Genius Child: Possessive Father

Genius Child: Possessive Father
New Job

Alula had already finished preparing dinner for her two sons. His steps led him to the twins' room.

She overheard a little conversation between her two sons. No, more precisely Darren is teaching Darrel to pronounce the letter 'R'. Slowly, Alula opened the room door a little and peeked.

"Try repeating! R," tell Darren.

"L" Darrel replied, still can't.

"Not L but R."

"L"

Alula could not help her smile anymore. The interaction of the two twin sisters, made his heart warm. However, there was a great sense of guilt in his heart.

"R Darrell!"

"L"

Darren breathed a weak breath. "Repeat! If you still can't, I cut off your tongue."

"Mother... Dallen wants to cut out Dallel's tongue" cried Darrel, making Alula show herself.

"Darren, don't you do it with Darrel?!"

"tukang ngadu." murmured Darren who still heard Darrel.

"Biamin!"

Alula smiled back. One tear just blew away.

"Mother why are you crying?" ask Darrel sadly.

Unlike Darrel, Derren didn't ask. He approached and wiped the tears from his mother's cheek.

"Don't cry! There's Darren and Darrel here" said the boy, still with his flat face.

Alula held her two sons in her arms. Tears were dripping back, the guilt was getting bigger in the heart.

"I'm sorry Mom! Forgive me for trying to eliminate you?!" lirih Alula, while peeping the heads of both.

"Mom don't have to apologize! We should have thanked and apologized to Mom. We've been troubling you." said Darren with the first longest sentence coming out of his mouth.

"No boy! You are the spirit of Mother. The mother who should have shouted thanks."

"Dallel dear Mother!" darrel said strengthening his embrace.

"Mother loves you too."

"Me too." murmured Darren very slowly.

Even Alula did not hear him, only Darrel who was beside her could hear.

"Oh yeah, let's eat! I've cooked your favorite food."

"Yey. Come on!" darrel yelled as he dragged Alula and Darren into the kitchen.

After dinner and an hour of television watching, Darren and Darrel return to their room with Alula preparing to tell Darrel a story. Not just Darrel but Darren as well. But the boy was too prestigious to admit that he enjoyed Alula's story.

"Every time you lie, Pinocchio's nose will lengthen." Alula tells the story of Pinocchio.

"Mom,"

"Yes baby?"

"If Dallel lies, Dallel's nose is long too?"

Alula smiled in response to Darrel's question. While Darren, just rotate the eyeball and act as a listener.

"No dear. But, still, neither Darrel nor Darren should lie!"

"If so, Dallel won't lie. Dallel wants to be honest, Dallel missed Mom's dad, where's Dad? Dallel wants to see Mom's dad!"

Alula was silent. His heart ached hearing Darrel's words. She felt like a bad mother. A mother who can't bring her son and father together.

"Y-your father is working in a distant place. There's no signal. It's hard to call."

"So we saw people who looked like me and Darrel." Timpal Darren, calm down.

Like Darren and Darrel? Inner Alula.

"Maybe you saw it wrong. Or coincidentally similar. It's already! Sleep quickly! Tomorrow then?" cut Alula, switch the conversation.

"No. Tomorrow Mother please permit us, will you?! We're going to a painting race."

"The race? Same who?"

"I'm with Dallen."

"Convinced yourself?"

Darrel nodded. "Related."

Alula looked at Darren. "Darren?"

"Hemm," she replied just to a cough.

"OK baby. Come on, let's go to bed!" Alula said, then stroked the heads of her two children.

As promised, Alula escorts Darren and Darrel to the race venue. Wanting to accompany his two sons, but he had to work for living expenses.

"Be careful here?! I'll ask Uncle Gio for help to pick you up." After saying the messages to her son, the taxi that Alula was riding away. Darren and Darrel.

Entering the hall held the race, many pairs of eyes were looking down on Darrel. Of the many participants, Darrel was the youngest there. Darren who was not allowed to enter could only watch him from the outside.

Time keeps turning. The first selection stage was over, and Darrel was able to break into the top ten. Arrive the race winner announcement of the ten selected paintings.

Gio who had come since ten minutes ago felt very stubborn. Unlike Darrel and Darren, who look so calm waiting for the announcement.

"Why can they be that calm?" Mumbled Gio, scratching his non-itchy nape.

A few minutes waiting, all eyes began to be on the stage. A beautiful girl started calling out the name of the third winner, then the second and then the first order that immediately made Gio in disbelief.

A Darrel Alvero who is just a little boy is able to beat the works of a group of teenagers and some adults. The Darrel painting. A beautiful woman smiling happily.

Some people who have seen the woman in the painting will instantly recognize her when they see her. A picture that looks so real. Making Darren and Gio dumbfounded.

"Mother?"

"Alula?"

The car that Gio was driving was traveling at a moderate speed towards the point of sale of some electronic goods. Darren and Darrel again force him to accompany them.

The twin brothers chose a mobile phone and an iPad, then paid using the money from winning the race. While paying, something caught Darren's attention. The boy walks away leaving Gio and Darrel at the checkout stand.

Darren returns and takes Gio and Darrel home.

Arriving home, the two sat down while waiting for Alula to come home. Darrel who was very tired immediately fell asleep. And Darren, he was awake and fiddling with the iPad as well as the device he bought secretly earlier.

Long wait, the sound of the motor stopped in front of the house. Darren's sure it's his mother. Soon he opened the door for Alula.

"Mother Night!"

"Baby night. Have you eaten? Where's Darrel?"

Darren shakes. "Darrel's sleeping." His word.

"Wake up adek, we eat together," said Alula showed the food she brought.

Darren nodded and went straight to the room. There was something strange about her mother. Not usually his mother comes home late. And his mother's eyes were puffy.

"Mum's night" said Darrel in a hoarse voice, typical of just waking up.

"Baby night. Let's eat!" alula said, serving food on the table.

"Mother why?" darren asked, stopping Alula's hand-movement that was scooping the rice for him.

"I-mom is okay! Let's eat?!"

"No Ma'am! I have to jujul. Do you want Mom's nose to be as long as a pinocchio?"

Alula took a deep breath. His son is not easy to lie to. "Mother was fired from the caffe." said Alula lethargic. "But relax! I'm gonna find a new job. Let's eat!"

The two children simply complied. Both of them looked at me, as if they knew what they were going to do.

After dinner, they returned to their room. Darrel asks Alula to take a break immediately, no need to narrate her.

The twins locked the bedroom door, not wanting Alula to know what they were doing.

After sending a message to a foreign uncle they met yesterday, Darren began to register his mother according to the address listed on the foreign uncle's business card. Darrel could only notice. When they finished, the two took a rest.

Morning greetings. Darrel was sitting cross-legged watching his favorite cartoon.

"Where is Darren Rel?"

"In Mom's room." Darrel said, still focused on the television screen.

"Oh, son, I forgot. How was your race yesterday?"

Darrel. "The race? Iwon. And the prize is already me and Dallen used to buy a cell phone with an iPad."

Alula just put on a smile. It doesn't matter if your child buys a cell phone or something. As long as they use it with a reasonable limit.

"Mom!" Calling Darren makes them turn their head. "this!" Darren gave Alula an iPad.

The two children began to read it. Shortly afterwards he lifted his face with condense eyes.

"What the hell is this really?"

"Yes ma'am, last night it was me and Dallen who registered it." Darrel said, bragging makes Darren turn lazy eyeballs.

"Thank you dear. Hugged mom." Exclaimed Alula who immediately got a hug from her two sons.

"Prepare Mom, tomorrow you have to go to the company" said Darren who got a nod Alula.
