The owners of PT Angkasa have three leaders, all three brothers Brother and Sister. All company decisions are based on the three brothers. That's why the company is getting bigger.

Karen and the other doctors and nurses walked into the operating room. Three hours later, the operation went well.

Karen and the other doctors came out of the operating room. They headed to their respective work rooms.

Karen came out of her office to the cafeteria to order food because her stomach was hungry today and she wanted to eat big.

After ordering food, Karen waited at the dinner table while playing her phone. There was a beautiful female doctor walking towards Karen and sitting in front of her.

" A Karen, huh?" ask the doctor

" Is that right?" karen replied as she raised her head, looking down at the doctor who called out to her.

" Hm... Doctor Goretti?" guess Karen

" Well, remember me?" ask Goretti while standing up

" Remember" said Karen

Karen also stood up and they embraced releasing longing. They are friends of the medical school. After they graduate they lose contact and are finally reunited at the same hospital.

After hugging, they sat facing each other.

" How are you? where do I call you so hard? are you married? how many of his children ? ask Goretti

" It's one - one, good thing I'm quick to remember all your words?" groused Karen

" Hehe... " Goretti chuckles at Karen's grunts

On a clear morning Karen and David and their two children eat together. As usual Karen feed food to Dennisa while David bribes his son Daka.

Daka is closer to David and Rey, Rey's former assistant who is now her adopted sister. While Dennisa is closer to Karen, David and Dennis but if Dennis comes, Dennis does not want to be carried by anyone but Dennis but if Dennis is not there then he will be carried by Karen or David.

Finish eating and go to work. Today Karen accompanied her husband to a meeting at PT Angkasa while wearing doctor clothes because after the meeting Karen went straight to the hospital.

Long story short, Karen and David were already in the meeting room. Everyone was in the meeting room. PT. Angkasa opened a hotel construction project in total there are three projects.

First the restaurant project, the mall project and the hotel project. Each company submitted a proposal. A person came forward explaining his proposal but when in the middle of the conversation there was the sound of knocking on the door.

Everyone was shocked and the three leaders were about to come out but were held back by Karen.

Karen immediately opened her laptop and began to tinker at her laptop, the screen in front of the changing picture mall

Everyone was surprised including the three leaders because they saw the greatness of Karen.

The three of them looked at the screen looking for the missing child.
