Tracy falls asleep on the plane, and he wakes up again when the announcement from the pilot is revealed, informing him that the plane is about to land. Tracy looked up at the plane window, the sky was beautiful.
“You want to go to the office first after this?”
Tracy turned her head in the opposite direction, looking at Violetta who was tidying her hair in the reflection of the phone screen. Tracy nodded small.
“Hm, yes. It seems so, let me move the Japanese show article first, so that I can rest in peace.” Tracy's yawning. His eyes felt heavy and glare from the light of the plane.
“When do you want to move to the office? Reth can not often stand by there because now he must be more often at home. His wife starts to get overwhelmed after Daisy can talk. I'll give Reth work time at home, and to the office when he wants to. Besides, there are you who can keep the office.”
“Are you sure of this decision, Vi?” Tracy leaned against the handle of the chair, leaning her body towards Violetta while hoping that the girl would pay attention to her welding eyes. But Violetta felt the tidiness of her eyelashes was more important and decided to keep a close eye on her reflection on the phone.
“Of course, Tracy. Don't hesitate.”
“But, I mean, I'm like a ride without pay.”
“I bought the house, I didn't rent it, so I didn't pay anything for it. After all the capital I used to buy the house had almost returned to me completely. Whether or not you exist, that house will always be Tim Naka's office and studio. So wear it as you like, please.” Violetta this time turned her head slightly, only to pat Tracy on the head.
After that the flight attendant checked the condition of everyone's seat belts and the plane landed.
Tracy, who was still half-sleep, slowly followed the flow of everyone walking and adjusted Violetta's steps fairly quickly because of her long legs, and not long after she was in the airport lobby.
“Hey.”
Tracy and Violetta turn to the source of Trojan's sound—Louis.
“H-hey, what are you—“
“Quick, Jasper is ready until.” Violetta pulled Tracy's hand slowly before taking it off and walked over to the side of the road with her big bags. Louis took a breath.
“I'm in Jasper's car too, if that's what you want to ask.” Louis replied as he unceremoniously pushed Tracy's trolley towards the car. Tracy catches up with him quickly, and pushes her own trolley. But that didn't make Louis let go of his grip on Tracy's trolley.
Before long the two of them could see Jasper from behind the car, and appeared near the back door. Violetta rushed straight at him, hugging and kissing his fiancee. Tracy smiled slightly and turned her eyes towards the suitcases she was carrying. Twenty-two years Tracy has lived, and of the many romance stories she has read, none can rival the sweetness of Jasper and Violetta. At least so, according to Tracy's taste.
“Hey, Trace! Lou!” Jasper raised his hand, still with Violetta in his arms. But then the look on her smiling face turned puzzled to see Tracy and Louis next to each other.
“Not you guys..” Jasper's finger pointed at Tracy then at Louis, and kept so alternating. Tracy waited, but Jasper did not continue.
“Let's just say we know each other better and forget the past.” Louis quickly replied, shrugging his shoulders. Tracy glanced at Louis who stared back at him with a ignorant smile. He opened the back door of Jasper's car and lifted Tracy's suitcases without a second thought, after which he lifted Violetta's suitcases. Tracy runs towards her to help, but her quick hand moves all the big bags around her without Tracy helping. Finally, he dropped his bag and placed it on top of Violetta and Tracy's large suitcases.
“You.... only carry one bag? That's right.” Tracy whispered in disbelief. Louis chuckled and pulled Tracy away from under the back door of the car he was about to close.
“I'm a photographer, not a model.” He answered while pushing Tracy towards the side door of the car.
They got into the car and Tracy sat down next to Louis, when Violetta was already sitting neatly on the front bench, next to Jasper of course. The car starts to go and Tracy looks towards Louis, remembering the last words he said.
“Betul also. Your height, face and body shape are quite suitable to be a model. Why did you choose to stand in
behind the scenes?” Tracy threw her question without a second thought. Louis raised his eyebrows.
“Wow, that's flattery or how?” Reply Louis while confirming his hat, slightly blushing from the sentence he took the compliment.
Jasper laughed.
“Yes, I was a little bit ‘model’” Tracy said as she moved her fingers making quotes, “So what's your reason?”
Louis laughed in disbelief.
“Entah, you could say it was never even thought of by me.” Louis avoided Tracy's gaze and sat down
leaning back in his chair.
“But you will work in the world of photography, you meet many models, so surely you have heard about this stuff once or twice.”
“Yaaaaa..” Louis took a breath. “When I take a picture of someone.” Louis paused for a moment, his eyes staring blankly at the top of the car. Tracy's eyes traced her strong, sharp jawbone. Louis was also much taller than him, probably around the 180s. His shoulders are wide and his skin is smooth.
“What I think about is how everything in front of my camera can unite and collaborate to create a kind of beauty.” Louis snorted at himself. “I never thought I could be part of such beauty.”
“Hm... reasonable.” Whisper Tracy joking. Louis chuckled, accompanied by Jasper and Violetta who were also chuckling. Louis just elbowed Tracy slowly.
“That's how.. kira.” Louis shrugged his shoulders. Still staring blankly ahead.
Tracy was just about to open her mouth to answer, but her vibrating phone made her panic and quickly reached into her pocket.
“Halo?” Tracy picked up the phone without seeing the name of the caller. Tracy rarely gets calls. If he gets a call it means it's pretty important usually.
“Hai... Trace? You've arrived, haven't you?”
Tracy frowned and kept her phone away from her ear to see the name of her caller. Her smile expanded as she looked at the name on her screen.
“Yup! Sorry haven't notified you—“
Violetta, who knew clearly how rarely Tracy received a phone directly looked back and whispered small, “Who?” said.
“Steve.” Tracy connects. Violetta's mouth immediately opened wide and she smirked.
“No problem! What matters is that you arrived safely. After this sleep and rest, because after that I really this meet you.” Tracy felt she could feel how enthusiastic the man was to meet her. That made him enthusiastic. Tracy smiled at Violetta who then sat up straight.
This time Tracy, who had changed her seat to the window, felt that her conversation with Steve was not a conversation that should have happened in public.
“I want to go to Violetta's office first, then after that then I will go home.”
“So? Do not force yourself, work is number two, you must always be numbered!”
Tracy smiled. “I know, Steve, thanks for reminding.”
“So... when can we meet again?”
Tracy's smile grew wider. “Hm... Will you help me move to Violetta's office tomorrow? If not a hassle of course.”
“Introve? Of course not Trace! I'll always be there when you need me. But after that you owe me lunch with me.”
Tracy laughed. “Will cutraktir, just relax.”
“Today is great by the way!” Then Steve started telling me about one of the subscriptions where he taught fitness that overwhelmed him today. Tracy smiled, hearing the enthusiastic voice speak at length. Tracy doesn't know what this is called love, but at least she's happy, she knows it.
