Karen walks out of the hotel seeing a taxi Karen stops her taxi and asks for it to be delivered in the city park.

At 7pm, Karen stood up to look for food. After searching for food that Karen liked, Karen stopped at a restaurant.
Karen ordered food and drinks. Unbeknownst to Karen, someone put something in Karen's drink and it was given by Karen.
Unsuspecting Karen ate and drank to the end. Not long after Karen paid for the food that was ordered.
