
"Gee ! You guys are so compact." Maura laughed. There was no sad look like yesterday, no more look of sadness like before. Only a sincere and warm smile bloomed on his face.
"There's something different here." Dias observes Maura's change. " You look happy today." Say it again with a smile. He was grateful that Maura could wake up from the sad feelings that plagued her lately.
"Life must go forward, sir. Not a road in place or backwards. It's time to let go of the chains on our feet that snare the steps forward." Maura said to Dias and Jo. This morning's sight and the return of Della's memory, was so slapping this beautiful woman. Positive slap to rise to be free from the labyrinth that locked him all this time.
Dias. " You're right, do you know if Della's been treated?"
"Yes, before I came here I went to see him." Maura replied calmly and relaxed.
"I haven't seen him just last night, how's he doing ?" Ask Dias again. There is little regret because this morning has not visited Della.
Maura looked closely at Netra Dias who was waiting for her answer with a thumping feeling. Should ? he clasped Dias' hand to go with him. Maura smiled thinly yet sincerely and said.
"He's improved. The good news is, Della's memory is back"
Dias' chest rumbled violently, he was happy that Della could recall. But he also grieves that he can no longer hope for the short-haired woman, because Della must have chosen the man in her past, Erik.
His feelings were tight, but a forced smile was still displayed, as if racing a feeling of sadness and happiness came to his heart. Dias' brownish bead looked at the black eyeballs of this long-haired woman, in order to know her heart. But Maura is fine.
The look on Dias's face turned gloomy now that he understood why Maura looked different today. Should ? he followed his secretary's steps. Now Dias feels an unexpressed love for being blocked by the wall of friendship with Erik. If it wasn't Erik, Dias might have chosen to be selfish.
"You guys okay?" Jo's voice broke their silence. He now knows about the feelings of his two new friends. Because Dias told him so much.
"We're fine." Answer Dias smiled.
Your son's mother is heartbroken
Dias exhaled a long breath hoping to reduce the weight of the feeling lodged in his chest.
"Spirit ! Today we have a meeting with a client who wants to see the latest design of our office." Chirps Maura smiled. Everything should be controlled from today.
Dias nodded despite the sad look and look of sadness on his face. "What's my schedule today ?" He asked while staring at the door of his room.
Maura read it out loud. Then they split into their own rooms. Maura understood with the current feelings of Dias who might not have been used to receiving the pain in her heart. In contrast to him, he is almost immune to the sense of one-sidedness that he feels so far. Maura stared at Dias' back until it disappeared behind the door leaf.
I'm sorry I told you first about Della's memory. So that you are ready if there is no room for us in their hearts.
