Genius Child: Possessive Father

Genius Child: Possessive Father
Thank you, Sister-in-law

After a few minutes Gara came out of his room, Viko also came out. He stepped into his father's room.

A smile appeared on Viko's lips as she watched her father fall into a deep sleep. "Cheal fast, Dad." His words then allowed a slightly messy blanket.

The man walked towards the sofa that was available in Ginanjar's room. He laid his body there while staring at the bed of Ginanjar.

A few minutes later, he woke up and approached the bed. He grabbed a bottle of water on the nightstand that was half left. Without saying much, he walked out into the kitchen and filled the bottle.

"Good sleep, Dad." After putting the bottle back.

Viko was lying down. However, his eyes could not be closed. He kept watching his father fall asleep.

After nearly three more hours he was awake, drowsiness attacked him. Viko slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep.

For an hour more, the atmosphere of the room was so quiet. Before long, someone coughed. "Ohuk... uhuk..." The sound of a cough that was loud enough to make Viko wake up.

"Dad" he said, immediately approached and poured some water, then let Ginanjar drink it.

Ginanjar returned the glass to Viko. "When are you here?"

"A few hours ago." Ginanjar just nodded, then lay back down.

"Is Dad mad at me here?" Viko dared herself to talk. Even if his father was cold to him, it didn't matter.

"No."

"Dad objected?"

"I'm not carrying you here, how do I object?" The answer made Viko smile.

"Did you want something? I'll get it."

"I'm not used to dinner."

"All right."

The mood was silent again. Ginanjar glanced at Viko who kept standing. "Are you not tired of standing?"

"Huh? I'm going back to the couch."

"Sit here." Ginanjar patted the side of his empty bed. Without saying much, Viko complied and sat by his side.

"Dad knows," Viko's heart warms to hear Ginanjar call herself Father while talking to her. Something he had wanted to hear all along.

"You took care of Dad yesterday. You've been secretly taking care of me whenever I'm sick. But, Father is always unsure if you do it sincerely. My mind has been poisoned by your mother's attitude. Sorry."

"I understand you think that way. I'm not angry either, because it's not Dad's fault either. Most importantly you know, I'm doing all this because I really love you." Viko.

"Thank you, son."

"Thank you back, Dad. Sleep back. It's still a few hours to see you in the morning."

Viko rushed back to the sofa. But Ginanjar who had not closed his eyes held him back.

"You're gonna sleep on the couch?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Sleep here." Ginanjar patted next to him which still remains wide.

Viko smiled at him. "Thank you, Dad." The reply rushed to the side of the bed that Ginanjar had pointed at. Both of them fell asleep in the same bed.

Viko's heart was so relieved. It turns out that his mind, his father's reaction, was not right. He was so happy his father didn't hate him.

Gara, Alula, Gio and the twins together head to Ginanjar's room. They plan to accompany Ginanjar for breakfast, before they also have breakfast.

"Haha..."

The sound of Ginanjar laughter came from the room. The five people stopped their steps with shriveled eyebrows.

"Dad, why is grandpa laughing? Isn't grandpa sendili in kamal?" Darrel held tightly to the end of Gara's shirt. His face looks scared.

"Calm down. There's nothing. Let's see." He answered and took Darrel to his trunk. They both approached the door of the room.

"Dad, can we come in?" Saying Gara.

"Just get in." Answer the man from inside.

After the door opened, a line of smiles appeared on Gara's face, as did Alula. As for Gio and Darrel, they look surprised to see Viko in the room. And Darren, he showed his cold face, with eyes staring at Viko.

"Sister," Call Viko.

Alula looked at Gara. The first time he heard Viko calling Gara with the call of Brother.

During Gio's time, he approaches Viko and touches her forehead. "You have a fever?" Ask. "I guess, no." After touching Viko's forehead.

"What the fuck are you?" Viko brushed off Gio's hand. "What's wrong with me calling Gara a sister? I'm his sister."

"Sister step-brother."

"Yes, step-sister. So what does this have to do with you?" Gio speechless. Just the unpleasant expression he showed.

If I were allowed to tell you the truth, I would scream in your ear 'I AM HIS YOUNGER BROTHER GARA.' I have more rights to Gara than you do. Inner Gio, annoyed.

"Why silence? Can't answer?"

"I'm lazy to talk to people as insane as you."

"You..."

"That's it. Do you want me to punish?" Lerai Gara with a frightening cold expression. Gio and Viko instantly fell silent without a word.

"How's Dad doing?" Alula asked. Darren and Darrel are already sitting sweetly on Ginanjar's right left side.

"Father is healthy. Look, I've been breathing normal air again."

"Thank God. Because I asked the waiter to bring me breakfast."

"Daddy really healthy?" She still seems worried about her father.

"You doubt Dad?"

"No."

"Then, can grandfather carry me?" Darrel asked, looking at his grandfather. However, Darren quickly reprimanded him. "Darrel." Reprimand the boy.

"Haha... I'm just a dork." He answered with a laugh, showing his neat teeth.

Viko looked one by one at the faces of the people who were in the living room. After breakfast and escorting Ginanjar back to her room, Viko asks them to gather in the living room.

"Emmm... I'm asking you to gather here because you want to say something."

"I want to apologize to you for my behavior all along." He said, lowering his head.

"Particularly you, Brother Gara. I've upset and angry you a lot. It makes you ashamed and troubles you. Even I made you hate me. I'm sorry for you."

"No problem. I've forgiven you. Forget about the past. All you have to think about is today and tomorrow. Do better than ever before. Don't repeat the same."

"Thank you, brother. I'll try to be better than ever."

Viko's eyes turned to look at Gio who was sitting not far from Gara. "While I have nothing wrong with you, I will still apologize to you."

"Who said you had nothing wrong with me? What was it this morning?"

"What? Isn't that what you started?"

"Yes, I started. But you brushed my hand a little rough. It was disrespectful. You should've apologized."

"This you, desperately want my apology. All right, I'm sorry for my mistake this morning."

"I don't want to forgive you."

"Yes already. I don't give a shit. That's your business, the important thing is I'm sorry."

"Yes-yes. I forgive you." Viko smelled a smile. It turned out that he and Gio had a slightly similar attitude.

The man turned to look at Darren and Darrel who were beside Alula. He showed his smile which Darrel immediately replied with a smile as well. Not with Darren. He just stared without showing any expression. He looks so calm.

"Where Darren or Darrel are, I can't tell the difference either. But obviously, I want to apologize to you guys."

"I'm Dallel. I have forgiven my uncle. But, subtle uncle promises, must not repeat the error of the pasty." Viko nodded while smiling at him.

Viko looked towards Darren. There was no reaction the boy showed.

"I haven't forgiven my uncle before he apologized to my mother." Darren said, making Viko take a breath and directly look at Alula.

"Darren, don't be so dear." Alula's whispers were soft, which only Darren answered silently.

"Emmm... Sister-in-law, I'm sorry to you. I've been rude to you at every meeting. Please forgive me."

"It's okay. Everyone has a different impression at the beginning of the meeting. I've forgiven you. I'm also sorry if any of my words hurt you."

"Thank you, sister-in-law."

After getting an apology from Alula, Viko returns to see Darren. And coincidentally, the boy was also staring at him.

"Hows it? Did you forgive me too?"

"Yes. Sorry if I made uncle trouble." Reply Darren.

Viko smiled with relief. The load seemed to disappear after getting an apology from them. He promised himself to be better. Repairing his relationship with his family that is estranged by his own actions.

Shortly, Kenan's secretary came to discuss the office with Gara in Ginanjar's study. Gio, Darren and Darrel surround the house and end up playing in the backyard. Alula went to the kitchen, helped some waiters there. And Viko, he went back to see his father in the room.

"Miss, let me just cut the carrots." Said a waiter with a worried tone. He was afraid that Gara would scold him.

"It's okay. I want to help you guys."

"Miss..."

"Sister-in-law." The call made Alula stop her hand.

"Viko, what's wrong?"

"I want to talk to brother-in-law."

"Me?" Viko nodded. "alright. Come on!"

The two returned to the family room. Viko sat on the sofa which was quite far from Alula.

"What do you want to talk about?"

"I don't know where to start. But then again, I'm sorry for you."

"It's Viko, I've forgiven you. No need to apologize anymore."

"Huufths... You're right, brother. I want to thank you too. You made me realize and dare to talk to Dad. You also asked Brother to wake me up. Brother Gara never spoke well to me just yet. But you made him act like a big brother to me. Thank you, sister-in-law."

Alula smiled slightly at Viko. The man who once looked at her cynically, turned out to have another side that he never showed.

"I can understand how you feel. Ignoring the people we love is no fun." Alula. "I hope this relationship gets better and will continue until later."

"I wish it was like that too."

"Well, I'll go back to the kitchen."

"Good, brother."

Alula immediately returned to the kitchen. While Viko, he messih silent in the family room while continuing to pay attention to Alula who began to stay away.

"Thank you, sister-in-law." Mumbled slowly.
