Doctor Melly told the nurse to prepare Jiana's nursery. Because of Jiana's condition like that, it is not possible for her to take road treatment. The doctor suggested that Jiana be treated for two or three days in this hospital.
After getting the nursery, Melly's doctor told Raka to come to her room. There are a few things Melly's doctor should tell her. Raka's heart was racing fast. He was afraid of what the doctor would say. He and his wife had been waiting for a baby.
"Please sit down sir" said doctor Melly kindly. Raka nodded and sat down on the chair that had been provided. He took a breath many times trying to calm himself.
"Look sir, from the results of the USG, Jiana's mother had ectopic or pregnant outside the womb. It was very dangerous for the safety of Ms. Jiana herself if not treated immediately" said doctor Melly.
"What's? Is there any way to save them, Doc?" ask Raka. Just now he was happy with this exciting news, but it did not last long. His wife's pregnancy is not okay this time.
"There's no other way but to abort the contents sir. The sooner the better, if not immediately done it will threaten the life of Ms. Jiana herself," said doctor Melly again.
Raka is stunned to hear the explanation from doctor Melly. She is not ready to lose her baby. However, if not immediately acted on precisely the life of his wife will be at stake. Raka rubbed her face violently. At the moment he doesn't know what to do.
"But the doctor, can it last much longer? At least until seven months old?" Raka said. I hope there is a way to save both of them. Doctor Melly smiled faintly. He knew very well what Raka was feeling right now.
"That would be very risky sir" said Dr. Melly.
Raka's body was as limp. He was confused by this difficult decision. But he also could not risk his own wife's life. Raka repeatedly exhaled violently. His clenched hands did not accept what had happened to him. He was silent for quite a while. Repeatedly rubbed his face violently. He did not know how to tell his wife this news.
"I beg you to make a decision, sir. The sooner the better," said Dr. Melly. Raka exhaled violently.
"Can you wait two or three days, Doc? I am not ready to tell this to my wife. I will consult with the doctor who is in Jakarta when we go home later" said Raka.
"Alright sir, I won't tell Ms. Jiana about this. But, if you don't take action immediately, it will endanger your own wife's life" Dr. Melly replied. Raka nodded in understanding. Then he decided to go back to his wife's treatment room.
Along the way, he looked dazed. Raka had to give up his future son to be aborted for the good of his wife. It was heavy, but he had to do it. Raka also did not want his wife to lose her life. With a shaky step he entered into his wife's room. He tried to put his smile on in front of his wife. He was unable to tell Jiana this.
"Mas, why so long? What did the doctor say? Is our baby okay?" ask Jiana. Raka just smiled thinly as she continued to step closer to the bed. He sat down next to his wife. He peed his wife's forehead long enough.
"There's nothing. How are you doing? Is it still sick?" asked Raka gently. He plays his wife's hair.
"How do I tell you, baby? I can't tell you the truth" Raka was sad. He continued to kiss the top of his wife's head. Jiana looked up and looked at her husband. He smiled with sweetness and it made Raka not have the heart to tell the news.
Raka told Jiana to lie down and rest. He wants to contact his family about Jiana's current condition. However, Jiana held him back and did not want to make her family anxious. Jiana wanted to surprise her family when she came home. Raka just smiled and again kissed his wife's forehead gently. His eyes were already glazed over, but he could bear so that Jiana would not see him.
Raka meets with Rio to inform him that Jiana will be admitted to this hospital for two or three days before returning to Jakarta. Raka also requested that Mr. Rio not tell this first to his family.

Two days passed, Jiana always nausea and vomiting every morning even more often. He also felt dizzy and his body was weak. His face was also pale. Doctor Melly always reminds Raka to take action immediately. However, Raka was unable to tell this truth. Seeing his wife who wanted a child so badly, he could not destroy the dream. Right now, Raka was sitting on the waiting chair in front of his wife's room. As usual, every morning Jiana had a routine checkup. Raka waited outside while calming herself down. He rubbed his face and hair repeatedly violently. He also breathed out violently.
Doctor Melly came out of her room. Raka immediately stood up and wanted to know how his wife's current condition.
"Sir, the age of the womb is only one month and it will be dangerous if it continues to be left alone. Whatever the reality is, you should tell your wife to take immediate action" says Dr. Melly. Raka let out her breath for a moment.
"I know doc, I'll tell my wife as soon as possible" Raka replied. As bitter as it was, he still had to tell his wife. Sooner or later, the fetus must be aborted for the safety of his wife.
Doctor Melly smiled and patted Raka's shoulder as if giving reinforcement in order to be able to accept this reality. Raka nodded thinly and went inside the treatment room.
"Mas, where are you from?" ask Jiana who while fixing her sitting position on the mattress.
"Once taking care of administration. Honey, how about you transferred to a hospital in Jakarta alone," said Raka when he sat next to his wife.
"Must be treated again? Can't I just stay home?" jiana said as she blushed her lips.
"It's all for your own good, baby. I also consulted with the doctor yesterday. We can return to Jakarta this afternoon," said Raka. Jiana nodded slowly. Raka grabbed his wife and held her tightly. Jiana also returned the hug. Raka took off her embrace and looked at his wife.
"Eat already?" ask Raka. Jiana shook her head slowly. Then Raka took the food that had been served at a small table near the bed. Then he fed his wife with care and affection.
